Name: Katon: Dragon Fire Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Ninjutsu (C Rank) Element: Katon Distance: 50 feet Description: The user breathes fire, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon. Can cause second degree burns on direct contact and within six inches of the flame. The flame travels at 60 mph, making it extremely effective at close range. Requires hand seals. 4 post cool down.
Name: Katon: Great Fireball Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Ninjutsu (C Rank) Element: Katon Distance: 50 Feet Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. At its largest, Goukyaku no Jutsu is 10 feet in diameter, and can travel at 40 mph. Requires hand seals. This technique can leave severe third degree burns at its center (a five foot radius from the exact center) while the rest of the fireball gives off second degree burns. 6 post cool down.
Name: Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Ninjutsu (C Rank) Element: Katon Distance: 50 feet Description: The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls about as big as soft balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai. There can be a maximum of 10 fireballs, and each one causes second-degree burns. Cool down four posts.
Name: Katon: Great Dragon Fire Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Ninjutsu (B Rank) Element: Katon Distance: 80 feet Description: The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds (if the technique is not aimed at anyone and is shot into the air with the intention of creating thunder clouds it can pierce the sky in distance). A master of this technique (katon primary + A rank) can fire off three flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes though normally they only recieve heavy third degree burns. The dragon is ten feet wide and ten feet tall, and travels at 60 mph, making it deadly at close range. Requires hand seals. 8 post cool down.
Name: Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku [Fire Style: Great Fire Annihilation] Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Ninjutsu (B Rank) Element: Katon Distance: 50x20x30 feet (length, width, height) travels 50 feet before dispersing Description: Requires handseals. After preforming the necessary handseals the user sends an extremely large amount of chakra to their mouth and exhale, causing a giant wall of fire to form in the dimensions stated above moving at 50 mph straight forward. The fire is capable of causing heavy third degree burns on anywhere it touches. Drawbacks include 1st degree burns on the face of the user because of the close proximity of the massive wall as it comes out of their mouth. twice per topic, 10 post cooldown.
Name: Amaterasu Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Ninjutsu (Rank S, Once per week, Twice if you have eternal) Element: Enton Distance: Within eyesight, or Jutsu with amaterasu influence. Description: Amaterasu is a black flame ninjutsu that can only be activated using the Mangekyou Sharingan of a ninjutsu specialist ninja. It is said that it can burn anything, even non-combustible materials. There is, however, a huge limit to this ninjutsu ability. It uses a large amount of chakra to burn through objects, and each post used will make it more and more likely that the user will suffer blindness. Amaterasu always costs S-rank chakra at the beginning, and each subsequent post of Amaterasu fire costs a ranked amount of chakra, starting with D-rank. S-rank: 1st post-outer-most clothing begins to burn. D-rank: 2nd post used-outer-most clothing gone, second layer begins to burn. C-rank: 3rd post used-second layer gone, third begins to burn. B-rank: 4th post used-third layer gone, fourth begins to burn. A-rank: 5th post used-fourth layer gone, fifth begins to burn. S-rank: 6th post used-fifth layer gone, sixth begins to burn. Any after 6th post is S+D, S+C, but honestly, who has 6 layers of clothing? Heat- and fire-resistant clothing does have an impact on Amaterasu by slowing the burn, for example: 1st post- outer-most clothing begins to burn. 2nd post- outer-most clothing still burning. 3rd post- outer-most clothing gone, second layer begins to burn. This increases the survivability of Amaterasu significantly, but it still makes it difficult to defeat. It is also possible to drain all chakra from a foe who uses Amaterasu, but instead of fainting like a person normally would, they both faint and lose any ability to use Amaterasu through total blindness. If the clothing that is burning is removed before the Amaterasu fire has burned all the way through, the fire is defeated. If the fire catches the opponent's skin, however, the opponent has lost the match automatically.

Henge No Jutsu

Description: Requires Handseals. This is considered one of the most difficult of the E-rank techniques. It changes the users appearance of the user to anything they are capable of picturing in their minds clearly so it makes it quite hard to use mid-combat as the vision in their mind may be skewed because of the pressure. Also it doesn't give them the abilities of what they change it to, for example, if one were to turn into a hawk they would not be able to fly. Lasts for 4 posts, or until the user is struck with the force of anything that of a D-ranks punch or higher, and has a cooldown of 2 posts.

Description: Requires handseals. This is the most basic of cloning techniques that is the pretense of all other elemental clones. These clones have no substance at all and only look like the user and can do no form of attacking or physical contact with the enemy. 2 post cooldown with the clones lasting 4.
This Jutsu is where the clone rules will be implemented, you may only use up to your ranks limit with ANY clone, not just these ones. The cloning table goes as such:

Type: Supplementary Ninjutsu
Distance: 0-100 feet
Description: Requires preparing an inanimate object with a seal BEFORE combat that you plan to use. This jutsu is simply the art of substitution. By planting a seal on an inanimate object that will react with the chakra of the one who uses it after charging and allows the user to switch places with the object that has the seal, thus making it take the hit for them. May only be used if the seal was placed before hand and only objects within a 100 foot radius is within range. Once per topic unless multiple are planted.
