Description: Similar to a shinobi with a chakra sensory ability you are able to detect those are you on the field of battle, however you rely more on adding your limited chakra supply to your already present skills rather than fueling a new one. By closing your eyes for a full post you are able to start detecting people around you, this ability takes one round of your eyes being closed to activate. After this ability has been activated it slowly drains your chakra to sustain itself (draining you at a rate of 5 per round) but it grants you the insight of a thousand masters in battle, allowing you to know where everyone is around you in a fifteen foot radius. To deactivate this ability simply open your eyes once more at the start of a post, unlimited use, no cool down.

Getsuga

Distance: Look at Description

Description: The user charges chakra into his or her blade for the time of one D rank jutsu. The sword will become enveloped in a thin layer of energy. After the charge the user will release the energy built into the sword. The user can release the energy in three ways. Cooldown is two posts.

The user can slash the weapon either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. The energy will be released as a 5 foot crescent wave with a width of 2 feet. The crescent wave can slash through metals below steel and continue traveling, but can only cut 3 inches deep into steel. If makes contact with a person it can cause 2 inch deep slashes, and microslashes around the area. The attack forces the opponent 10 feet back and causes bruising on the area hit. This attack can only go through 1 D rank defensive jutsu but attack power is cut in half. The crescent travels at 5 feet per second.

The user can stab the weapon into the ground and cause a wave of energy to explode out of them, much like an energy ripple. The energy travels in a wave 360 degrees around the user, but only go 25 feet away from the user. The energy wave travels at 2.5 feet per second. The wave cannot slash, but can push opponents 20 feet away if the energy way hits them. The wave can cause bruising on the area hit. D rank defensive jutsu can block the attack easily.

The user can force the energy into the blade, causing it to glow a light blue. The blade's hardness and sharpness is increased by one rank.

Reversal



Rank of Jutsu: D

Type: Taijutsu

Distance: Arm's length

Description: Passive. The user waits for the opponent to throw a punch or a kick and quickly reverses the attack and throws the opponent to the ground at a blinding speed. This only works for taijutsu punches, and only non-technique attacks. (A normal punch). The user cannot do an attack after the reversal, and must jump back after the opponent has been thrown to the ground. Damage is minimal, slight bruising depending on the surface the opponent was thrown on. Only works on opponent of equal or lower rank. 3 post cool down.

Description: Requires handseals. This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. At this level the technique is able to heal minor injuries, the sort of things that are able to be caused by D rank jutsu. This technique however is not able to reattach limbs or other body parts, nor is it able to reform or regrow them such as hearts or other organs. 2 post cool down.

Quick Draw: I

Description: Passive. The user focuses a small amount of chakra into the central nervous system. This allows the user to quickly draw and ready their blade in a near instant. The user cannot attack at this blinding speed, and any sword attacks used at the same time as the Quick Draw will have their speed reduced by 20%. 2 post cooldown

Description: The user concentrates chakra into the arms equivalent for a D rank technique and forces the blood to pump faster adding increased oxygen to the arms. This allows the user to perform punches at a 15% increase in speed. Strength is determined by the user's rank and is not affected. This lasts for 6 posts with a 3 post cooldown.

Distance: 1 foot away from user

Description: The user concentrates chakra into the palm of their hand for the time equal to do a C rank technique. The user then releases the chakra out from their hand, and the force can travel one foot away from the user. The user can choose to palm, punch, or two-finger stab an opponent. This does not make a difference. The released chakra forces the opponent 20 feet away from the opponent and causes major bruising and small fractures. Opponents thrown can be forced through wooden walls and continue traveling until they fall down at thirty feet. 4 post cooldown.

Quick Draw: II

Distance: Length of Weapon

Description: The user concentrates chakra into the nervous system and ocular areas of the brain, allowing for a heightened reaction for the user. The user then draws and slashes their blade at a speed 30% faster then their own speed (this includes any speed stacks). The blade, however, will be covered in residual energy and become slightly more blunt for the slash, making the blade act as if it was downgraded one level on the hardness scale. This only lasts for one post. 4 post cooldown.

Disarm

Type: Taijutsu / Kenjutsu

Distance: Length of arm or weapon

Description: Passive. The user waits for the opponent to strike with a weapon and quickly moves to remove the weapon out of the opponent's grasp. This can be from physically taking the weapon from the opponent or forcing the opponent to let it go. The user will then either throw or push the opponent away from his or her weapon by 10 feet. The user moves at an almost blinding speed. Can only be used on opponents of equal or lower rank. 5 post cool down.

Getsuga Tenshou

Distance: Look at Description

Description: The user charges chakra into the weapon equivalent to a B rank technique. The user's weapon becomes enveloped in a thick aura of energy. After the charge the user can release the energy in three ways. 7 post cooldown.

The user can slash the weapon vertically, diagonally, and horizontally and release a 15 foot crescent wave of energy. The wave travels at a speed of 10 feet per second and can go through one B rank defensive technique, but all damage done will be reduced by 50%. This attack can rip through defenses lower in rank, no matter how much is put up. This attack can slash 4 inches into a metal of B rank hardness, and can tear through metals lower than it. If the crescent wave hits an opponent they will be launched back 40 feet back, and will receive 4 inch deep gashes and 1 cm slashes around the area. Bone will fracture and crack.

