Description: This katana is four and a half feet long, three feet of blade and eighteen inches of hilt. The blade itself shines in the light right down to its perfectly crafted cutting edge. The tsubasa and pommel are crafted with symbols fitting the crane clan's divine animal. The sheath is made of the same metallic ore as the blade and dyed a deep blue, the color is starting to crack though and is exposing the uncolored metal underneath in slight lightning bolt patterns. The hilt is wrapped in blue silk which allows the user to keep a firm grip on the blade even while it is wet.

History of Item: Rakuen, the name of the blade this blade, was earned over time by its reputation from its many owners for their ability to use it for sending their opponent's to the afterlife (paradise). Rakuen is a blade of legend back in Shinobu's home world, it is however the main object of stories not due to some sort of special ability it grants but rather what sorts of situations it has allowed it's owner to exit from alive. Crafted in the first dynasty, the blade was specially forged for the champion of the Miyamoto clan which was a noble house in the larger Crane family. Since it's creation the blade has been passed down from champion to champion until the incident with the final champion Musashi Miyamoto who dishonored the house by laying with a commoner and then passing on the sword to his son as he fled the empire for fear of his life. Shinobu has since then used the sword in the name of his father and treasures it more than any amount of gold or power.
