Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 0-2 Miles Description: This jutsu requires one handseal. This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. (Once per topic) Name Storm release: storm hands Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Storm Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Self Description: The user charges his chakra and sends using hand signs the user empowers his his hands with storm chakra. The chakra empowers his taijutsu allowing him to give anyone he touches with his hands 1st degree burns. The technique lasts for 8 posts and has a 3 post cooldown. (Twice per thread) Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique: Level 1Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: - Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Clone Technique Description: Hand seals, the caster performs their hand seals and is then required to throw a shuriken. After the shuriken is thrown it splits apart into shadows clones so that there are now 50 of them that stay clustered within a 20 foot area of each other. These shuriken travel at 25 mph. After the shuriken either hit their target to cause damage or land the clones 'pop' and disappear. These clones are shadow clones and therefore any damage caused by a clone is equal to damage caused by a real shuriken. 4 round cool down. Suiton: Gunshot Technique Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Suiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 30 Meters Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed waterball attack possesses enough power to considerably injure an opponent.. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It's also possible to increase the power of destruction of the balls themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. Each about the size of a softball, shooting at a speed of 65 mph. The effects change when how much chakra is put into it changes. As follows: 10 chakra: Softball sized waterballs, Contusions, 5 'bullets' This jutsu has a 3 post cooldown.

Suiton: Water Clone Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Suiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 10 Meters Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. The maximum amount of clones is 6. This clone is destroyed in a single blow, and has a 3 post cooldown.
Suiton: Starch Syrup Capture Field Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Suiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 35 Ft in Diameter Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from their mouth. This liquid can cover a 35 feet in diameter field . If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance, the amount of chakra needed would be equivalent to the amount of chakra used for the jutsu, 20 chakra. The user however does not have to focus chakra to their feet to hover. This jutsu lasts for 5 posts with a cooldown of 6. Raikyū (Lightning Ball)Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 120 feet Description: Hand Seals; After the user has performed the needed hand seals they will bring their hands together to form an 'O' shape, inside of which electricity will spark and then form into a sphere of pure lightning. As the ball grows the user pulls their hands apart until it reaches full size (3 feet in diameter) at which point the ball is stable enough to be held in one hand. After the ball has completely formed the user is able to launch it at a top speed of 45 mph in a straight line, should the ball not run into anything it will continue on for the full 120 feet then in the next post boomerang back towards the user until it hits them. The user takes no damage if the technique veers back and hits them, rather the ball is just returning to it's creator and dissolving back into unfocused chakra (this does NOT return chakra to the user). If the sphere does hit something though the damage is equivalent to being hit by a sphere of steel going the same speed along with second degree electrical burns on the contacted areas. There is a numbness in the area hit which causes pain in that spot to not be felt for one round but the round after complete feeling returns. 5 post cool down. Lightning Beast Running Technique (Raijū Hashiri no Jutsu)Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Raition Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 50 ft Description: Hand Seals; the user creates a hound composed of lightning chakra standing four feet tall at the shoulder. This beast is connected to a leash also made of lightning chakra held in the user's hand that allows them to control it but prevents the user from doing hand seals for the duration of the technique. The hound is able to run around at the user's command for the length of it's leash (50 feet) at a max speed of 35 mph, when it hits something it explodes and cause second degree electrical burns to everything within five feet of it. The maximum number of rounds this hound can remain is three, after that it automatically explodes and then dissipates. 5 round cool down.

