Section 2: Personality

Personality: Neo is one of those chilled and laid back kind of people usually letting people do what they please until things get out of hand or he needs them to just chill out. Neo isn't one to let his authority to be trampled over and he hates to be challenged and have his authority put in question unless it is by someone ranking over him. Other then that Neo is chilled he would let the people around them have their way and enjoy themselves unless it's shit they have no business doing or he doesn't think is right, and sometimes he himself may join the endeavors around him and enjoy himself.

Neo generally is off chilling by himself as he enjoys the quiet and sometimes he is seen anti social because of it. He himself has often thought of himself as an anti social person sometimes and yet he is social all at the same time. He loves being around others and being by himself so to him it doesn't matter to him it could be either or.

Entering combat, Neo personality doesn't really change all that much, at least not until he is injured in some kind of way it is then that his inner demons become known. It is as if something has possessed him, his voice becomes deeper, his actions more bold, and his personality to everyone and everything has grown slightly harsher maybe due to his hidden aggressive nature. This also happens when he is enraged by certain things but he is learning to control it.
Likes: Respect, Its a big thing when it comes down to the better man which is why Neo treats it in high regards. He believes should be earned and never demanded. Women, Like any other man Neo has those feelings toward woman. He is attracted to them as if it were some sort of magnetic and he was the metal. Although he does know not to cross the boundaries and respect a woman's wishes. Friends or Allies, Neo is a peaceful enough guy he is always willing to encountered new people and makes new friends which makes him easy to get along with. good comments about himself, Neo is always willing to listen to people who praise him on good decisions or things such as that it boosts his confidence and morale. Smart Decisions, Neo isn't as calculating as you would think but he isn't one to be brash and hot headed unless it is a sensitive subject. Besides that Neo reads the situation and decides what must be done from there. Reading, Neo is one of those guys that actually calm down, sit in one place and just read unlike most of the males around him. Relaxing, Is something that Neo does on a daily basis once all his duties and chores are complete its nothing but smooth sailing for Neo.
Dislikes/Fears: Petty arguments, Neo sees these as unnecessary and pointless especially if the issue isn't resolved in the end. When things like this appear Neo tends to get slightly irritated and may or may not intervene. Paper work, Neo can not stand it, at the sight of it you can tell Neo's frustration is setting in. Annoyances, These instantly set Neo off, when people are constantly calling his name or something annoying such as that Neo tends to rage off on them, not because he's mad more or less it's because they need to just silence themselvs. Retarded questions, I mean come on there is no real need to be asking something that you already know or someone else already knows, hearing these sends Neo straight into a face palm. As Neo soon found out one of his greatest fears and weaknesses is death but not the fear of his death, no it is the fear of death of someone close to him weather it be a friend or family. This fear/ weaknesses takes a lot out of Neo's spirit and tends to hinder him
Motivation: Motivation? Life is his motivation what more could you possibly need, you love living and although you would probably hate to admit it you fear death well Neo wishes to live his life to the best of his ability no questions asked. Now this isn't all that drives him, Neo is no selfish fool, as his mother did before him he won't try to but he shall succeed at leading his clan through this dangerous world the shinobi live in now and now sense he has become the Yondaime Sabakukage he shall take the village under his wing and lead them on the right path as well, he shall protect the peace no matter the cost and make sure all his right with the world and if that means a few bones have to be broken then so be it.


Section 3: Clan Information

Bloodline: Jishaku no tamashī - Magnet Soul
Bloodline Ability: Magnet Release (磁遁, Jiton) is an advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai which allows the user to convert chakra into magnetic forces and magnetise an object. It is unknown where it originates from It is unknown what elements this nature entails.
History of Clan: This clan of magnetic chakra has been around since the time of old, the clan was very popular and well known for their ability to have control over magnetism. As times passed the clan members dwindled some due to assassination and others not having the trait of magnetic chakra. Through the years there has been no sign of life for the clan not until that of Alaina Magunetto revealed herself to the world. She along with a handful of members from the magnet clan following her lead had been in hiding for the past few years. She had decided that now was the time that the clan returned to the realm of mortals.

