The Empire

Location: Provinces of the: Woods, Sun Flare, Sandstorm

Beliefs: The Empire also wants peace, but they believe that through order they can only achieve it. They want to unify the world under one banner, and fly their own rules throughout the entire thing. They believe that if no one is permitted to stray, how will there be opposition? Fighting? Wars? They believe in control, and that freedom is simply an illusion whose only purpose is tainting men's minds to lash out against the proper ways of peace.

History: The Empire has been around since the first Era, when the villages initially unified in their knowledge of the shinobi arts passed to them by the Grand Master Shinobi. The Raksaka, however, tainted the minds of their leaders to mistreat their subjects, being one of the causes of the villages seceded thousands of years ago to create the rebellion. During the Second Era, when the Raksaka were expelled from both the Empire and Rebellion, their beliefs stand independent and without tainted influence.
