Bloodline Ability: Thor's Blessing
Stage One: The thunder of Thor is said to course through the veins of his people. All members of the Stormbloods can trigger this stage of their Kekkei Genkai. The eyes of the user begin to glow a shade of yellow, making them appear to look like small lightbulbs. Although, it is simply the electricity of their bodies being amplified and shown through their eyes. The electrons in each molecule and atom making the user begin to vibrate faster than normal, making electrical impulses sent from the brain to the muscles and nerves of the body faster. Thus, it increases reaction time and speed of the user by 20%.
Stage Two: Now the valence shells of electrons begin to over-react and overproduce electronic waves throughout the body of the user. All members of the Stormblood clan of Chuunin rank or higher can access this stage. The hair of the user stands on end because of static electricity, and the hair becomes a bright yellow color. The overproducing electrons in the outer shells of the atoms cause the atoms to split and multiply in the muscles, causing them to grow rapidly. Strength of the user is increased by 20%. In order to reach be able to access this stage, the user must train for mastery of it in a 500 word training topic.
Stage Three: The final stage of Thor's Blessing is a continuation of the first two stages, and is the full potential of power extenuation of the Stormblood people. The rapid movement of electrons, as well as overproducing of electronic waves by them, causes the strength and speed to both be raised by 40%. The user can now feel electrons of objects around them. Using this ability, they can read where the electrons are jumping to when an object or person moves, further increasing the user's ability to predict movements. In other words, their reaction time is increased by 40%. The user is also coated in a constant field of electricity, causing lightning shots to be seen shooting across the body of the user randomly. If someone were to touch a user in this stage, it would numb whatever was used to touch the user for a single post afterwards. This only applies to body parts however, because the electric current on the outside of the user is too weak to course through any inanimate object. In order to access this stage, the user must be of Special Jounin rank or higher, and must have completed an 800-word training topic to master it.
Stat increases do not stack.
Specifications and Details:
These stages do not need to be accessed in order in a topic. Meaning, someone can go straight to the third stage if they are able. This means, however, that all changes in physical appearance and battle attributes that would have occurred in prior stages must be made known in the post in which it was activated. As an example, let's say I go straight to the third stage in battle because I have the capability to. This means that I would have to say that my eyes started glowing, my speed and reaction time was increased; then my hair turned yellow and stood up, my strength increased; and then finally that small lightning bolts began shooting across my body, and that my speed, strength, and reaction time were all increased again- all in that same post.
Clan History: The Stormblood clan has been in Chikagakure since the village was founded. It has no proven founder, but it is said that Thor himself actually made the Stormblood clan, and that he himself was one. Thor is the god of thunder, and the people of the Stormbloods worship him as their hero and deity. In fact, the symbol of his hammer is also the clan symbol, and it tattooed on all of their necks. They strictly believe in the Norse religion, as well as all of the gods that come with it, but Thor is their primary god. They have always lived happily in the village of the storm, and today, they continue to flourish.

