Personality: Kamekabuto is the silent older brother of Kamehikui, both he and his brother have extremely sturdy shells and pride themselves on this fact. Where Hikui is often found bragging about this fact though Kabuto is found silently napping or happily muching on a snack of some sort. When people do pick him up he looks rather annoyed but unlike his brother he deals with it until they put him down assuming they are friendly.

Abilities/Techniques:

Base Speed: He is able to walk along at a speed of 10 mph, rather slow when it comes to humans but not terrible for a turtle.

Speech: Like most summons Kamekabuto is able to speak like a human being. His voice is rather low pitch and everything he says is slightly muffled as his mouth is concealed by his body being so low to the ground.

Battle Shell: Kamekabuto's shell is a study design even among the turtles of his family, having durability on par with Corundum. The trade off to this is that his growth was stunted at a young age and he is and will forever be slowed by it.

Sticky Syrup: After charging for a round Kamekabuto releases a sticky syrup-like substance from underneath himself that allows him to cling onto things. This syrup is strong enough so that nothing can possibly move him for the first round and gets slightly weaker every following round until it is unable to hold him after 5 rounds. 3 post cool down.

I don't see much of an issue with it as the extra durability comes at the cost of any offense and speed.
