Section 2: PersonalityPersonality: Despite what has happened to Rosuto in his life, he is a surprisingly outgoing and kindhearted person. He will walk up to people he doesn't know and introduce himself and try to make friends and if they have a problem will over any and all of his abilities to help them. He also has a soft spot for women and anyone he sees disrespecting or harming a woman will be quickly and painfully dispatched on the spot.
Likes: Rosuto enjoys the open seas and rainy or stormy weather, something about the power of nature has always mesmerized him. He also loves women and is notorious for being a flirtatious person around them, along with protective of them if they're threatened. He loves his gold blade too, he uses it sparingly out of fear of it breaking, it was given to him by an important person to him in his past.
Dislikes/Fears: He dislikes being called weak or having anyone he's closed too harmed, especially other Uchiha. Regardless of the Uchiha homeland being in a volcano, he has never been a fan of abnormally hot environments like deserts or volcanos and will get uncomfortable and very irritable if exposed to them. He also among the top of his list hates people who are cocky and overestimate themselves as well as underestimating others, he's a strong supporter of the underdog.
Motivation: His goal in life is to become strong enough to be able to protect himself and other Uchiha harmed by his father and brothers by ending their lives himself. After that he wishes to be respected as one of the high ranking Uchiha of the world, to not only be able to defend them better but to try and redeem the reputation of his family gained when they had their psychotic break.
Section 3: Clan InformationBloodline: Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan
Bloodline Ability: The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with. (Jutsu is only able to be copied by Ninja in the Copy Wheel Path, but basic fighting movements using fists, feet, swords, etc as well as behavioral movements can be copied by every Uchiha)
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summons or even Bijuu’s may be controlled. When this was used against summons and the Bijuu’s their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.
Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.
The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be prevented by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

3 Tomoe allows the user all of the previous abilities. Their reaction time and speed are increased by 30%. If the user makes eye contact with their opponent, they can activate a genjutsu technique with no charge that can be registered for free by the user. (The genjutsu must be of B-rank or lower; simply register it in Technique Registration).

Mangekyo allows for Abilities such as Tsukuyomi. Kamui, and Amaterasu to become usable, however if it used more than once a week (excluding the Kamui) the user becomes blind and loses their sharingan. The Mangekyou also gives the Uchiha a 30% speed/reaction boost as well as other abilities in the previous tomoe. Everyone's Mangekyou Sharingan is designed completely different and unique.
To achieve Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, the Uchiha in question must transplant another pair of Mangekyou Sharingan to replace their own.