Genin (D Rank)
Name: Thunder Style: Charge Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Self Description: The user courses lightning through their veins for a single post, using the electromagnetism of their body to collect static electricity in the air around them. This jutsu is not used for attacking, but after it is used, any lightning jutsu used in the next 6 posts is increased in power by 10%. After a boosted lightning jutsu is used, the user cannot perform another boosted one, but instead must wait until after the 7 post cooldown before charging and using it again. Charge time equivalent to handseals at this rank.
Name: Thunder Style: Thunderpunch Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Nintaijutsu Distance: Self Description: The user charges lightning chakra into their fist, and releases it through a regular punch on the target. The lightning chakra flows out of the knuckles of the user upon impact, and directly into the contacted area of the victim. The dimensions of the impact are 1 foot in diameter. This causes 1st degree electrical burns in the affected area, as well as temporary numbness for 2 posts. In the first post, the area is completely numb, in the second it regains 70% of its feeling, and then on the third it regains full feeling. This jutsu can destroy iron and dent steel. Cooldown of 5 posts, and charge time is equivalent to handseals at this rank.
Name: Thunder Style: Cell Acceleration Minor Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Ijutsu Distance: Self Description: The user touches a wound with his open palms, and emits a constant stream of electricity. This spark of electricity travels into the wounded cells of the open contusion, and sparks them with life (almost like millions of tiny defibrillators). This means that the cells' division cycles are altered and unnaturally sped up. Because the cells split and grow now at such a rapid pace, the wound heals at a faster pace, but only in the areas where the hands are touching. After leaving the hand on the wound for a single post, minor wounds ranging to an inch deep can be healed. Charge time equivalent to handseals at this rank, and cooldown is 4 posts.
Chuunin (C Rank)
Name: Thunder Style: Lightning Aura Minor Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Nintaijutsu Distance: Self Description: The user runs an excessive amount of lightning chakra through the top layer of their skin, making it appear to glow slightly. This is only the minor form of this jutsu, so the damage done to the victim is not much. When an opponent makes contact with the skin of the user, whatever part of the victim touches the user gets an electric shock of 40,000 volts, enough to completely paralyze a toddler. To anyone over the age of 6 however, this merely causes numbness in half of the limb or area touched by the skin of the user. If any metal is touched by this electricity, it courses through the metal and into anyone holding it, causing the same numbness, but also 1st degree burns on whatever was touching the metal that got electrocuted because of the heat.
This jutsu stays in effect for 4 posts, charge time is equivalent to handseals at this rank, and has a cooldown of 6 posts. While this jutsu is active, the user cannot perform any offensive.
Name: Thunder Style: Sonic Boom Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Supplementary Ninjutsu Distance: Self Description: By focusing lightning chakra into the feet, the user builds up pure potential energy through lightning. After charging, the user releases the chakra in their feet, making them appear to explode with lightning. Each tiny explosion is the result of microscopic sonic booms of the cells of the feet that are releasing the kinetic energy that had been stored inside them. These constant jolts of electricity flowing through the feet allow the user to now run at a speed of a ninja one rank above them (+20%) for three posts. Charge time equivalent to handseals at this rank, and a 5 post cooldown.
Special Jounin (B Rank)
Name: Thunder Style: Gatling Lightning Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 80 feet Description: Requires Handseals. The user stores lightning chakra into both palms through handseals, then releases them as small, 8-inch in diameter balls of lightning. 5 of each shoot rapid-fire from each hand, and each moves at a speed of 15 mph. Each small ball causes numbness in the area of impact for 3 posts, as well as 1st degree burns. Cooldown of 4 posts
Name: Thunder Style: Restless Lightning Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Supplementary Ninjutsu Distance: 50 feet Description: The user charges lightning chakra into their open palm. Then the user pulls their hand back to prepare for the initial blast. Upon pushing their hand forward directly at their opponent, they fire a concentrated ball of electricity roughly 22 feet in diameter traveling at 10 feet per second. If the ball makes contact with the target, it causes half-body paralysis for a single post afterward, numbness of the entire affected area for 3 posts, and 2nd degree burns. Charge time equivalent to handseals at this rank, and cooldown is 8 posts.

Jounin (A Rank)
Name: Thunder Style: Fokuhai Rank of Jutsu: A Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Supplementary Ninjutsu Distance: 20 ft. Description: The user charges raiton chakra into the frontal lobe of their brain. Then, the user forms their index fingers and thumbs together into a triangle and places the triangle on their forehead. That is when the chakra in the frontal lobe transfers into the hands. Keeping the hands together, the user then removes the hands from the forehead and releases the chakra, firing a beam of concentrated lightning 15 ft in diameter at 90 mph. This move is nigh-impossible to dodge, but it also extremely close range. If the beam makes contact with the target, it causes 3rd degree electrical burns in the effected areas, and numbness for 3 posts. This jutsu can pierce materials up through the durability of reinforced steel. Cooldown is 6 posts. Charge time equivalent to handseals at this rank.

