Specializations: Kenjutsu, Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu

Section 2: PersonalityPersonality: Love. The path of the Uchiha must be walked in one of two directions. In order to begin the path of the Sharingan, one has to feel an emotion so great, that it is triggered. There are only two emotions momentous enough to work, love and hate. Now, one would think, in fact most would think, that Rohim Uchiha's path of the Sharingan is one of hatred, but those who believe that couldn't be more wrong. They thing that because he quests to murder his only father, that he is driven by hatred. This is false, however, and is quite the opposite. Rohim is a kind and considerate person. He does not fight the Raksaka and his father because he wants revenge, he only fights them because it is the right thing to do. He knows that he must be the one to kill his father, and he knows he must help finish him and the rest of the Raksaka in order to protect his friends and find his mother. Rohim loves; he does not hate. Even now, when he has abandoned his friends to grow in power, and when he begins to tap into that immense power, he only does so through his protective instinct. He will be whatever those he loves need him to be, even though he might not be what they want. As for the war, he could care less. His only concern is the war behind the war: the war against the Raksaka.
Likes: Rohim likes a few things stereotypical of his personality to like. Namely, he likes rooting for the underdog of any situation. He believes everyone should have an equal shot to fight for what they believe, and he pities those who have less of that chance. He also likes adults. Unlike many rebellious children, Rohim looks up to his elders. He tries to forge personal relationships with the adults in his life, and tries to learn as much as he can from them.
Dislikes/Fears: He dislikes losing. Rohim is an extremely competitive person, and focuses on destroying his opponents through dynamic combat. He will try his hardest to do whatever means necessary to any of his opponents in battle simply to ensure victory, as long as his actions are honest. To Rohim, there's no such thing as overkill.
Motivation: Rohim's motivations are his own, trying to get by on simply succeeding as much as possible. He wants to train and train, to become the best of the best, and one day he'll actually important to someone or other. His long-term goal, for now, is to be the Tsurikage.
Update: Rohim's motives have changed with the world around him. With his year of training and maturity, his motivations are now clear to him: To protect those whom he loves. He will grow in power every day to be worthy of becoming the his family and his friends' guardian, and he will never find himself good enough. He has separated himself from his friends to avoid them getting hurt, and someday maybe, he hopes to join them. His goals are less selfish: he hopes to end the war.
Section 3: Clan InformationUchiha ClanBloodline:Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan
Bloodline Ability:The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with. (Jutsu is only able to be copied by Ninja in the Copy Wheel Path, but basic fighting movements using fists, feet, swords, etc as well as behavioral movements can be copied by every Uchiha)
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summons or even Bijuu’s may be controlled. When this was used against summons and the Bijuu’s their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.
Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.
The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be prevented by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

Clan History:The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favoured the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. As time passed the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.
The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. The leader at that time feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Jokigakure, with the leader of the Senju Clan, being selected as kage. They turned their backs on those who opposed the overall decision, and they defected. Now the Uchiha clan slowly regained their influence in peacetime but what happens next will depend on the generations to come.
Location: Previously Jokigakure, but because of destruction, the clan is scattered.
Section 4: BackgroundCharacter History: Rohim Uchiha's life has been rather dull up until just recently. He was born on July 11th just thirteen years ago to a woman named Akiri Uzumaki, and a man of unknown origin. His mother and father had been together for a couple years before deciding to have a child, but when Rohim was born, his father vanished. With no trace to follow, Akiri was forced to raise her son by herself. He received all of the predominant traits of his father's clan, as Uchiha genes were known to always be dominant when interbred with non-clanmates. Akiri refused to tell Rohim anything of his father, other than that he was an Uchiha.
Rohim Uzumaki was 12 years of age when he became a Genin. He was an average student with an unnatural drive. He never showed any predominant talents and he had not accessed the Sharingan yet, but he always tried much harder than any of the other students. He turned thirteen just in July, and has only been an official shinobi for about 5 months. He was educated about the war while being in the academy, but never pledged himself to the Empire through their village's pledge of allegiance, and for that reason he failed the history portion of classes. It seems that the Uzumaki ideals of neutrality are even budding at his early age. Life was going alright for Rohim up until just recently.
