Section 2: PersonalityPersonality: Tenshi is a man who likes to keep his spirits high. For a man being a part of the Seinaru clan, he can sometimes let his power go over his head. He is a kind and gentle person who doesn't let his emotions get in the way of things. If someone is to challenge his dignity, he will accept the challenge no matter the cost.
Likes: Tenshi likes to talk with people who are willing to listen. He could go on and on and never stop until his guest must leave. He likes people who help others out of their free will. He likes to remain cheerful and happy and likes people who do the same. Another thing he likes is attention.
Dislikes/Fears: Tenshi doesn't like people who helps others for just the benefits. He also hates to stay in secrecy since he is a Seinaru. He would rather tell everyone about who he is instead of being in secrecy. What he fears is that he will disappoint the high ones that trained him for this moment. He told his mentors that he would make them proud and he will try his best to make things right.

Section 3: Clan InformationBloodline: Junsuina Kaminari: Holy Lightning
Bloodline Ability: The Seinaru are the second of the unique races in the world of Province and as such are significantly different to both regular humans and the Henkaku. The Seinaru are believed to be literal 'gods' that fall from the heavens above to reside on the earth. Seinaru are not born like regular people, instead they descend as infants already capable of speech to select families of 'Guardians' that dot the world. These Guardians raise the Seinaru children like regular humans within the villages they inhabit and do not reveal their ward's heritage until they reach the age of 11 where they are given a choice to either learn to harness their abilities and better the world or return to their original home. Those that return are never heard from while those who remain go through the equivalent of the ninja academy and join a village's ninja force upon completing this course at the age of 14.
The Seinaru consider themselves to be the 'ultimate being' and posses an unlimited source of power. Unlike humans who draw upon their own chakra, or the Henkaku who have no resource aside from their own genetic potential, the Seinaru constantly draw energy from the substance of all things. This allows the Seinaru to use their techniques an unlimited number of times and are only constrained by their own cooldowns and rules. As a result the Seinaru techniques function differently to both Jutsu and Morphs. Because of this they cannot use chakra and as a result have to follow a few rules.
1. They cannot use jutsu, nor can they learn any technique that requires chakra.
2. When creating a character no specilisations can be taken and the only element able to be listed it "Junsuina Kaminari"
3. Any hostile techniques that require chakra to be spent can be paid at a half cost with charge.
The Seinaru have only a few techniques which all start at D rank at the beginning of any given topic. As the topic progresses and more techniques are used these techniques will 'Ascend', becoming more powerful and higher ranked versions of themselves. Once the Seinaru hit the limit of absorbed energy (dependant on rank) they are able to use a more powerful version of their technique once, doing so uses up their stored energy and resets their techniques to their base forms. The energy limits and rate at which it charges are detailed below, along with special rules assigned to each rank of Seinaru.

Playing as the Seinaru: The Seinaru are vastly different to other clans and even to regular shinobi and as such have a very unique playstyle. To help you understand how to make the best out of the Seinaru this short segment will detail what you should keep in mind when making one. The Seinaru are all about weighing up your options and deciding where to spend power and when, their greatest strength is that they have an unlimited store of power and can use an endless stream of techniques. While this may seem strong at first glance you will undoubtedly notice that your power is limited depending on how you manage your charged up energy. As a Seinaru you are faced with the decision to either hold onto your charged energy for the bonus it provides or use it to access your most powerful techniques, deciding what to do when is crucial to playing successfully with the Seinaru. Be aware that when you use these more powerful techniques you are forced to resort to weaker forms of these techniques while your power recharges once more, sometimes it can be beneficial to simply hold onto the stored energy for later.
History of Clan: They say when that when the world was created three forces struggled for power, darkness, light and the angles who joined both sides. These early wars are lost to the overwhelming decay of time until there is nothing more than whispered tales of legends half forgotten a millennium ago. The Seinaru are believed to be literal 'gods' that fall from the heavens above to reside on the earth. Seinaru are not born like regular people, instead they descend as infants already capable of speech to select families of 'Guardians' that dot the world. These Guardians raise the Seinaru children like regular humans within the villages they inhabit and do not reveal their ward's heritage until they reach the age of eleven, when they regale their ward's with the Seinaru's secret history. The Seinaru live in a world above our own, invisible to all, in fact what we perceive as the sky is actually the lowest tier of their kingdom, hidden by an incredibly powerful technique. In the ancient war long ago the Seinaru won, claiming their place as the overlords of the world and claiming the title of 'gods'. In the millenia that followed the Seinaru lived idyllic lives with no conflict, no strife as they watched over both the Humans and their ancient nemesis the Henkaku. When the age of the shinobi began the Seinaru had begun to decay, their ancient cities so magnificent had become cesspools of immorality, crime and poverty. A civil war had begun in the heavens hidden from the world of men and in a year of outright warfare the Seinaru came close to destroying even themselves. It was during this time they began sending their children to the world below, both to protect them and to harden them so they could return to continue the war above. These chosen children would live amongst the shinobi for years, learning and growing stronger until the day they would decide to return home. In the most secret meetings the Seinaru they speak whispered words of a truth so important that they have kept it hidden for generations, they are the worlds light, raised to the heavens after their struggle for dominion in the ancient past of the world's creation. In this time they watch and wait, terrified that the world of men below will discover their weakness and rise up once more in a war for dominion.