Name: Final Flash Rank of Jutsu: S Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Supplementary Ninjutsu Distance: 200m Description: Charge time equivalent to handseals at this rank. After charging lightning chakra into both hands, the user lifts move hands out to their sides, extending a field of electricity around their body, collecting all electricity in the air around the user. Then, in a heavy clap, the user brings both hands together in front of him/her, releasing a huge beam of lightning in its most concentrated form that is 30 feet in diameter and traveling at 100 mph. This jutsu can completely dissipate any material. If made contact with the target, it causes 3rd degree electrical burns in the entire body and sets any flammable materials on fire. as well as completely vaporizing any part of the body hit by the beam itself. It also causes complete body paralysis regardless as to where the target was hit, because as soon as any body part is touched by the electricity, it courses through the entire body. Only in the touched areas however, skin is completely disintegrated away, and muscle is burned away all the way down to the bone.
If used on the ground, it creates a crater 20m deep and 100m in diameter, destroying every inanimate object within its radius, and causing all people in the radius to have 3rd degree electrical burns, as well as complete body numbness for 4 posts.
In the user, this jutsu causes a massive migraine due to the electrical current distorting their brain and making it swell up, reducing vision to extreme tunnel vision for the rest of the topic. It also causes the user to seize involuntarily for a single post afterward, making every muscle unusable for that post. In other words, you better not miss.

Description: Requires Handseals. This is considered one of the most difficult of the E-rank techniques. It changes the users appearance of the user to anything they are capable of picturing in their minds clearly so it makes it quite hard to use mid-combat as the vision in their mind may be skewed because of the pressure. Also it doesn't give them the abilities of what they change it to, for example, if one were to turn into a hawk they would not be able to fly. Lasts for 4 posts, or until the user is struck with the force of anything that of a D-ranks punch or higher, and has a cooldown of 2 posts.

Description: Requires handseals. This is the most basic of cloning techniques that is the pretense of all other elemental clones. These clones have no substance at all and only look like the user and can do no form of attacking or physical contact with the enemy. 2 post cooldown with the clones lasting 4.
This Jutsu is where the clone rules will be implemented, you may only use up to your ranks limit with ANY clone, not just these ones. The cloning table goes as such:
Description: Requires preparing an inanimate object with a seal BEFORE combat that you plan to use. This jutsu is simply the art of substitution. By planting a seal on an inanimate object that will react with the chakra of the one who uses it after charging and allows the user to switch places with the object that has the seal, thus making it take the hit for them. May only be used if the seal was placed before hand and only objects within a 100 foot radius is within range. Once per topic unless multiple are planted.
Name: Earth Style: Underground Voyage Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: Doton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Self Description: Passive. The user of this jutsu has gained the ability to be able to move through the earth as if it were water, being able to dig with extreme ease with hands or feet. By focusing chakra into the hands or feet, just as one would focus chakra into feet to stand atop water, the caster focuses chakra into the hands, or the feet, and can cut and slice through earth as if it had the consistency of water. The user can completely travel through the ground as though he were walking on land. This does not apply to other people’s jutsu however due to that earth being fused with foreign chakra. The caster can navigate through 200 meters of earth before having to expel more chakra.

