Bloodline: Getsuei-Isei

Bloodline Ability: An Ookami is said to be half-wolf, half-human, and the debate is whether they are humans who have achieved wolf form, or wolves who have ascended to a human form. Whatever it is, an Ookami can utilize the power of their wolf-half to unleash devastating and destructive attack. Once an Ookami begins to charge chakra, their eyes change into the corresponding maturity level, a sure sign of an attack. An Ookami is a master of both Taijutsu and Katon, their flames being as white as a full moon.

As an Ookami grows, their wolf-half and human-half become more intertwined, until they are one. An attacking Ookami's mastery of their clan can be measured by their eyes:

Mollis Ictus (D-Rank with 40 posts to acquire)

Spoiler:

A young pup, one who has just begun to delve into the powers of their blood. A 20% permanent increase in strength, speed, and reflex, but a strong and almost irresistible urge to explore. Their senses are high, able to hear sounds most can't, and even smell opponents, but it is not refined. The young Ookami can pin-point the exact location of anything in a 30 yard radius, and can track anything that is a mile away.

Durus Acer (C-Rank)

Spoiler:

An experienced wolf, yet they are still young in the Ookami philosophy on their half-forms. Their body is trained, but their mind is soft. They need to meditate on themselves, under the watchful eye of the Full Moon. The Ookami gets a permanent 30% increase in strength, speed, and reaction. The senses are more finite, and now they are able to pin-point a scent and sound easy, even able to do it through smoke screens. The Ookami can pin-point any sound or scent in a 60 yard radius, and can track anything that is 3 miles away. An Ookami also gains the ability to sense chakra by smelling it out and can use it to tell whether an opponent is charging chakra, but cannot use it to find an opponent.

Purus Ferus (A-Rank)

A Master of the blood, a Pure Wolf. Their mind and body are in one, as our their wolf-half and human-half, in fact it is impossible to tell the difference. There senses are perfect, their speed and style are amazing: They are a true Ookami. The Ookami has a 40% increase in strength, speed, and reaction. They can pin-point an exact scent or sound 120 yard radius, and can track any scent no matter the distance as long as it has been less than a week since the scent was placed. The chakra sensing increases, able to distinguish chakras and pinpoint an opponent only using chakra in the same radius.

Wolf Transformation: Every Ookami has the ability to transform into an average-sized wolf (about 2 feet on all fours) with the exact same stats as they had in their physical form (Again being a wolf does not grant any stat boosts at all on top of the KKG stat boosts if the Ookami has unlocked any). They gain half-inch long claws that can render flesh and leather as well as fangs that do the same. This ability requires a very insignificant about of chakra and does not have a limited duration. Transformations from wolf to human and back to wolf are always at will.

Clan History: It started long ago, in a small camp site deep in the forests of Jokigakure. A young couple had just concevied their first child, but it was grim. He was born sick, weak, frail. The couple went to every doctor in the village, yet none could help. The couple lost hope, and laid him to sleep. They watched everyday, and night, waiting for the time to come, when their child would soon die. On the day when the parents knew the time would come, a small white wolf came into the house. The father, weak with greif, didn't do anything to it. the wolf came up to the child, their parents doing nothing. The white wolf looked into the childs eyes, and in a flash of bright light the wolf was gone, the child awake and healthy. the parents could not believe what happened, a miracle. The child smiled, and the mother noticed his teeth were sharper. years went on, and the boy kept changing. When he was 10, his eyes became wild. At 13, a tail grew, and at 18 wolf ears. by 21, we could turn into a wolf. His parent were always proud of him, as he excelled in everything. From running, to fighting. He married, and had a child. He two, was born with the wolven features. Time passed, more people with the wolf in them sprang. Though they had diffrent elements, they decided to band together to make a clan. They decided to name the clan the Ookami clan, after the wolf who started it.

Name: Feral Blood

Description: Requires charging equal to handseals at this rank. The Ookami gathers chakra into the brain and body, forcing there human-half to commune with their wolf-half, augmenting their fighting style to be more beast-like and force them on all-fours. Speed and strength is increased by 10%, and their attacks resemble more of a beast. Lasts for 4 posts with a 7 post cooldown.

Description: Requires charging. The Ookami will gather chakra throughout eyes, nose, ears, and nervous system, increasing their productivity and input/output speed. This increased reflex by 10%, and their senses are even more sensitive, able to increase the range of their pin-point abilty by 10 yards, but also makes them more susceptible to sound or scent jutsu. 4 post duration with a 7 post cooldown.