The user can stab the weapon into the ground and a wave of energy will be released in a 360 degree ripple around the user. The wave can only go 50 feet away from the user and moves at 5 feet per second. The wave can uproot young trees and launch boulders from the ground away. C rank defensive jutsu will be blown away, but nothing higher. Anyone hit by the wave will feel internal bruising from the pressure wave and small fractures.

The user can force the energy into the blade, causing it to have energy emanate from it and have a light blue aura. The blade will receive a one rank increase in hardness and sharpness. The user can slash the blade 20% faster. Lasts for 4 posts.

Gure-to Fo-So Shushou



Rank of Jutsu: B

Type: Taijutsu

Distance: 1 foot away from the user

Description: A more powerful version of Fo-so Shushou. The user charges a great amount of chakra into the dominant hand. The user then condenses the chakra and thrusts the dominant hand into the opponent. This can be done with a fist, fingers, or palm. This does not affect the damage or the distance an opponent is launched. The opponent will be launched 50 feet away and receive fractures and bruising. The opponent can be launched through thick wooden and housing walls without stopping. 6 post cooldown.

Shunpo



Rank of Jutsu: B

Element Affinity: N/A

Type: Taijutsu / Ijutsu

Distance: 5 feet

Description: The user charges chakra throughout the body and stimulates the brain to increase blood flow and oxygen into all muscles, as well as focuses chakra towards the nervous system. The user can then move at a near instant speed, but only in a five foot radius around him or her. If the opponent is 2 feet away from the user and attacks the user can seem to disappear and appear behind the opponent. The user cannot attack on the same post the user used Shunpo. Each Shunpo costs an additional 10 chakra. Last for 8 posts with a 12 post cooldown. After the technique is finished for every shunpo used (meaning every time the user disappeared) the user gets a 5% reduction in speed. [If the user used shunpo four time they would receive a 20% reduction in speed (4 x 5% = 20%)] Speed reduction lasts 5 posts.

Samurai Sabre Technique

Description: Through the use of chakra flow, the user channels their chakra through their swords, extending both the reach and cutting ability of the blade to twice their normal level, while allowing the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung. These released chakra crescents are five feet long and are capable of great destruction, as shown from how these projectiles completely penetrated a considerable stone pillar, before continuing to damage the immediate surroundings.

Users can also use the ability to use shape transformation during the implementation of this technique, sculpting their respective chakra blades into various rudimentary weapons that extend beyond the natural dimensions of their original swords; such as broadswords, spiked shafts and even axes. This capability allows them to rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage and the possibility of conducting surprise attacks as necessary.

This transformational quality also appears to extend to even the crescents of chakra launched from the blade, forming a diverse range of projectiles that includes giant buzzsaws and shafts of chakra, the shape of which are seemingly dependent on the structure of the previously formed weapon. The chakra coating lasts five rounds with a six round cool.

Kuroi Getsuga

Distance: Look at description

Description: The user charges chakra into the blade for an S rank amount of time. The blade becomes surrounded in a massive amount of black chakra with a red aura. The chakra gives off a powerful energy, and opponents can feel the power emanating from the blade. Can only be used once per topic and reduces all stats by 50% for the remainder of the topic. The user can release the energy in three ways:

The user can slash the weapon vertically, horizontally, or diagonally. The slash releases a huge black and red crescent wave of energy that is 30 feet in length and 10 feet thick. The release of the energy causes a huge gust of wind that can blow away animals and small trees but does not affect opponents. The crescent can cut 6 inches into S-Rank hard items, but anything below will be cut through. The attack can go through 1 S rank defensive jutsu, but all power after that will be reduced by 50%. A rank defensive jutsu and below will be obliterated. An opponent hit will receive 6 inch deep gashes along with 2 inch lacerations surrounding the area hit. Limbs will be severed if hit. Bone will break. The crescent travels at a speed of 20 feet per second. The opponent will be launched back 80 feet.

The user can stab the weapon into the ground and release a huge wave of black-and-red energy 360 degrees around the user. The wave can go 100 feet away from the user in every direction and travel at a speed of 10 feet per second. The energy wave can obliterate A rank defensive jutsu and below, but S rank defensive jutsu can block it. The wave can uproot old trees easily and launch massive boulders. Any opponent hit by the wave will receive massive internal bruising and ruptured organs from the pressure wave. The opponent will be launched back 100 feet.

The user can force the energy into the blade, causing the blade to have a black-and-red aura. The blades hardness and sharpness increases by one rank. The user can slash the blade faster by 20%. The user can slash and release Getsuga Tenshous. These Getsuga Tenshous are five feet in length and one foot thick, and travels at 5 feet per second. The attacks can only travel fifty feet before dissipating. If the crescent wave hits an opponent they will be launched back 40 feet back, and will receive 4 inch deep gashes and 1 cm slashes around the area. Bone will fracture and crack. B rank defensive jutsu can withstand these attacks, but anything lower can be cut through. Only a weapon of B rank hardness can defend from the slashes without being cut in. A maximum of five getsuga tenshous can be fired per post. Lasts for 4 posts.

Fo-Su: 30 feet is a little far for a C rank. I'd say 15-20. Also up the cool down to 4 posts.