Location of Clan: Scattered, any village
Section 4: BackgroundCharacter History: I can’t say that I remember much of my past. It had involved much training and practice. I was a curious fellow and had also asked about Seinaru lore. I was always told the truth and no secrets were kept from me. I was told of the continuous conflict between the forces of light and darkness and that some day, the war would come to an end. I was also told that we were not the only ones who were special. There was also another clan that lived in another world that had special abilities. But enough about that, this is to tell you about my past. When I was about 7, I was able to start training in the ways of the Seinaru. I was taught how our power works and how it is to be used. I wasn’t taught separately but taught in a small group with others around my age. As the years went by, I was soon enlisted in the Academy at the age of 14. There we were taught about strategies and more about our history and what it truly meant to be a Seinaru. To teach us about strategies, we were taught about the game chess. In order to pass, we all had to win at least one game against one of our classmates. The kid that I was against was a book worm. I’m pretty sure he would spend hours at the library learning how to become better at chess. Our games would go on for hours, not one of us gaining the upper hand. We would always have to start over the next day but we were always coming to the same conclusions. It was one day that I finally realized that I would have to change my strategy in hopes of defeating him. I spent a few hours at home thinking of a different way to play. Both of us were always on the offensive, so perhaps I would have to try and take the defensive while countering. The next day we played again and he again had taken the offensive. When I went to defensive, I was starting to win. Soon enough, the game was over and I was on to graduating…only to find out that I had other tests to do. At the beginning of the next year, I had finally graduated along with most of the others classmates. We were given the choice of going down to a place called Earth and take refuge among its inhabitants, or we could stay longer and hone our skills at home. I had chosen to stay for awhile until I felt confident enough that I had a good control over my special powers. More and more years had passed and every now and then, I would have the option of returning to Earth. I still declined, I kept telling those around me that I would train to become one of the best Seinaru that have ever lived. Many of the elders told me that I shouldn’t let my power go over my head and act all mighty. I was told that I would have to walk the world in secret and that only a select few actually know of our existence. I was troubled by this and went to others to ask if it was true. I was told that it was and had always started arguments. I didn’t understand why we have to remain in hiding. Why not let the world know who we are? I was soon ignored of these questions and I decided that my time had come to see this new world. When the day came, I was taken aside and given a set of armor that made me look like some sort of angel. I was reminded of the path of secrecy that I must take and to seek out the others of the Seinaru if I get into trouble. The next thing I knew, I was out cold and woke up to a strange new world. I was still in my armor and decided to head towards a path that laid before me. I was soon in a village that was surrounded by a forest that its inhabitants called Morigakure. I decided that it would be here that I would establish a new home. My journey had only begun. I had found a small abandoned house that was on the far outskirts of the village. I had found out the owners were killed in the battle of Elkwood. I frowned at the fact and always said a quick prayer to their spirits hoping that they had found peace. I spent months trying to understand their ways of life and how their society works. I understood that the village leader was called a Kage and that each village had one. The Kage's warriors were called ANBU and every one else were either ninja or performed some sort of role. I decided that I would be called a ninja which I soon found out were called shinobi. As the year came to an end, I had found myself use to living the ways as a shinobi. I decided that I wanted to see the rest of the world and couldn't just stand and sit in one village. I decided that I would visit every village this world had to offer. I soon had found out that most of the villages were wiped out because of a great creature called the Nine Tails. There were stories about a mysterious and deadly organization that had awoken this beast just for the slaughter of thousands. This made me angry and so I made it my side mission that as I was travelling this world, I would try to get as much information of this organization as possible. So that one day, this suffering may end.
RP Sample: Today was one of those uneventful days. All of my chores had been done around home and my parents had no errands for me to run. My ANBU friends were off in another village doing a mission. I didn’t feel like training today either. My mother had suggested I should and go see what missions there are. Seeing this as a possibility to get out and move, I ran towards the office. When I arrived, I was just in luck to hear that there were a few still left for the taking. The one that I took was a patrol mission. There had been a few occurrences of a thief wearing a black mask that kept stealing money from food venders in the market district. If the thief was spotted, I had the right to engage. I rushed out of the office and took off towards the market. Walking on the streets would take to long so I did a quick shortcut by running across the roofs of the houses. When I arrived in the district, I stood on top of a tall building and took in my surroundings. As any other day, the markets were full of people wanting to make bargains with the vendors to get the best deal. Everyone was bumping into each other and making quiet apologies as they passed. I scanned the area for a few minutes until someone had caught my eye. There was a mysterious hooded figure walking from underneath the building I was standing on. The cloak was all gray and the person looked rather short, perfect for getting around big crowds. I strained my eyes on the cloak to keep it in my sights. The hooded figure had made a slow look back at the building and that’s when I saw the black mask. Bingo, target has been spotted. Assuming that it was a man, he started to pick up speed and started to head towards one of the networks of tunnels. It was probably here were he was hiding when he wasn’t stealing. I stayed to the roofs and kept my eyes on him. As soon as he was out of the crowd, he made a full out sprint. I jumped down from the roofs, scaring a few people, and took off towards the cloaked man. He must have heard me because he made a quick look back at me and picked up speed. He had suddenly stopped and weaved a long list of hand seals. Once he completed them, three massive boulders came up from the ground and tossed one of them at me. While he was making the seals, I was weaving my own for a counter attack. When I saw the boulder coming towards me, I was able to dodge it quickly, but found that another one was coming my way. I finished the last seal and let loose lava at the boulder. The lava covered the boulder and was already melting it down into more lava. With more of it present, I had the lava jump at the last boulder. Not expecting the attack with such speed, the man quickly lunged himself away from the boulder only to make a face plant on the cold floor. I jumped over to him and looked down. At least I was able to do something for the day.
