Personality: A strong turtle that sees himself as a tough guy on the streets. He is looked upon with respect by lower level turtles as his exploits as the leader of a gang are as well known as his bad attitude. He ends phrases with a grunt of some sort as to further establish that he isn't some soft little baby turtle and always looks for opportunities to send people crying to their mamma.

Abilities/Techniques:

Base Speed: Kamehane is able to walk along at a speed of 25 mph, equal to the average chunin. In turn when he flies her speed increases to 35 mph.

Speech: Like most summons Kamehane is able to speak like a human being, he has a rough voice and often ends phrases with a grunt of some sort.

Gust: After building up air under his wings by flapping them for a post Kamehane is able to release a gale of wind that is able to cut into things through force created by his power. This gust of wind is able to make two inch deep cuts on exposed flesh and one inch deep into iron. The gust's affected area is a cone in front of him that extends 30 feet. After using this ability he must wait 3 posts before it can be done again.

Soaring Strike: After a round of charging Kamehane flies up into the air and draws his head close to his shell. He then dashes forward at full flight speed (35 mph) and coats his body in chakra, this chakra coating protects him from the impact as he slams himself into something. The power of this technique can destroy iron, if he hits a living target he just breaks bones. 4 post cool down.

Vacuum Fist: After a round of charging Kamehane envelopes one of his hands with fuuton chakra to create a point of suction. The coating lasts for three rounds. Whenever he punches someone while the technique is active they are drawn to him so long as they are within six inches of his fist, bringing them to his fist as well as doing so with enough force to make it so that slamming into his fist can break bone. 5 round cool down.