Name: Earth Style: Mimiwokatamukeru no Jutsu Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Doton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Self Description: Passive. After being activated, the user gains the ability to feel vibrations in the earth, whether it be the ground, walls, or other structures. Using this ability, they can feel all physical attributes of anyone in the affected radius. Simple things from height, weight, and gender to more accurate things like ear size, breathing problems, and eyebrow width can be felt. The radius goes on for one half of a mile. The problem is that the user has to be completely still for this jutsu to work. This can last for a time of 5 posting rounds, and has a cooldown of 5 rounds as well.
Name: Earth Release: Rock-Mat Technique Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Doton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 150 feet Description: Hand seals; the user completes their hand seals and stomps the ground with their foot to creates two circular slabs of stone, each a foot and a half across and three inches thick. With a powerful kick or punch the user sends the slabs flying straight in the direction of their choosing at ten miles per hour, after about one hundred and fifty feet the slabs lose speed and fall back to the ground and crumble into dirt. Both slabs must be launched on their own and the maximum height they can be is anywhere from just above the ground to level with the user's chest and shoulders. Whenever these slabs hit something it is like getting hit with a stone disc, at these speeds a direct hit can fracture bones but due to the nature of the technique they then revert back into dirt, this means they can not fully break a bone with the exception of fingers. Name: Mixed Martial Arts Style: The Crouching Tiger Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: - Type: Taijutsu Distance: Self Description: Passive. This martial artist stance is completely defensive as far as purpose goes, and is useful to those who fight in the way of passiveness. The fighter using this style curls one hand into a fist, turns it upside down, and rests it pointed forward and beside their hip. The other hand is lifted in front of the user’s torso, palm open but fingers curled to look like a tiger’s paw. In this stance, the user can grab any taijutsu attack or kenjutsu attack (granted he grabs the blunt end before the sharp end hits) with the hand lifted forward. Then, the fighter uses the already formed fist, and bats the attack away. If a taijutsu move is grabbed and stopped, then the following punch with the opposite hand can fracture bones. If a kenjutsu move is caught, then the weapon is disarmed from the target. This has a 4 post cooldown.

Name: Earth Style: Earth Dragon Jutsu (Doton: Dosekiryū) Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: Doton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 300 ft Description: After the needed handseals the user will transfer chakra into the ground, turning the earth under into mud. The user will then form the mud into a huge dragon that can be sent for an attack. The dragon is 30 ft long and 5 ft wide, and moves at 50 ft/s, with enough force to dent steel and pierce through iron. The dragon can break bones. If used in an area with mud already the dragon's size increases to 60 ft it's width goes to 10 ft, and the jutsu's strength is increased by 10% able to punh through steel. A C rank Raiton technique can break apart the dragon. If used with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Projectile the dragon's size increases to 100 ft and 20 ft wide, and the jutsu is increased by 20%, it can punch through reinforced steel easily. A B rank Raiton technique or higher can dissipate it if used with earth dragon projectile. The user can only make it 100 ft once per topic. The dragon can change direction up to three times. 4 post cooldown.
Name: Mixed Martial Arts Style: The Jade Dragon Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: - Type: Taijutsu Distance: Self Description: Passive. This is one of the hidden Taijutsu styles passed down through the Stormblood family lineage. It is the offensive counterpart to the Crouching Tiger, focusing mostly on strategic ferocity in the attacks. The user takes a position in which the knees are bent and the feet are shoulder-length apart. He then raises both arms in front of him with open palms and stretched out fingers, resembling dragon's claws. The user waits again for their opponent to attack, but instead of waiting to counter it, they meet it head-on. The user can hit whatever the opponent is using to attack. If the opponent's kick, punch, or any other bodily attack is stopped, the area hit will receive bruising of the muscle and breaking of the bone. They will also be sent backwards into the air. As the opponent flies backward, the user grabs them by the foot before they get too far, pulls them back, and slams them into the ground. This not only creates an opening to a follow-up attack, but the contact with the ground knocks the wind out of the opponent. If a weapon-based attack is deflected, the user will hit any non-sharp part of the weapon, disarm it from the opponent, and it will also send the opponent flying backwards in the same manner. Cooldown of 6 rounds.

