Description: After the required handseals, the user turns the ground beneath the target into a river of mud. The river will start under the opponent's feet and will expand for a few meters. The river is three meters wide. If the opponent gets caught in the river, he or she will be stuck, bound by the sticky mud. After the jutsu stops advancing, all that is left is a motionless pool of mud. It cannot uproot trees or affect terrain at a large scale. To counteract the jutsu the opponent will need to concentrate a C rank amount of chakra into their feet to stand on the mud. The cooldown is one post after the technique is used.

Description: After the required handseals, the user can sink into the ground and travel through the earth. After the jutsu is used, the user can freely move through the earth. The user must emerge again either the same post or the next one. The opponent can sense the user's location through normal chakra sensing, though it takes a sensor to pinpoint the exact location. The cooldown is one post after the technique is used.

Name: Doton: Doryuusou no Jutsu - Earthen Rising Spears

Description: Doton: Doryuusou is a basic ninjutsu technique. After forming the needed handseals, sharp spikes of earth will rise from the ground fully in 2 seconds to pierce the opponent, about 5 meters away from the user; though the distance can increase by 5 more meters up till 15 with an expense of 5 chakra. This can be survived with fast enough reaction times or by using a stronger Doton technique to harden yourself.This technique is capable of breaking through obstacles as well depending on the skill, force, and power. A total of 6 spikes erupt from the floor, all about 3 meters high and 50cm thick, being able to pass through steel. If an opponent is hit by just one of the spikes, it goes fully through whichever body part was hit with the exception of the use of a skin hardening jutsu then it just goes halfway through. Cooldown of 4 posts.

Description: Raishi weaves the handseals and when then the jutsu starts once his opponent sees him charging towards them and looks into his eyes. It's very simple, the opponent is in a genjutsu without even realising it; Raishi can swing left but the opponent sees him swinging right. It basically opposites all of his movements apart from moving forwards and backwards. For instance, if he moves left, the opponent sees him moving right and so on. . The opponent needs to have a sever hit to the head from someone not affected by the jutsu before being able to escape this genjutsu which is why Raishi avoids hitting the head. It lasts for 2 posts and has a cooldown of 5 posts.

Description: Raishi first charges his chakra, spreading it around his body evenly, amassing enough of the fire natured chakra to be able to activate the jutsu. Once the chakra is enough, Raishi releases releases the chakra, charging at his opponent at high speeds, the flames resembling that of a hawk. This attack could also be launched while airbourne to look more like the bird at flight. The jutsu has to be activated at the right time as once it is, Raishi can only move in one direction. once the opponent is hit with the jutsu, he is forceful pushed backwards, suffering 2nd degree burns and a gaining a seal on whatever part of the skin that Raishi was able to touch during impact. This seal makes the opponent to be frozen for a total of two posts.


Special Jounin (B Rank)

Name:熔火遁: ふんえん {Yō-Katon: Funen ~ Lava-Fire Release: Lava Plume}

Description: Kneading chakra in his stomach, Raishi expels a large volume of volcanic ash and smoke from his mouth, along with many small bits of lava , 20m in every direction around him which spreads quickly in the post that it is created in. The smoke obscures the vision of anyone in its radius, letting them only see about 1m in front of them. In addition, the flecks of lava (about the size of a cookie crisp) fly around in the smoke cloud, causing minor first-degree burns on contact. This jutsu can be blown away by a Fuuton jutsu of equal rank. . The fog has no effect on the user, though if the opponent breathes in the fog for a two posts they will have coughing fits and feel dizzy,reducing their speed and reaction time by 20% not able to think straight, if for 5 posts, they suffer vision loss. The jutsu lasts for 5 posts and can be extended for another post for 10 chakra. Cooldown of 7 posts.

Name: Lava Style: Great Wall

Description: The user slams both hands in front of him after charging his chakra and immediately, a wall 15 meters in height and 15 meters wide erupts from the ground, 3 meters away from the user. Both of the users hands must remain on the floor for the wall to stay up. It is extremely hot since it consists of molten rock, so if kunai or any projectile is thrown at the wall, they melt instantly and people cannot stand within 5 meters of the walll due to the hit, apart from Raishi. The wall can only be nullified by an A rank Suiton jutsu. If a B Rank Suiton jutsu hits the wall, it simply solidifies to volcanic rock.

Name: Yoton: Shakugaryuugan no Jutsu (Lava Style: Burning Stream Rock Technique)

Description: The user expels a large amount of lava from their mouth,after weaving the handseals, which quickly solidifies into multiple boulders of molten rock that are fired towards the target with tremendous force. Due to their composition, the boulders can melt through most objects with ease, and because a considerable number are dispersed over a wide range in quick succession, they are also difficult to avoid. Usually about 10, 1 meter in diameter boulders are created with this jutsu. The lava can leave 2nd degree burns and it can also melt through glass. The lava takes 2 posts to cool down and harden into rock. The user can choose to control only one of these boulders.

Hmm well the first 3 D-rank are all in the canon database so those are instantly approved.

The C-rank doton on the other hand is not so I will began moderation there.

Doton: Doryuusou no Jutsu - Earthen Rising Spears:

Alrighty, this needs to have a number of spikes that protrude from the ground, how far from the user they come up from the ground, a speed at which they go up, a durability of the spikes, and what kind of damage they can do if you get hit by one. It will also need a cooldown of 4 posts

Twisted Mirror World:

Alrighty, you have to put in what amount of physical damage to the users body knocks them out of the genjutsu, I also believe that eye contact would have to be necessary for the genjutsu to begin taking effect as most visual genjutsu do. It also needs a duration and a cooldown added to it.

The First B-rank:

Alrighty, you need to have specifics dealing with what the dizziness and coughing fits cause using the potential scale in the rules (like drops speed 20% or something of the sort) and I believe causing something to extend another post if it's B-rank it should be 10 chakra You should also put in there that the user may not suffocate but they still suffer from the vision loss. Also put a cooldown of 7 posts.

Another thing for the twisted mirror thing, what exact damage does a "severe blow to the head" entail. Because if we go off of canon it took only a broken finger to break Shikamaru from a B-rank genjutsu in the fight with Tayuya, and seeing as yours is a rank under I believe the damage would need to be lower than that.
