Jinchuuriki Rules
The rules contained below will provide you with everything you need to know about obtaining a bijuu and both training and using it once it is sealed. On Province we feel that bijuu and their jinchuuriki are incredibly powerful and a boon to anyone who possesses them, as such there are some rather strict regulations on obtaining and training them to ensure everything remains fair for for the others on the site. If you feel that the requirements are too much feel free to bring it up with a member of the staff and we can discuss it with you, be aware though that bijuu are an incredibly powerful and rare thing to have and as such the rules surrounding them need to emphasize that, obtaining a bijuu is no small feat and should be a significant part of your character development.
General Rules:
1) When a tailed beast is obtained any advanced elements the bijuu had are NOT transferred to the host for regular use. If a Jinchuuriki meets the specified element requirements (Stated in the bijuu's specific description) they may have the advanced element replace their third element. If you do not meet these requirements the advanced element can only be used when in the chakra cloak (and any tailed versions) of the bijuu.
2) Every Jinchuuriki must go through a training topic to unlock each and every stage in their Bijuu's potential. If it isn't unlocked, it can't be used. Specifications will be posted below.
3) A staff member is permitted to randomly post in a topic at a point in time where the Bijuu should have tried to break out of the Jinchuuriki, should the Jinchuuriki put themself in the situation for it to do so. When a Bijuu does this, the user must enter a 10-post rage, destroying everything they see, regardless of friend or foe. The Bijuu will enter this state each and every time the user is almost killed, unless the user has complete mastery.
4) When accessing a tail of the Bijuu, the Jinchuuriki must pay a set amount of chakra (50). The Jinchuuriki is allowed to go instantly to a certain tail (not in order, permitting that the user has mastered the tail that they are trying to reach). The benefits of the chakra tail last for 7 rounds until fully mastered, where there is no limit to its length of use.
Obtaining a Bijuu
Obtaining a tailed beast is a relatively straightforward, but strenuous, task. The bijuu are among the most powerful beings in the world of Province and are surrounded by mystery and a history of disaster. The tailed beasts have a reputation for coming out of nowhere to attack and as such, it isn't known where their natural habitat is. The first task in obtaining a bijuu is completing a research topic with the tag [Bijuu Research] that fulfills the word requirements for each tail, the number of words increases for each tail as the beasts get progressively stronger. This word count follows the template of 1000 words for tail, clan-less characters who do this research have the added benefit of only having to do 500 per tail. After the research topic is completed you are free to assemble a team, or go solo if you feel you are strong enough, and travel to confront the bijuu. You must then win a fight with the beast (played as an NPC by a member of the staff) and seal it inside yourself as the host, this requires a high rank Fuuinjutsu technique designed specifically for this and can be performed by a member of your team. Once the beast has been defeated and sealed you are considered a jinchuuriki and one of the lucky few who posses a bijuu. When first sealed the bijuu is unruly and you are unable to control it at all, you receive extra chakra but that is all, in order to unlock the various cloaks and tails you must first train them, these training topics follow the guide below and usually takes the form of a fight within your mind, however some bijuu have different personalities and can from time to time set other tasks. As with the research clanless members only have to do half this amount.

Extra Chakra
One more feature of the Bijuu is that they give their hosts substantially more chakra, and the extra chakra added onto the shinobi's regular chakra pool is supposed to be the Bijuu lending chakra. Well, the Bijuu actually have their own set of chakra, and when going into full-release, the Jinchuuriki switches to their chakra pool. These chakara pools start at 1,000 for the 1-Tails, and it increases by 100 for every added tail. During battle, when in full release, the Jinchuuriki simply uses this chakra pool instead, and when they revert back to normal, they switch to their original chakra. This extra chakra is useful for performing momentous Bijuu-exclusive attacks such as the Tailed Beast Bomb, which costs 200 Chakra. It grows to 400 meters in diameter, and when it explodes (at the will of the user), the explosion causes utter annihilation for half a mile in radius. This has a charge requirement the same as an S-rank (which means no Genin or Chuunin can use it), and it can be used twice a battle, with a cooldown of 5 posts. Other Bijuu-exclusive techniques can be made by the Jinchuuriki, as long as it is understood that they cannot be used unless in full-release.