It didn't take long for rival clans and such to begin attempting to hunt down the clan but Alaina and her family members were ready defending off every attack that was brought and soon enough they stopped. The clan wasn't back to its former glory but they would be safe for a time. Alaina had hated having to put an order of power within the clan but there was no other choice as the clan was in such disarray. The clan now follows the lead of of Alaina first and only Son, Neo and only time will tell if fate deems him worthy of being the leader of the clan.

Section 4: Background

Character History:
Night had befallen the sandstorm province as the day would be coming to a close a small ray of light would be shining over the horizon. Tonight was the night that Alaina would be going into labor with her first child but even with this joyous occasion underway everyone would be on edge. The process seemed to be taking so long and her screams of pain didn't seem to cease. Not only this but a death threat had been sent to everyone with Magunetto blood coursing through their veins on this night battle would ensue. After what seemed like ages Alaina had given birth to a young healthy boy, after a quick counsel with her husband, Louis, they agreed upon the name of Neo. As Alaina laid in her bed holding her child everything would go bad, explosions could be heard in the distance, blades clashed, and frighting screams of death could be heard. Why now? why did someone have to be attacking now of all the times this was completely outrageous. The battle was moving closer and closer to estate and Louis, who had stayed to protect his family, got more and more on edge he would do whatever it took to make sure they got out of this safely. Within Minutes Louis would be engaged in a fight for his life with his family only a few feet away. Neo would cry aloud as if he knew what was happening around him. Minutes passed and Louis stood as the victor over his attackers, but at what cost? His injuries seemed to be severe and there was no guarantee that he would make it through the night at this rate. Sensing this he crawled over to Alaina and Neo, holding them both in his arms his life force was diminishing fast and he had to at least let them know he loved them. Louis died moments later and with his death came the retreat of the rival clan whom had lost many themselves but the loss the Magunetto had suffered afford a greater toll on everyone including the newest heir, Neo.

6 Years have passed since that fateful day of Neo's birth and now here he was about to become 7 years old and began training for the first time with his clan's doujutsu. Life up to this point has been rather difficult for the young Jiton user, he got strange looks nearly everyday as If he had done something completely unforgivable. It wasn't until now that he would learn why, his mother would explain what happened 6 years ago on this day his father died protecting the both of them. She wasn't sure why people were looking at him strangely but she promised they would find out the problem and fix. After getting the sad and weary things out of the way they began the KKG training. Neo summoned the dust from his body and the results were surprising it appeared to be gold but after studying it seems his dust was actually chrome in substance, it was actually quite rear to have a substance of such proportions. Never the less Neo's training went on as planned, it was rather difficult at first even to simply move the dust was a struggle but in time it came almost as a natural reflex. With the simple things now put out of the way it was time to move onto the more advance things. The process took months and even by then he had only just manage the C Ranks. His mother still hopeful in her son's abilities never gave up and the training between the continued.