User is still limited on uses of Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu per week, but they are now able to use it thrice without any consequences.
Stat boosts do not stack. When the "slowing down time" illusion occurs, no matter who or what is being slowed down, movement appears to be moving at half-speed, like someone hit the Slow-mo button on your opponent (or in the Mangekyou's case, the slow-mo button was pushed on everything around them).
History of Clan:The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favoured the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. As time passed the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.
The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. The leader at that time feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Kusamugakure, with the leader of the Senju Clan, being selected as kage. They turned their backs on those who opposed the overall decision, and they defected. Now the Uchiha clan slowly regained their influence in peacetime but what happens next will depend on the generations to come.
Location of Clan: Previously Jokigakure, but because of destruction, the clan is scattered.
Section 4: BackgroundCharacter History: Rosuto was born on a very cold January night in the hometown of the uchiha, Jokigakure to a very loving mother and father. He was the youngest of 3 kids, his older brother at the age of 2 when he was born and his eldest was aged 7. Shortly after Rosuto was born his mother began to have health issues, she was always nice to Rosuto and treated him as if he was her treasure in the world while his brothers and father both beat him mercilessly for stealing the love of their wife and mother which left them with the beginning developments of mental disorders. Being beaten by his brothers and father led him to become very untrusting of the other uchiha clan members aside from his mother. Rosuto was capable of holding his own in a fight by the age of 8 because of not only academy training but the forced toughening of being beaten at home. His mothers illness got progressively worse until eventually she died on the day before Rosutos birthday January 13th, which was ironically on that year a Friday. Rosuto had a breakdown and left his father and brothers in the middle of the night and fled to the outskirts of the village. The death took a major toll on his family as well and caused them to snap and gain full on schizophrenia and thought that because Rosuto left them that he had actually killed his mother, so they began to try to do everything in their power to kill him for his crime including becoming self-hating of other Uchiha causing them to want to slaughter all of them.
Rosuto had been wandering the surrounding regions of the village for 2 months before almost dying of lack of food and water being unable to fend for himself being only 8 years old. He passed out and awoke in a small hut with an attractive woman that looked strikingly like his mother with a gold sword strapped horizontally on her lower back. The woman was just as kind to Rosuto as his mother was and trained him how to use the Uchiha clan jutsu along with teaching him basic kenjutsu and ijutsu and expanding on his already above average taijutsu skills. He lived happily with this woman for 6 years, which is what caused him to be good with women and be more likely to open up to them then men, and nearly forgot about the past. One night, again the day before Rosutos birthday, him and the woman were attacked by his brothers and father. They were laughing maniacally and spouting random things about finding a murderer and Rosuto could tell that they had gone insane, and could say for the first time in his life that he wished they were back to the way they were before. He held off his brothers and father with all he had for over 2 hours, unable to gain the upper hand because of the unfair advantage. He was about to be killed when the woman who had raised him appeared and intercepted his fathers blade, her eyes red with what looked like fangs coming from the top and bottom, it was her Mangekyou Sharingan, she was an Uchiha all along. She defended Rosuto with everything she had and harshly wounded his entire family and even through the schizophrenia they knew they had to retreat, which they did, but warned Rosuto that they would be back, and when they did he would die slow and painfully just as his mother did. Rosuto went to the mortally wounded Uchiha woman and held her as she began to speak her last words, she told him that she was actually his mothers sister and she knew from Rosutos eyes that he was her son. He then gifted him her golden blade and told him to go into hiding and avoid his family because they had lost their mind and would kill him if given the chance. She told him that she loved him and then passed away, leaving Rosuto again by himself.
He then began to wander alone again, trying to find a safe place to begin training himself. He went from village to village and eventually made it to the village of Morigakure. It was there that he began to train relentlessly, trying to prepare himself to defend himself and all the Uchiha his family will threaten. He loved the weather so he decided this would be the place for him to prepare for his family and begin increasing his power so that he can one day defend himself and others and then bring honor back to his family by gaining a high ranking position in the clan. He then became a genin of the village and began training himself to protect himself, utilizing both his fists and new blade, but not being able to access his sharingan yet he continued to work his hardest, he refused to stay this weak, he had to surpass his family and defend himself and the clan as well as avenge his aunt.
RP Sample: Shizen couldnt help but laugh at the slighty comical way the serpent smacked into the water and made the first huge wave. He jumped back quickly to dodge the wave and he saw a shadowy figure in the second large wave and assumed it was the serpent. The hurricane slash clearly didnt injure it, it just knocked it back. He knew this thing would be hard to kill but didnt realise how hard. He knew what e had to do know but was a little hesitant as his arm had just healed and he didnt want to injure it again.
All he had to do was think of what this thing was doing to the people of Shippuu and would do anything to protect them. He wanted to buy himself some time so launched the Hurricane Slash at the shadowy figure hoping it wouldnt be able to dodge because of the momentum of the wave. After that he held out his left hand and began charging up "that jutsu". A ball of wind formed in his hand and starting at his shoulder the lightning chakra went to his hand and formed around the wind.
Instantly the skin on his left hand began peeling off, the pain was excruciating, something he had never felt before, much worse than the pain from his training with the Umikage. He yelled a little in pain but continued to charge it, he would do anything necessary to protect Shippuugakure. He continued charging the jutsu while also watching to see where the snake would attack from
