Description: Without using handseals, the user charges chakra into their hand (takes as long as handseals). This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. After formed in the user's hand, if the Chidori doesn't come in contact with any target, it dissipates. If it makes contact with an opponent, it can puncture completely through anything. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.

This technique has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user.

This jutsu can also only be used once topic, or twice after a 1000 word training topic. (cooldown of 10 posts) S ranks can use it twice per topic originally, and thrice after the same training. If the user attempts to use it more than that, they will die from exhaustion. Ninjutsu must be able to be used up to S rank, and Raiton/Lightning must be primary or secondary element.