Two weeks ago, Rohim's mother vanished as well, leaving a note to Rohim that she would be hunting down his father for reasons she could not share. Rohim accepted his mother's leaving with pride, knowing his mother had the guts to fight for herself. On the other hand, he was now an orphan. He would need to make it in his world by himself, one rank at a time. Rohim plans to become strong enough to venture off after his father too. he needs to know more about his heritage, even if the man bearing it is worthless. He needs to know what he can do.
Update:
Confusion... I was a thirteen-year-old boy in the middle of the peaceful village of Elkwood, when before I knew it, thousands and thousands of refugees were seeking homes in the Woods Province. My home was no longer a quaint little town, and the new men and women needed to be taught how to hunt, because the village could not accommodate everyone's needs. After what the news called as the "Awakening of the Nine-Tails," I decided that I needed to take my training more seriously. For the past year, my views on life went from an ornery little runt to a more serious outlook on life. My new friend, Shinobu, and I traveled to the village hidden in the sky to further my training, and that's when he changed my life forever. I wanted to grow stronger if I was going to survive in the world and protect my loved ones, so I agreed to be given the Cursed Mark. My blood was blackened, and I was now on a quest to calm my new, uncontrollable power in order to go after the murderer of my mother, Johnny Uchiha. My childish life was completely flipped around in under a year, and I am still not sure how exactly I'm handling it. Someday I will return to the forest to find my friends again, but Hebi and Takoda would have to wait. The Tale of Rohim The Gallant would be coming sooner than I expected.
RP Sample: Bryn T. Stormblood, the Yamakage of the Mountains, stood at the edge of the cliff of his dwelling overlooking the Anghor Mountains. The cold ripping of the mountain winds tore at his white hair, whipping it back with an unforgiving force. The mountains were a rugged place to live. He wore a long white robe lined with green fur on the inside for protective warmth. The emblem of the Rebellion was plastered vibrantly in red on the back. He wore no shirt underneath and kept it unbuttoned, as he enjoyed showing his scars to the rest of the world. His shape defined him, from his rigid muscle to the deep creviced scars marking dangerous blows from several swords and claws. A plume of smoke rose from the cigar positioned loosely in his mouth, and a grunt escaped his throat. A stern expression crossed his face, as it was rare to see a smile anywhere in these desolate mountains. The Rebellion had just suffered a great loss in the northern forests in a march on the coast, and he had been forced to retreat back to the mountain. Rations had been short as it is, and now he had to support an army not only of his own troops but troops from the Tundra as well. The Rebellion was losing, he was losing.
He had come to the highest spot in his mountains in order to contemplate his next move. His dwelling was the only place in the range that he could see his entire village. He looked down on his people, the people he had sworn to himself to protect. What would he do next? Would he settle down once again to regroup his army? In doing so, the supplies would be cut even shorter than they already were. Or would he try to lash back out at the Empire? No, that would be foolish. It would result in even more lives being lost. The only way was to try to wait out the injuries of the loss, heal up, and send the Tundra warriors home. At least then the mountain soldiers would only have to provide for themselves, but only if they could last spending double the supplies for the time being. Bryn bowed his head and placed his fingers on his forehead. He was confused, didn't know what to do. His father would have known what to do, but Bryn had not had that much experience as Kage, he had only been ruler of this rebellion for a few years. Just then, he had an idea. Perhaps it was time they expanded? He knew of the farmstead just outside of the Anghor Mountains, and he knew of the surplus of crops there. The only issue would be getting the family to trade with a poor rebellion. They could trade weapons, ores, metals, but what good would those be to a farming community? Nonetheless, they needed food, and the fsarmstead was their only hope. Luckily however, Bryn had a personal friend from back in his soldier days that was a member of that very family of farmers. The elder son of the rich and esteemed Tekuta family, and the Shinkage of the Depths, Shizen Tekuta.
It was decided then. Bryn would need to travel to the underwater village, and would need to seek supply allegiance with the Tekuta family, even though their son had already pledged himself as a diplomatic ally. Bryn did not believe in gods, or a single God, he believed in simply intuition, so praying would do nothing to aid this situation. He would simply have to try. He turned into his dwelling in order to gather supplies for the descent of the mountain. He would pack lightly, but would I am an illiterate pig with no vocabulary bring several weapons to ensure safety.
After all, the mountains were a rugged place.
