Kyūbi no Raion

Personality: The Nine-Tailed Demon, the Lion, is the most deadly, crazed, and sadistic creature in the known universe. This is very unfortunate however, because he is also the most powerful being in the known universe. Currently, he lay asleep at the very bottom of the Great Divide, the 10-mile deep chasm into the world's very flesh where he himself ended the First Great War when he completely obliterated both sides fighting. He has been asleep for nigh 2,000 years. When he was awake, he was heralded as a god, as an entity of all-power. He started the Great War by pitting a mass of his subjects against an army of rebels, splitting the world into two political divisions. He caused all this bloodshed, all of this anarchy, simply for the joy and amusement it brought to him. He is stronger than any being, as well as smarter than any being. After growing bored with the war, after 100 years, he simply brought the two sides to where the war had started, and slaughtered them all, killing millions. The great struggle in killing that many human beings sent him into an eternal slumber in order to retain his energy and strength. So far, it has been 2,000 years. He has become more of a legend, or a myth, over time, being made into a fictional character used to frighten children. A small sect of men and women worship him still, daily making sacrifices and throwing them into the Divide, hoping that when he wakes, he will know of their deeds and spare them. Will he ever wake up again?

Abilities: The Nine-Tailed Demon stands at a frightening 50 feet high, the size of a 5-story building. His wings, being near 100 feet long in wingspan, can blot out the sun. His nine, large scorpion tails can pierce through corundum. He is blazing fast, and unbelievably strong, having the strength, reflexes, and speed of that of 85% higher than an S-ranked ninja. With a stomp, he can create earthquakes, and with a roar, he can cause a tornado. His wings permit him to fly as fast as the fastest winged creature in the known world, the peregrine falcon. His three rows of 30 sharp teeth on both the top and bottom of his mouth can completely shred through titanium, and can even scratch diamond. His foot-long claws can do the same. He controls all elements, and is a master of each. He will not let himself be sealed inside a host, but if he is, he will take any sign of weakness- any sign of being fatigued, hungry, sad, or angry- to break out and take control of his host. If he is sealed inside a host, he gives the host the ability to use every single basic element to the point of highest mastery. In chakra cloak, the user gains a 20% speed and strength boost. In the first tail, the sheer power of the nine-tails forces the Jinchuuriki to all fours, in the posture of a lion, and the 180 sharp teeth grow in the mouth of the host. After unlocking the second tail, the user grows the claws of the Bijuu on his hands and feet, replacing fingernails and toenails. In the third tail, the user gains a 20% boost in speed and reflexes (Making the total for each at +40%). In the fourth tail, the host gains another 20% strength boost (Total of +40% for strength). Entering into the fifth tail, the user sprouts the wings of the Bijuu, equipped with the same flying abilities as the Bijuu itself. After unleashing the sixth tail, The user gains a third speed and reflex boost, bringing the total to +60% for each of the two stats. In seventh tail, the same happens with strength, boosting it to a total of +60%. In the eighth tail, bones of a lion sprout form the back of the host. Along with this, all jutsu (every single jutsu) is reduced by 10% in chakra cost. At full release, the host has every attribute of the Bijuu itself.
