Description:
Uwagi takes the form of a jacket worn by Myeong during conflicts. It is patched up from various different cuts of clothe, making it look rather ragged and tattered. The jacket fits her large, going down past her knees. It's left sleeve hang past her fingers, and the food is extremely large, often hiding half her face. The right sleeves is taped with bandages to stop just below her elbow. Within the left sleeve is a rolled up teal scarf that can be brought out to be used for conflict. Around the hood and neck of the jacket is a yellow scarf as well. The left sleeve of the jacket has a band around it which holds her generic shinobi weapons in place of a kunai bag. The inside of her left sleeve is also fit with scale like steel inners to protect the hand as it controls the puppet.
Abilities:
Durability: The fabric used to make this puppet is made from special clothe created especially for channeling chakra. It closely resembles leather. The clothe is also durable and slightly padded.
Weapon(s):

• Attached to the right arm of the jacket, sewn through the sleeve itself so parts of it are covered in cloth, is a large thin needle like sword. It is a foot in length. The end of it has a hoop like a needle as well. The needle can be detached if the jacket needs to be removed. The needle is created from iron.
  
  
• All along the edges of the jacket are iron scales hidden under the seams of the jacket's cloth. They resemble teeth, and they lay under every seam within the jacket. From the edges of the sleeves to the hood and the bottom, even the buttons have some hidden below them. The teeth are hidden under flaps that can move when she moves to reveal the teeth and slice into opponents. The flaps can also be lifted with chakra threads. Each tooth is about an inch in length and half an inch in width, resembling a shark tooth. The scarf around her neck does not have them. Neither does the collar as that is not part of the jacket.

History:
As a child Myeong would constantly watch her classmates train and practice with their jutsu during classes. Not being from a shinobi family, she had trouble deciding which she should specialize in. All her classmates seemed to be doing what their parents had done, carrying on the family name so to speak. However, she didn't know what to do. It wasn't until a lesson on obscure jutsu did Myeong learn about puppetry. The style almost immediately attracted her attention. The puppets had been created to entertain others at first, then they became a form of combat! The whole history was brilliant! It was just like her family! She had to learn it! Of course, given it's obscure nature, Myeong had difficulties finding out how to actually preform the jutsu. Eventually her teacher helped her find a book, and from that book she began to study. Every day after class she would work on the chakra thread jutsu and even design her own puppet. She didn't like the weakness the art had of being long distance, so, Myeong decided to make a close distanced puppet. She began gathering special cloth from the school's training rooms. At first she was stealing the cloth, however, when her guardian found out, the cloth was bought for her. Myeong managed to finish her unique puppet just in time for graduation and the rank up to genin.

I don't quite understand what really makes this a puppet. Is the only form it has a jacket? If so it would qualify as armor and not a puppet.

from what I can tell its a puppet disguised as a jacket, she still operates the mechanisms and everything else like a puppet and should she take it off I bet it can be controlled. Basically its like Hiruko.

Yes, if she takes it off, she can control it.

For the spikes underneath the fabric, I won't allow them to be of more durability than wood, otherwise there's no way this is going to be free. For the needle-sword, what's the durability of it?

Im not quite clear where all the teeth like scales are located, if you can please be a little more clear about that

They're along the seams of the jacket essentially.

ah the seams alright, makes more sense than edges since cloth folds and edges change and all that. and they lay under the seams? Are they poking in towards you or are they supposed to be pointing out like a spiked defense?

The seems are actually extended flaps that hide them. She moves, they can flap up at times, but they can shred at someone if they rub against them properly. Also, when the puppet it used, the flaps will lift up due to the influence of chakra threads, completely revealing them.

Ah okay so the flaps move away to reveal the teeth, in that case I just need to know how long each tooth is

About an inch in length and half an inch in width. All this info has been added to the puppet.
