Beliefs: The Raksaka is a mysterious evil organization founded many centuries ago by an old hermit who worshiped the Nine-Tails. They strive to control the entire world by capturing all of the Bijuu, sealing their power, and using it in their ultimate plan for world domination. They will do whatever necessary to accomplish their goals.

History: The Raksaka are what triggered the first Great War by infiltrating the Empire and driving it to split and war on eachother. The group did so at the command of the Great Lion, the Nine-Tailed demon. At the end of the war, and after being betrayed by the Bijuu, the Raksaka developed a different goal. Today, their goal is world domination and revenge on the Nine-Tails.

The Raksaka are an evil organization bent of controlling the bijuu to further their goals of world domination, they are a fearsome organisation and are generally viewed as the pinnacle of evil within the world of Province. The task of the Raksaka is not easy, and to this end they strive to have their members be the strongest they can be. Because of this there are many techniques unique to Raksaka and Raksaka members gain access to many of these, but there is one which truly sets them apart. They have developed a technique which can give their users a power boost in tough situations. Over the many years the Raksaka have been organized they have accumulated many relics of the bijuu, and have amassed a large amount of residual chakra from the creatures, which they keep sealed away. When a member joins the Raksaka in full, they are given a tattoo on their back which forms a complex fuuinjutsu seal. Using this seal the Raksaka store a portion of the bijuu's chakra within their members, giving them the ability to use a chakra cloak similar to a jinchuuriki's, albeit much weaker.


Simply by being a member of the Raksaka you are allowed to be granted the cloak. Once you obtain the tattoo IC you will gain access to the rank of cloak eligible to you, with each rank being stronger than the last. Activating the cloak is as simple describing your activation of it IC and posting the rank you used into a spoiler below the post. While in the cloak you gain all the benefits associated with it, but at a cost. While in the cloak you begin hearing a sinister voice suggesting things to you, this voice is the remnant of the bijuu stored within the chakra implanted into you, now tainted and pure evil after the sealing process. While in this form all of your negative character attributes are enhanced, for example if you were a paranoid character this paranoia would become borderline hysteria, causing you to trust no one. Similarly if you were prone to anger, when in this state you would sink into a burning rage focused on destruction of everything around you. Furthermore, when using the cloak your character will become animalistic, reverting to roars and growls to express yourself and being unable to speak. When in the cloak your skin is covered by a layer of dark chakra. Unlike a jinchuuriki's cloak there are no tails, though pointed ears of chakra extend from the head of the user, this aura of chakra emits a darkness that causes all around them to feel uneasy and flutters of fear. Once the cloak dissipates the user suffers several drawbacks, increasing with rank.

The first rank is given whenever a Raksaka member receives their tattoo, the second is obtained after purchasing it for 15, 000 ryo and obtaining the equivalent of Jonin rank. The last stage is only for select members of the Raksaka, and will be bestowed only upon those the leader deems worthy.

Description: On release a wave of energy extends from the target, draining 10 chakra from anyone within 50ft of the user when the cloak is activated. Takes One post for the cloak to fully form as it leaks from the seal. Once covered in the cloak the user begins suffering the psychological effects of the cloak, all of their negative character attributes become enhanced, they begin hearing voices and lose the cognitive ability to talk, communicating through roars and growls.

The user gains a 30% boost in all physical attributes while the cloak is active. In addition any physical attacks made by their body cause their opponent to suffer 2nd degree burns in addition to any previous damage. The chakra cloak also hardens their skin to a level equal to iron, deflecting attacks that cannot pierce iron. The cloak lasts for 5 posts and after dissipating any techniques used for 2 posts cost double the chakra due to residual chakra from the cloak causing their regular chakra flow to be disturbed. Once covered in the cloak the user begins suffering the psychological effects of the cloak, all of their negative character attributes become enhanced, they begin hearing voices and lose the cognitive ability to talk, communicating through roars and growls.

The user gains a 50% boost in all physical attributes while the cloak is active. In addition physical attacks made by the user have an extra reach of 5ft. The chakra cloak also hardens their skin to a level equal to Steel, deflecting attacks that cannot pierce steel or equivalent durability. In addition the user may fire up to three chakra bolts from their mouth for a cost of 20 chakra each, these bolts travel at 60 mph and on contact with a target will cause an explosion of dark chakra that can break bones and cause second degree burns to the affected area. Any barrier of B rank or below hit by these bolts is shattered.The cloak lasts for 7 posts and after dissipating any techniques used for 4 posts cost double the chakra due to residual chakra from the cloak causing their regular chakra flow to be disturbed. Description: On release a wave of energy extends from the target, draining 20 chakra from anyone within 100ft of the user when the cloak is activated. Takes one post for the cloak to fully form as it leaks from the seal. Once covered in the cloak the user begins suffering the psychological effects of the cloak, all of their negative character attributes become enhanced, they begin hearing voices, at this rank the user can talk, though the voice that comes out will be the murderous voice in their head, and they will have no inhibitions about any action they take while in the cloak.

The user gains a 70% boost in all physical attributes while the cloak is active. In addition physical attacks made by the user can have their limbs stretch up to 10ft in front of them, giving them extra reach on their attacks. The chakra cloak also hardens their skin to a level equal to Titanium, deflecting attacks that cannot pierce steel or equivalent durability. In addition the user may fire up to three chakra bolts from their mouth for a cost of 20 chakra each, these bolts travel at 60 mph and on contact with a target will cause an explosion of dark chakra that can break bones and cause second degree burns to the affected area. Any barrier of B rank or below hit by these bolts is shattered. This rank of the cloak causes all jutsu used while the cloak is active to become corrupted, causing any person hit by a jutsu to be drained of 10 chakra. The cloak lasts for 10 posts and after dissipating any techniques used for 8 posts cost double the chakra due to residual chakra from the cloak causing their regular chakra flow to be disturbed. In addition the user suffers a 20% penalty to their physical attributes for the rest of the topic, due to the strain this rank of the cloak puts on their body. Once per topic
