Section 2: Personality

Personality: Raleth is a very calculating individual, analyzing a person before speaking to them. But once he feels comfortable and understands a person, he can be very funny and loud. His fighting strategy is think before you act, and he constantly analyzes an opponent and his surroundings before acting. But, Raleth has a deceptive side to him. He loves to trick and deceive, and his fighting style shows it. Many times he'll have an opponent throw a powerful attack at what his opponent thinks is him, but in reality it would just be a log.
Likes: Raleth is a tinkerer. He loves to dissemble and rebuild anything he gets his hands onto. This gives him knowledge of contraptions and mechanisms, and can help him build amazing stuff. He loves to dissemble, whether it be a clock or an opponent's fighting style.
Dislikes/Fears: Raleth fears not being in control. Raleth hates not being able to control the ebb and flow of a battle, and may even freak out in anger and turn irrational if it happens.
Motivation: Raleth's motivation is surpassing his brother Zetzray. His brother is just as skilled, and may even be better, then Raleth. Raleth hates admitting this, but it is his brother that makes Raleth want to be stronger. Though Raleth completely disagrees with Zetzray's fighting style, he respects him as an equal opponent.


Section 3: Clan Information

Bloodline: Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan (Tsukuyomi Path)
Bloodline Ability: The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.

The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.

The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with. (Jutsu is only able to be copied by Ninja in the Copy Wheel Path, but basic fighting movements using fists, feet, swords, etc as well as behavioral movements can be copied by every Uchiha)

The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summons or even Bijuu’s may be controlled. When this was used against summons and the Bijuu’s their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.

The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.

Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.

The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be prevented by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

3 Tomoe allows the user all of the previous abilities. Their reaction time and speed are increased by 30%. If the user makes eye contact with their opponent, they can activate a genjutsu technique with no charge that can be registered for free by the user. (The genjutsu must be of B-rank or lower; simply register it in Technique Registration).

Jounin Rank to achieve Mangekyou Sharingan, an alternative is that the Uchiha does something as emotional traumatizing as, say, killing a brother or best friend (Will be approved by staff)

Mangekyo allows for Abilities such as Tsukuyomi. Kamui, and Amaterasu to become usable, however if it used more than once a week (excluding the Kamui) the user becomes blind and loses their sharingan. The Mangekyou also gives the Uchiha a 30% speed/reaction boost as well as other abilities in the previous tomoe. Everyone's Mangekyou Sharingan is designed completely different and unique.

To achieve Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, the Uchiha in question must transplant another pair of Mangekyou Sharingan to replace their own.

User is still limited on uses of Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu per week, but they are now able to use it thrice without any consequences.

Stat boosts do not stack. When the "slowing down time" illusion occurs, no matter who or what is being slowed down, movement appears to be moving at half-speed, like someone hit the Slow-mo button on your opponent (or in the Mangekyou's case, the slow-mo button was pushed on everything around them).


History of Clan:The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favoured the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.

Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. As time passed the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.

The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. The leader at that time feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Kusamugakure, with the leader of the Senju Clan, being selected as kage. They turned their backs on those who opposed the overall decision, and they defected. Now the Uchiha clan slowly regained their influence in peacetime but what happens next will depend on the generations to come.

Location of Clan: Previously Jokigakure, but because of destruction, the clan is scattered.


Section 4: Background

Character History:
Raleth used to live in the ruins of Jokigakure with his parents and younger brother. His father always told him stories of the village, how everybody in it was intelligent and the city was beautiful. His father made it seem that the village was a source of the greatest ninja in the world. This made the Rebellion destroying the village all the more disastrous and villainous. Raleth's father instilled a deep hatred for the rebellion, describing them as monstrous who raped and plundered. Raleth would have joined the empire's legion, if not for his parents sudden passing.

It was a normal night, a clam one in fact. Raleth's brother Zetzray had fallen asleep and Raleth was looking at the sky, his thoughts wondering. A kinsman came up to him and told him the news. His parents had died, slaughtered by the Rebellion's hands on a mission to find out more intel on the sharingan. For once in his life, Raleth lost his cool. As soon as the messenger left he yelled. He cursed. He was so angry. And the rebellion was to blame.

