Chuunin Exams.

Far away in Aerogakure a small pumpkin man opens his eyes. He blinks once, twice and looks around. As he rises to his feet a wave of energy spreads across the run down arena, seats are cleaned and polished in an instant and the very walls themselves repair as the wave of light passes over them. The pumpkin man folds his arms and dips his head before screaming up to the sky in a loud voice.

"Let the Chuunin Exams begin -ahem!"

The call went out across the still air and suddenly the village was full of life. Little pumpkin men began appearing across the village and soon they were spread far and wide across the land. Everywhere they went they sought out worthy Genin to trial, leaving forms in each village to allow the participants to sign up. Soon the village of Aerogakure was a bustling hive of activity as the villagers frantically prepared for the imminent influx of visitors and across the land the message spread.

"Come one come all, war or no the Exams will be held! -ahem"
