An increasing amount of stores have been burnt to the ground by means of arson and we feel there is more to it than simple vandals. We suspect organized crime and because of the decling economy of that area less people are able to pay, therefore they burnt them to the ground. We don't have solid evidence or names or anything of the sort, but that's where you come in. We need you to go to the most recent site and investigate with the veteran homeland security shinobi and try to find us some sort of evidence.