Description: Passive. The Ookami will concentrate chakra into they fingers, toes, and teeth. They will then force their wolf-half to aid them with natural weapons, and the Ookami will grow 3 inch claws and fangs. The claws can slash 1 inch into steel and 1.5 inches into human flesh, and the fangs can penetrate 1 inch into flesh. 5 post duration with a 7 post cooldown.

Description: Requires charging. The Ookami will concentrate chakra into their bodies, and force their human-half and wolf-half to fuse together, taking the form of this fusion into a werewolf. The user will grow 6 inches taller, and their muscle mass will increase by 15%, as well as giving them natural claws and fangs that are about 6 inches long. The claws are as strong as steel, and can cut two inches into steel, as well as cutting two inches into humans, the fangs being able to pierce 2 inches worth of steel, as well as humans. As well the Ookami's speed and strength is increased by 20%. All Ookami jutsu is decreased by 10% the original cost in chakra. 6 post duration with a 10 post cooldown.

Description: Requires charging. The Ookami will concentrate chakra into their mouth and vocal chords, fusing both wind and normal chakra together. The Ookami will then release the a powerful semi-spherical wind/sound blast out of their mouth. The semi-sphere is 20 feet wide and moves at about 10 ft/s. The sound of the howl, if the opponent is ten feet away, will damage the eardrums and disorient the opponent by reducing their reflex and speed by 20%, which lasts for 2 posts. The wind infused in the howl can cause 1 inch cuts and knock someone back 20 feet, regardless of distance. A D-Rank fire technique can dissipate it. 4 post cooldown.

Special Jounin (B Rank)

Name: Howling Guardian

Description: After the needed charging, the Ookami will concentrate chakra into their stomach, changing it into fire chakra and forcing the wolf-half to alter it, causing the fire to become full-moon white. The Ookami will then emit a 20 ft wide, white-flamed wolf head with an open mouth roaring at the opponent at 30 ft/s. The fire is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on contact, and severe second-degree burns if it brushes past the opponent. The wolf-head will clamp down on the opponent and explode in a fiery explosion that is 10 ft in diameter, and can cause third-degrees degree burns if they are at the center of the explosion which would be 2 feet away, severe third-degree burns if they are 3-7 feet away, and severe first-degree burns 8-10 feet away. An A rank wind technique or lower can increase the speed by 30 fps and the distance by 100 more feet, but a C rank water technique can dissipate it. 5 post cooldown.

Description: Requires charging. The Ookami will gather chakra around the surface of their skin, heating up the skin to a scorching degree. The Ookami will then burst into a white flame, that covers their whole body about an inch away from the body. The fire is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on contact, and can absorb up to B-Rank fire techniques, and a A-Rank wind technique or lower can cause the fires to become 6 inches larger, but a C rank water technique can dissipate it. Last for 4 posts with an 8 post cooldown.

Jounin (A Rank)

Name: Hunt of the Pack

Description: Handseals. The Ookami will concentrate fire chakra into their stomachs, and cause their wolf-half to separate the fire chakra into five different spheres. The Ookami will then spit out 5 six-inch wide spheres of fire on the ground. After a post the fire will form into five different white-flame wolves that are about the size of large wolves, about 3 feet from the ground, five feet long. The wolves cause third-degree burns on whatever they touch, and they can explode on the users request, but the user must hold a single handseal to do so. The explosion is 6 feet wide, and cause instantaneous third-degree burns, and knock an opponent back five feet. The wolves can last for three posts, or explode on the users request and they move as fast as Jounin (55mph), afterwards dissipating into thin air. A B rank water technique can dissipate it. 7 post cooldown.

Name: Blood-Wolf Transformation

Description: Requires charging. The Ookami gathers massive amounts of chakra throughout their body, forcing both their human-half and wolf-half to fuse together violently. The massive chakra causes the Ookami to transform into a half-wolf, but the violent fusion increases their rage and power, forcing massive amounts of blood to pump faster, changing the color of the fur into a deep red. The Ookami becomes 1 foot taller, and their muscle mass increases by 60%, and they gain 1 foot long claws and fangs. The claws and fangs are as strong as titanium-alloy, and can pierce a scratch into titanium-alloy, and rip through anything under that metal's strength. Their speed and strength are increased by 100%. During this form the Ookami goes into a blood lust, not distinguishing friend from foe, and going on a wild rampage. All Ookami techniques are decreased in chakra cost by 1 rank. This lasts for 6 posts. After is wears off, the Ookami suffers the same percentage in speed and strength reduction for 4 posts.