The sounds of his brother waking caused him to stop. His brother asked what happened. Raleth knew he needed to be calm for him. He needed to be strong for him. Raleth told his brother what happened, and the anger in his brother's eyes was the same in his. Raleth and he began to train hard, and Raleth noticed an impressive change in his brother. he became less timid and more powerful. His brother's fighting improved, and at times his strength surpassed Raleth's. This gave Raleth the motivation to get stronger and surpass him, and many times a fight ended in a draw. Through the loss of their parents, the brothers became close friends and rivals. Raleth can only acknowledge Zetzray as an acceptable opponent.

Currently the brothers are looking for a Master, someone to teach them the ways of the sharingan, a power their parents withheld from them. They asked their parents, and the answer they always got was "We can't teach you how to obtain it, only how to use it." This infuriated Raleth and his brother. And now both are lost in how to tap into their powerful blood, the blood of the strongest shinobi in the world.

Raleth is set to increase his strength. Unlike his brother, however, he does not want to physically get stronger. He wants to develop his intellect, his natural deceptive capabilities. He wants to strike fear into those who oppose them with a glance of the eye. He will become strong, and in so destroy the rebels. Not to avenge his parents, but because they oppose him.

Raleth was looking at himself in the mirror, looking at his face, his body, his eyes. He was shirtless, wearing loose black sweat pants. He brushed his hand on his left eye-patch, a sort of cheesy ritual to bring good luck. His red wolf eye scanned his whole body, a map of hard training and mortal wounds. He traced the scar that went from his upper right chest, the repaired flesh discolored and tough, to his lower left kidney. For a second the scar burned, as he remembered the day that damned Kagyua nearly killed him. Raleth observed his own skin, a deep tan that was unlike any Shippuugakure ninja. In the mirror he saw his young self, with a Kazangakure headband on, and Raleth smiled. He turned around and walked to his closet, opening it and finding the deep black ANBU compression suit. He felt the texture, and the many missions he did in it flashed back. He put it on, zipping it up in the back so his whole body was covered. He then took off his Un-Serpent's Wrath bone-gauntlets, the bone cold and harsh as ice. He put his hands in them, opening and closing them, making sure they fit right and were on properly. He looked outside: The sun was high in the sky, the light feeling warm and comforting. Raleth only reveled in it for a few moments, then quickly went to prepare the rest of his supplies. He took two white ceramic bottles of sake, a gift from his favorite bar, and tied them around his back so they would be at his sides, and made sure they were closed tightly so they wouldn't spill. He took the huge scroll on the table and tied it around his back, so that it was diagonal on it, but lower then his shoulder. He then grabbed his headband, looking at its mirror finish, and again saw himself.

A Kazan ninja in the Hurricane village...

Raleth shook the thought from his mind. He was no Kazangakure ninja anymore. He was not an outsider. He was a Shippuu ninja, and a proud one at that. He tied the headband around his neck, making it resemble a collar. He walked out the door and opened it, stopping. A warm breeze greeted him, and the smell of the ocean invigorated him. He walked out, closing the door and locking it. The sun was I am an illiterate pig with no vocabulary warm, and the sky was a bright blue, cloudless and pure. The birds flew overhead and sang their song as Raleth walked towards the arena. And though the scene was beautiful, Raleth's thoughts drifted...

He thought of all his trials. His past missions, his victories, his defeats, his past, and his future. It all started in the once thriving village that was Kazangakure, a village he once called home. By chance he left to explore the world, and managed to sneak onto a passenger ship going to the village of Shippuugakure. Raleth had never seen the ocean then, and his curiosity always guided him. The aura of that village drew him in, and soon he met the Kage and his future partner Zetzray. Suddenly a huge amount of images washed through his eyes: His first battle with Zetzray, him winning the Chuunin Exams, the betrayal of Haru, his fight with the Un-Serpents, his encounter with the Kaguya, and him being apart of the ANBU. He had come along way since being that little Kazan street urchin...

Raleth found the arena, its huge walls covering and shielding what was inside. What would he find in there? A trial? A powerful opponent? Nothing? There were millions of possibilities, but Raleth didn't care. He entered the Arena, ready for anything.
