Clans Create your clans and their Bloodline Abilities in this forum. Bloodline Abilities and Clans need to be finished before the character is created (unless the character is added into an existing clan). Be sure to be certain that your clan idea hasn't been created yet by looking at the Resource Center. Jutsu This forum is used for Technique Registration and for Technique Lists of the characters. All you have to do is make a topic for your character titled "'s Technique Registration," and proceed to create your jutsu, whether it be canon or custom. Once your character gets approved, you also have to go create your Technique List. In the Tech List section, create a topic titled "(Insert Character Name Here)'s Tech List," and then you can proceed to add all of your character's jutsu to the list. Add all your jutsu, including clan, custom, Bijuu, and Academy jutsu as you receive them. All characters have academy jutsu automatically, so make sure you at least add that right off the bat. Equipment & Inventory This is the Equipment forum. Create your custom armor or weapon here by creating a topic with your name and your item. Follow the template that can be found inside, and wait for a Mod to approve your item. The Inventory is also found here.
