Bloodline: Jishaku no tamashī - Magnet Soul

Bloodline Ability: Magnet Release (磁遁, Jiton) is an advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai which allows the user to convert chakra into magnetic forces and magnetise an object. It is unknown where it originates from It is unknown what elements this nature entails.

Clan History: This clan of magnetic chakra has been around since the time of old, the clan was very popular and well known for their ability to have control over magnetism. As times passed the clan members dwindled some due to assassination and others not having the trait of magnetic chakra. Through the years there has been no sign of life for the clan not until that of Alaina Magunetto revealed herself to the world. She along with a handful of members from the magnet clan following her lead had been in hiding for the past few years. She had decided that now was the time that the clan returned to the realm of mortals.

It didn't take long for rival clans and such to begin attempting to hunt down the clan but Alaina and her family members were ready defending off every attack that was brought and soon enough they stopped. The clan wasn't back to its former glory but they would be safe for a time. Alaina had hated having to put an order of power within the clan but there was no other choice as the clan was in such disarray. The clan now follows the lead of of Alaina first and only Son, Neo and only time will tell if fate deems him worthy of being the leader of the clan.

Name: Magnatized Dust: Artillery

Description: After forming the required Handseals, Manipulating Dust, this technique calls for the dust to float directly in front of the wielder. Forming it into numerous senbon (12 Max), the wielder will then propel the senbon forward at extremely high speeds (Max 20 Mph). Unlike normal senbon, these senbon are able to pierce deeper than normal, normally down into the muscle, thus causing extensive damage. Can be used for 3 posts with a cool down of 3.

Description: Charge time equal to handseals, the user will draw the dust from the surround area and create a thick "mist". Having similar effects to sand, the dust will cause irritation to open wounds as well as eyes, nose, and mouth if allowed into these areas. The dust "mist" also limits the eyesight of those caught in it by 50%, other than the user. Being made out of the user's chakra, sensors have a hard time locating people within it, though it is not impossible. The "Mist is completely stationary, 4 post duration 3 post cooldown.

Description: charge time equal to handseals, A simple technique using the Gold Dust. Placing a decent amount of Gold Dust underneath their own feet, they will use their magnetic chakra to push the sand off the ground giving the user the claim over the skies, its max speed being 24 mph. This gives them a great advantage in aerial battles as very few ninja are able to claim the sky. last for 4 post and a 3 post cooldown.

Description:Charge time equal to handseals, Using their magnetic chakra, the wielder will manipulate the powder into a swirling column, appearing very much like a drill. This technique causes piercing damage and can pierce anything up too Reinforced Steel or lower, due to the sand spinning forward and acting as a heavy weapon drill. Although it spins faster, this technique is slower than other Jiton techniques due to more chakra being used to spin the dust than actually propelling it. The speed spin is at around 30 moh, while the movement speed is 19 mph. Lasts for 3 posts and a cooldown of 4

Description: After forming the handseals, the user gives a "solid" shape to the dust in the form of an animal. The type and size of the animal varies and is completely dependent on the amount of dust in the area, the users chakra amount and their imagination. Birds-wolf size 15 Chakra, Tiger-Bear size 20 chakra, anything bigger 25 chakra. All animals that are created would have the base strength, speed, stamina, etc as a normal animal in the wild would. Lasts 3 posts cooldown of 5

Special Jounin (B Rank)

Name: Sakin: Emperor's Funeral

Type: Ninjutsu
Distance: 35 ft
Description: Charge time equal to handseals, the user will make a grip motion with one or both hand, as if on cue, the surrounding Dust will converge and attempt to ensnare the target, wrapping them tightly in a compacted layer of Dust. This technique is used a sort of holding chamber for the target. The Dust's top speed being 42 mph, last for 6 posts cooldown of 4.

Description: After forming the required handseals, One of the more powerful techniques of those utilizing Jiton. Manipulating the dust, they will form it into a large scorpions tail. This tail is 20 feet in length, being 6 feet in height. The user the compresses the dust tightly, making it harder than most steel. Keeping the jutsu active, the user can manipulate this tail to attack, causing blunt damage and able to strike most enemies, its top speed being 38 mph. The tail can move a total of 30 feet away from the user, making it an excellent long ranged technique. Lasts for 4 post cool down of 6.

Jounin (A Rank)

Name: Magnatized Dust: Imperial Spear
Rank of Jutsu: A
Element Affinity: Jiton
Type: Ninjutsu
Distance: 35 ft
Description: Charge time equal to handseals, A technique meant to be used as the ultimate form of penetration. By gathering the Magnetized Dust into the form of a spear, the user compacts it, and hardens the material until it reaches maximum potency (About Obisidian in strength). After the preparation has been done, the user will throw the Spear towards their target or use the spear in close range combat. If thrown the speed shall reach about 50 mph and can break through most armor due to its base strength. The Spear lasts for 4 posts cooldown of 6.

Name: Magnatized Dust: The Ultimate Cataclysm
Rank of Jutsu: S
Element Affinity: Jiton
Type: Ninjutsu
Distance: 45 feet
Description: Requires a 2 post charge time before use.The Jiton wielder causes a considerable quantity of Dust to erupt from beneath the surface, by placing both of his palms onto the ground directly in front of him/her, before manipulating the resulting substance into a wave of tidal proportions its size being being 60 ft in height and 50 ft in width. The wave will proceed to crash forward at a speed of 70 mph, if caught within the wave the sheer force and pressure would cause anyone of B rank or lower to lose their lives upon contact, Higher ranks would be severely injured with a multitude of broken bones. Normally the only way to counter would either be able to dodge or counter using a powerful enough jutsu S to combat the strength of the dust's power. This Jutsu Is normally used as a ultimate situation jutsu, afterwards there body begins to deteriorate from the inside, exhaustion shall set in, and you will be very limited for atleast 4 posts. Losing 65% of all stats and 80% of all senses.

Magnatized Dust: Imperial Spear, Magnatized Dust: Scorpion, Magnatized Dust: Breakthrough, Magnatized Dust: Aerial, and Magnatized Dust: Artillery:

All of these need to have something in the description relating to the use of hand seals moving the 'powder' or 'dust' toward you so that you may use it.

Artillery - Number of senbon needs to be stated, i would suggest 10, one for each finger.

Hidden Sand - Severely limiting sight is rather broad, and possibly too strong for a D rank tech, maybe say a 50% decrease in visibility while in the mist, is the mist stationary or does it follow the target? Similar number needs to be applied to the ability it has to dampen a sensors abilities.

Aerial - they will use their magnetic chakra to push the push the sand off the ground its making speed being 24 mph. Reword this to make it a bit clearer that it makes a platform, and the platform moves at this speed, wording is just a tad convoluted.

Animal Creation - may need to add in a bit of detail as to how powerful these animals are.

Emporer's Funeral - need a travel speed for the dust.

Imperial Spear - preperation time needs to be stated, is it similar to handseals?


Cataclysm - may want to add in something about what can block it, or how much blocks will mitigate damage

Only other thing i can see is that you need to hand some sort of handseal equivalent preparation time for the jutsu, or are they instant?

I've been over this several times and can't see any major issues with it, all the jutsu seem to be in order and the history and KKG descriptions seem fine. Unless anyone else has any issues with this, approved as per Bryn's direction.
