Description: Gamatoru is a human-sized orange toad with purple markings elegantly tattooed in patterns on several parts of his body. He is Rohim's closest friend, being trained by him since he hatched form his egg as a tadpole. In being with Rohim so long, he has developed many personality traits from him. He is a bit ornery, but because he is a fully-grown adult now, he is much wiser than Rohim, often reminding him to keep a level head. He favors neutrality, but refuses to talk about the war with anyone, just as Rohim does as well. His water-release comes in handy with training jutsu with Rohim, as they have become rather productive at combining their jutsu to create hybrid jutsu. Quite a pair in a fight, Gamatoru and Rohim Uzumaki compliment eachother well in combat.

Abilities/Techniques:

Speed: Gamatoru's speed reaches the same heights as any other Genin, a base of 15mph. He can also use his toad-like legs to launch himself forward at a rate of 20mph if he winds up on his haunches for a post to charge it, but this is technically jumping, not running.

Water Bullet: After a round of charging, Gamatoru launches four water bullets from his mouth in rapid succession, each matching the size a baseball. They fly at a rate of 40mph, and can cause severe bruising to any flesh they hit. They have the potential to knock the wind out of a target. 3 round cooldown in order to be used again.

Water Octopus: After a round of charging, Gamatoru excretes water from his skin, coating him in a visible and thick layer of water. Eight tentacles of water sprout off from the water on all sides of the toad. At will, for three rounds, he can control these tentacles using his mind as if they were his own arms, throwing punches at identical speed that do identical damage. The coating of water around Gamatoru has no defensive properties. Cooldown of 5 rounds.

I'll go ahead and take the summoning jutsu for Rohim using Bryn's Ryo. I'll post again when the transfer's complete.