Neo, now of the age of 9 had enrolled in the ninja academy of Sakyugakure and for someone like himself he was doing rather decent. He made plenty of friends along the way and quite a few rivals, all in all his life as a kid was rather good. With the passing of a few months a selected few would become Genin this day and of those few Neo would be one. He felt accomplished to say the least but the challenge wasn't over if he wanted to be as great as his mother and father before him he would have to work harder then ever. Being sorted into his Genin squad went rather well sense he knew the people he had been grouped with, this would make things a whole lot easier on him. More months passed and Neo, now age 10, would be partaking in the Chuunin exams. On the day the exams were to begin his mother wished him luck and sent him off. The written exams honestly did go well, Neo was pretty much stumped when it came to the questions, but it turns out in the end getting the right answers weren't even necessary and with that he and his comrades would advance to the next stage. It was basically like capture the flag except it was with a scroll, piece of cake right? The challenge was set and all the teams scattered. Upon a group vote, Neo would be in charge of protecting the scroll afterwards the group set off to find the sister scroll. It seemed like hours before they found another team of Genin, it was battle time. The Genin engaged in combat and when the smoke cleared..... Neo's group had lost, luckily for them the winning group had the same scroll as them and moved on. With the loss they just suffered Neo's comrades had been demoralized telling themselves "if they couldn't win now what makes them think they could win later". Neo seemingly still with high hopes pulled the group together there was no use moping, even the best lose sometimes and with that they pushed forward. The second group they meet they prevailed over and with luck still shining on them the enemy group had the sister scroll they needed. Neo's group rushed to the center of the stage where they would be permitted to proceed to the next challenge. It was one on one battle time now, the fights didn't last long and soon it was already Neo's turn. He stepped up without hesitation and faced his opponent, ironically it would be a member of the group that he had lost to earlier. The battle ensued and Genin went blow for blow until Neo finally took the upper hand and took the battle by the reins, in the end Neo was crowned the victor. The rest of the battles went on and the end results were rather interesting, only Neo made it from his group but about 3 other Sakyugakure genin made it. With the results announced everyone was dismissed, the winners would meet again at the stadium for the final showdown in 4 months time. Needless to say Neo went back to training with his mother, there were times when he would practice with his squad but his main training was with his mother. In time the 4 month deadline was up and now the final round of the Chuunin exams were here. Neo would be in the second to last battle. In time he was up next, his opponent had apparently already participated in the exams before but that did not deter Neo. The two young shinobi would clash and after a long intense battle, Neo was crowned victor once more. Although he didn't want to he used his KKG but why wouldn't he want to use it he had been training with it since he was young but even he didn't know. His performance was deemed adequate and was given the rank Chuunin, and everything else after that was all fuzzy for Neo.

Neo has progressed rather far in his young years as a chuunin and soon enough ranking all the way up to jounin, it was quite a feat in his eyes. Now of the age of 22 he knows that there are more great adventures still lingering out there for him, but those adventures and hardships would have to wait because now Neo would have to over come one of the greatest tragedies he would experience in all his years as a shinobi, the death of his mother. With her passing came the responsibility of being clan leader but Neo didn't feel he was ready but he had no choice but to take hold of what was rightfully his. Neo mourned for days, those days turned to weeks and even months. 2 months had passed since then and now Neo had gotten over her death and now would be back to him old self. As it turns out being a clan leader wasn't all that hard but it wasn't an easy task either there were multiple things that needed to be done in so little time but Neo seemed to manage. A few years had passed and Neo was out for a walk, it was one of the rare times Neo could escape paper work and the hassle of the sages. As he was venturing out, he spotted an old man whom seemed to be getting robbed or something like that nevertheless the situation was looking bad. Neo sprang into action taking out the old man's attackers and sent them scampering off. After making sure they were gone for good, he checked on the old man; as it turns out the old man was none other then the Sandaime kage of the village. It was quite unexpected to say the least. The kage thanked Neo for the selfless act and invited him over for a small talk, Neo accepted. Later Neo visited his kage as planned but the small talk was a very serious matter. The kage realizing his old age creeping upon needed a successor, with the death of his son at an early age he needed someone to take his place once his life force had diminished. After seeing Neo's act of heroism it reminded him of how his son was nearly everything about Neo's personality reminded the old kage of his past son. After a fairly long discussion it was settle that Neo would take the Kage spot after the old man's passing. Months passed and as expected the old man died of old age, living out his life from start to finish he had no regrets. Neo now formally stuck with the title of Yondaime kage of the Sakyugakure and protector of the sandstorm province promised he would continue where the Sandaime left off, he would keep everyone safe no matter what. Thinking on it Neo could hardly believe someone like him could achieve something like this, it was astonishing. He went through rough times and fun times, through the good and the bad he stuck it out and made it to the end, He made a great many friends and rivals along the way and now here he was now a kage. Oh no don't think this is the end of the story oh no the tale has only just begun. Neo has grown quite a bit since the becoming of kage, his out look on the world has slightly changed but not by much he is still the same old Neo on the inside. The winds of change have brought many things to the world not just to the sandstorm province but to the rest of them as well weather for good or for bad Neo shall with stand it all as he has promised. Now of the age 27 the story continues, we shall follow our young kage on his adventures of action and mystery, we shall be the ones that let the world know who Neo is, and was and how he came to that point. Shall the young Magunetto falter under the pressure? shall is power be tested? Will he finally get his paper work done? only time will tale as the story continues....