Description: Passive. The Lariat is a quick, but powerful Taijutsu attack. It's most basic form does not require a charging of chakra, and is considered passive. When activated, the user runs forward with their arm held out to their side at a speed two ranks higher than that of their natural speed, and they perform a "clothesline" on their target. Upon doing so, the user must yell out, "Lariat!" If it misses, the jutsu is nullified completely, and can only be performed again after the cooldown. The damage from this jutsu depends on the strength of the user, being an attack pulling power purely from the upper body muscles. At base strength (on anyone), this attack (usually aimed at the chest) causes severe bruising to both skin and bone. If a successful attack hits the chest, it can make breathing very painful and slightly difficult. If hit, the target is sent soaring through the air at 30fps for 30 feet, and it is impossible to not lose your footing. For each 20% boost in strength, 15 feet is added to the distance, but nothing is added to the damage due to the force being spread over the entire torso. Cooldown of 7 posts.

Name: Kamehameha Rank of Jutsu: A Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 200 feet Description: Requires two posts of detailed charging. The first post of charging starts with the caster clasping his hands together in front of him, then pulling them apart while generating lightning chakra. In doing this, the caster creates a magnetic electric field around their body. In the next post, the caster bring his hands to the right side of his body, and begins generating lightningchakra in between both his open palms. Using the magnetic field, the caster overrides the lightning chakra, and forms a dense energy source of a fusion composed of condensed lightning. This part lasts for one post, and if it is held out a post longer, the energy consumes the caster, the lightning spreads to every cell of the body, electrocuting the caster to death. On the third post, the caster thrusts both open palms forward to release the energy. The energy releases in the form of a beam of lightning. The beam has a radius of 12 feet. It flies forward at a rate of 80mph. If it hits anything, the energy cuts clean through any material with a durability of titanium or lower, and the lightning itself vaporizes it. This can be used once per topic.
Name: Big Bang Rank of Jutsu: A Element Affinity: Lightning Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 200 feet Description: Requires two detailed posts of charging. In the first post, the caster pulls both open palms back and holds them out against each side of their hip, gathering the energy and strength needed to launch the attack. In the second post, the caster thrusts both open palms out and hold them next to eachother facing the target. In doing so, a huge ball with a diameter of 9 feet forms immediately in front of the hands. The ball is made of extremely concentrated lightning held together by an electromagnetic field. On the third post, the caster uses sheer mindpower to launch the ball forward. It flies at a rate of 80mph. If it makes contact with anything, the ball explodes, releasing the lightning into the atmosphere. The lightning expands into a quarter-mile diameter explosion, engulfing and destroying any life forms in the area. It cannot destroy any solid items, as the lightning only has the ability to disintegrate flesh and living organisms. This can be used once per topic.

Description: Passive. The Lariat is a quick, but powerful Taijutsu attack. It's most basic form does not require a charging of chakra, and is considered passive. When activated, the user runs forward with their arm held out to their side at a speed three ranks higher than that of their natural speed, and they perform a "clothesline" on their target. Upon doing so, the user must yell out, "Lariat!" If it misses, the jutsu is nullified completely, and can only be performed again after the cooldown. The damage from this jutsu depends on the strength of the user, being an attack pulling power purely from the upper body muscles. This is a special version of the original Lariat, however, and pulls its power form chakra as well. Utilizing some version of chakra enhancement (Lightning Release Armor, Tailed Forms of Jinchuuriki, etc..), the caster boosts the damage of this attack exponentially. At base strength, and while being in a chakra enhanced state (this is a necessity), this attack (sill normally aimed at the chest) fractures bones and breaks through skin, causing more than severe damage. This has the potential to cause the lung cavities to collapse, killing the target, but if it hits anywhere other than that, is makes the target paralyzed with shock of mere pain for one post afterward if they are the same rank as the caster. If it is anyone less in rank, then it makes them pass out. The chakra enhancement of the arm also gives it the ability to withstand any material of titanium grade of lower, and can break steel. After impact, the target is sent flying through the air at 60fps for 60 feet, and it is impossible to not lose your footing. For each 20% boost in strength, 10 feet are added to the distance, but nothing is added to the damage. Cooldown of 10 posts.