Special Jounin (B Rank) Name: Storm release: Laser Circus Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: Storm Type: Ninjitsu Distance: All ranges Description: Hand seals; This technique creates several beams and shoots them at the enemy. First, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then the technique encircles the user's hand and from that the beams are shot out towards the enemy at 30 mph. The user is able to alter the beams direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity The beams can cause third degree burns and moves at enough force to fracture an opponent's bones. There is a 5 post cooldown after performing the technique.
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique) Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Clone Technique Description: Requires a charge equal to hand seals followed by a single tiger seal to unleash the technique. Unlike the normal Bunshin technique which creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance, the Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with solid form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. The user can only create a maximum of 6 shadow clones, and must distribute their chakra between them. That means if they have 130 chakra, and summon 4 clones, that means the technique will subtract 30 and have 100 chakra left to distribute between the clones. This means that each clone will have 20 chakra, including the user. If a clone is destroyed the chakra returns to the user. 6 round cool down after use.
Suiton: Exploding Water Colliding Wave Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: Suiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 30 Yards Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. This turns into a wave when the user spews an amount of water from their mouth, which expands into a giant wave of water, rolling forward at the opponent. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed(80 MPH), and attack the enemy, if swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used. Afterwards, the water remaining can be used for suiton techniques(This also applies for enemies who wish to use the water) As it is a B rank, this move can only create a small lake (30x30x30 yards). Doton, being waters weakness can defeat the move. C rank will weaken it considerably, and B rank and above will nullify the move. D rank and below will have no effect. The proper amount of handseals will be needed for the users rank. This jutsu has a cooldown of 10 posts, and can only be used twice per topic.
Suiton: Water Dragon Technique Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: Suiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 100 Ft Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. If damage is dealt directly, the dragon has the same force as a spear thrown with enough force to pierce through iron. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the ninja's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is any water. The amount of water used depends on the skill of the ninja using it. The basic, standard size is 30 ft. It can maximize 100 ft if the user is around enough water. The larger the dragon, the harder it is to dodge. Handseals. Cooldown of 4 posts. Special Jounin if their primary element is water, can create the dragon without any water around only ONCE. Jounin and up for everyone else still, only ONCE. If a ninja were to maximize the size of the dragon, here is what is required per rank. An ocean for chuunin. A lake for Special Jounin w/o water as primary. A River for jounin and s. Jounin with primary element being water. Can create at maximum size only ONCE without any water around. The next attempt needs a river.
- Jounin A-Rank:
Rairyū no Tatsumaki (Lightning Dragon Tornado) Rank of Jutsu: A Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 100 ft Description: Requires hand seals. After hand seals the user will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon's head and will cover the area in front of the user. It will then strike out against their opponent and painfully trap them in the vortex, if trapped within this vortex the target's entire body is covered in deep lacerations (about three inches) and second degree burns. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with the foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a target within ten feet of the dragon itself to cause first degree burns. The fully extended dragon is one hundred feet long and fifteen feet across (diameter). If it runs into another material it will be stopped unless that material is only as hard as steel or lower, which in that case the dragon can destroy and pass through to continue towards its target. The dragon moves at a speed of 45 mph. 8 round cool down.
Name: Storm Release: Storm Tigers Rank of Jutsu: A Element Affinity: Storm Type: Ninjitsu Distance: 60ft Description: Hand seals; like the Lightning Tiger the user creates a tiger composed of storm chakra standing five feet tall at the shoulder. This Tiger is connected to a leash also made of storm chakra held in the user's hand that allows them to control it but prevents the user from doing hand seals for the duration of the technique. Unlike the Lightning Tiger, The Tiger can run at 50 mph and when it comes into contact with any obstruction it explodes and everything that it hits directly hit recieves third degree burns and the explosion is enough to break bones, everything within 15 feet recieves second degree burns. When it hits a limb it causes numbness for 1 post. 6 round cooldown.
- S-Rank:
Suiton: Snake's Mouth Rank of Jutsu: S Element Affinity: Suiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 120 Feet Description: Handseals Required. This technique allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping maw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a rapid flowing river that carries the enemy away. Virtually Inescapable. The only way one could escape is to use the same ranked tech of waters weakness. Which is an Earth Release of A rank or higher. 6 Post Cooldown. The size of the snake itself is 60 ft. long and 5 ft. wide. It can maw/ crush down on the enemy with the same force as 200 lbs. dropped from a three story building. It wraps and squeezes with twice the force of a real anaconda snake.The river flows as fast as the highest level of water rapids.

| I suggest taking another jutsu in replacement for Suiton: Hidden Mist jutsu. It isn't up to date yet.
B-rank: Storm release: Laser Circus, add either a charge time or handseals for one post
A-rank: Direct hit should be third degree with the ability to break bones, within 15 feet should be second degree. Add numbing when it hits a limb for one post