RP Sample: Nami was now crouched down low to the ground and he served certain spots and areas that had been clearly been marked by a bijuu's rage. He arose from his current spot and continued on to the next. The area was marked with giant footprints and markings who knows what could have occurred in this area. He stopped as he looked at yet another marking, it wasn't recent {More or less a couple of weeks old} Nami sighed the bijuu could be long gone by the time they caught any sign of it {unless of course it hadn't left the area and was still in the Cherry Blossom country}. Nami had thought of the idea but there was no way to confirm this and now officially Nami was stuck.

Nami felt something moving in his shirt soon afterwards a black and white head popped out of the shirt hole it turned to look at him and bit his nose "You seem like your having trouble comprehending the situation Little one". Nami rubbed his nose " Little looks who is talking". Nina pushed herself out of Nami's shirt and proceeded to stretch once she landed, she gave him an elongated look before proceeding to speak "your little in a mind's eye your not fully developed so your mind isn't able to comprehend all of the questions you give to it". Nami twitched a little "and yours does" Nami knew he was asking for it questioning Nina's Intelligence was not something he usually got away with. "Listen Child I shall not be playing these games with you catch my drift" Nami smirked "I caught that you just called me a kid again". Nami had now finished messing with the little cub and now would finish what he was doing all though Nina might throw in a few comments here and there.

He took a seat where he stood and just sat there staring up at the sky as if in a trace. After a couple of minutes Nami groaned out load and fell backwards onto his back. It wasn't that he couldn't find the bijuu that frustrated him, it was the thought of knowing that it was loose doing whatever it pleases and that would stop. Nami stretched and arose from his spot touching the Magatama that lay around his neck, he had yet to unlock the potential that lay inside but planned onto soon for now he would let it be. He started walking again, a few more minutes of researching and it was off to get some food for him.

Sorry but I gotta pull the administrator card here, everything in the app is fine length wise but some things have to happen here.

First, the personality section isn't filled out where it says "Personality:" there's supposed to be a paragraph or two there describing you. Also for an S-rank app the motivation section seems really short and I think it could still be lengthened.

Neo, I love you nigga, but your app is wayyyy to informal, especially for an app for a kage. I'm fine with you saying STFU and things like that in the chat box and stuff but an application is definitely not the time or place for that. Also, there were some serious grammar mistakes that I would normally let go but they sorta jumped out.

I also won't make you change it if you don't want, but personally the words in bold in the sections make the app look a little unorganized, but I'll leave that to you to decide

Lastly, 5'12'' = 6'0'' in your height section, it would probably make more sense to use 6'0''.

You're applying for a kage position AND staff and you use the term "retarded questions" and "STFU" in a character app? Also this: "...until shit gets out of hand or he needs them to just chill the hell out." You know better, my friend. As for the history, you did quite well. You've already taken out the unprofessional acronym from the dislikes, so I can't tell you to change that, but I do have a few things to say.

Your motivation, yes, meets the length requirement. But you're applying for Kage! Let's see some spice, make it different (a little less stereotypical, cliche, and boring), make it jump off the screen and dropkick me in the jaw. Your motivation defines you. It is your logic behind every major choice IC, every single little choice, all the way down to which tea you drink in the morning. I know you're a great RPer, so jazz it up and try again.

Fix these minor things, and I will approve you.

Now, onto Yonoo. Bro, you're not even an assistant mod yet. I wanted to give you practice, not permission to run the whole show.