Name: Big Bang Kamehameha Rank of Jutsu: S Element Affinity: Lightning Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 300 feet Description: This jutsu requires 3 posts of detailed charging. This jutsu is a hybrid combination of two of the jutsu Bryn T. Orik developed, the Kamehameha and the Big Bang. It is very hard to control, and that is why each post must be detailed to every point to avoid death. In the first post, the caster clasps his hand in front of his body to begin forming the attack. He begins generating an electric field in between the two clasped palms, and very slowly separates them, eventually bringing both hands held out on either side of the body, creating a massive electric field. This part is crucial, for if the caster describes this movement incorrectly in any way, they are electrocuted to death by the immense amount of lightning chakra in the area. On the second post, the caster brings both hands together on the right side of the body, pushing together and condensing the massive electric radius. The caster must be careful in condensing the electricity at this point. They have to push together both open palms with the electricity forming in between, making the hands get close to touching, levitating the field of condensed chakra in the open space between both hands. But if the caster touches the field of chakra in between the palms, or touches either hand together on accident, they electrify and die instantly. The third post is the trickiest. The caster pushes both palms out forward in front of his body, forcing the condensed chakra out in front of the body as well. The caster holds his palms open facing forward in front of his body, suspending the chakra in front of them. At this point the user must expand the chakra just enough to match a radius of 15 feet. Any more, and it will succumb the user, burning him electrically then vaporizing him, any less and the jutsu will simply fade away, making the caster expend the chakra for no reason at all. After it has been expanded to the proper length, the caster forces more chakra to the outside of the ball, encasing it and sustaining it so the caster can relax a little bit. On the fourth post, with one final mental push, the huge ball of death is shot forward at an alarming rate of 100mph. It is pushed forward by a huge beam of lightning shot from the palms of the caster that has the same radius. When the ball hits anything at all, it explodes, succumbing a radius of 800 meters to its will. It destroys everything in the radius. The condensed energy slices through everything, and the lightning penetrates the openings made by the slicing, and vaporizes everything in its wake. The explosion spreads at a rate of 120fps. Because of the electromagnetic field that the caster formed around themselves in the first post, they are immune to the damage after the ball explodes. This jutsu can be used once every two weeks.

Yonbi no Yagi
Personality: One of the more threatening Bijuu, the Four Tailed Mountain Ram is a very serious and forboding opponent. He is very calm, yet fearsome in a sense that he's very large, fierce looking, and rugged. He has a deep, melancholy voice that has a thick rasp, adding to his menacing aura. He doesn't enjoy being messed with, so he is angered when others try to annoy him. He is very calm, and only gets angry when provoked. Standing at about 30 feet tall, the height of a 3-story building, he is a massive show of brute force, specializing mostly in Taijutsu and Doton techniques.
Abilities: The Yonbi no Yagi has massive amounts of strength boosts, totaling at 7 ranks higher (+140%). His Doton techniques cost two ranks less of chakra for every technique (-40%). The two massive curled horns on his head that are each 4 feet long can pierce through titanium (or can dent corundum if used bluntly), but can withstand anything at all. When sealed inside of a host, the host gains a permanent increase in muscle density and a strength boost of 20%. His now dense muscles can be used to dent steel and can severely bruise skin as well as slightly crack bones (microscopic fracturing). In chakra cloak form, the user gains a strength boost of 40% (total of +60%). In the first tail mode, the host's legs became that of a ram, complete with fur and hooves at the ends. The strength of the user increases by another 20% (Total +80%). The user can now charge in a straight line with enough power to knock down any door/structure less durable than an 8 feet think titanium wall. If a straight charge hits a person, it can severely bruise the person, and it does send them flying backwards for 30 feet at a pace of 20fps. This charge can be used twice a topic. In third tail form, the host grows thick brown fur on the rest of his body. Horns, half the size of his body, grow out of the crown of his/her head. These horns have the same durability as the Bijuu's horns. The user's strength is now increased by 5 whole ranks (+100%). In full release, the host has the same qualities as the Bijuu itself.
