Type of Equipment: Lance
Description: A Lindworm model lance's main shaft is periwinkle in the center, with each of the ends being purple; the periwinkle and purple sections are separated by a small gold band. One end of the lance is shaped like a cross and is colored purple. The other end seems to have a resemblance to a Dragoon's "head", and is also purple. The total length of the lance is six and a half feet.
Ability (or Abilities): The lances contain the element of wind that allows the user to float. The lances act like a keyblade, they can be summoned at the user’s will but must be standing still. To summon the lances takes a two post process. In the first post, the user calls forth two black tornados that swirl around the user and causes her/him to rise ten feet off the ground. The tornadoes are not as extreme as a real one, but create winds that reach 100 mph. In the second post, the tornados disperse to reveal the lances. The user then grabs both lances which causes the user to be lowered five feet in the air but can freely move as long as the lances remain. In this float stage, the user is able to glide around at their rank’s standard speed. If the user receives an attack, the user will not remain floating and will gain ground damage. The user will be suspended back in the air once he/she is back on their feet.
Durability: Each lance has the durability that is equivalent to steel.
History of Item: The Lindworms had appeared one day to Tenshi out of nowhere. It was a starry night and he was just looking up at the stars in deep thought, thinking of what may lay beyond this world. He had sent a prayer to the heavens asking to have strength. He was afraid that he would be dragged into the war and he would have to fight those who he cares for. Soon, two beams of light came down from the heavens and surrounded Tenshi. After the beams of light disappeared, all that remained were two lances. Tenshi slowly went up to one and grabbed it, causing him to feel a strong power residing within them. He took this as a sign that the heavens had heard his prayer and it had been answered.

What happens if you are interrupted during the summoning of the lances? do they still appear?

Can the lances manipulate fuuton type attacks?

Firstly, I stated in the ability section that the user can remain five feet in the air as long as you are holding the lances. Should I clarify that better in there?
Secondly, the two lances would still appear and would just fall to the ground. If someone were to pick them up then they would simply disappear. The tornadoes are there to make sure that doesn't happen.
Thirdly, are you asking if they can perform wind techniques?

Disappear as in like turn into light fragments and blow away, the summoning would have to start over.
The tornadoes act like a real tornado just not as extreme. For wind techniques, no. The lances only allow the user to float.

Does the floating work like flying in that if you're hit by something that should knock you back you can regain your "footing" on the air and not take any fall damage?
