Description: In order to build up the proper chakra needed for this technique the user charges raiton style chakra into their legs for speed and fuuton style chakra into the rest of their body so that they lose most of the wind resistance in addition to creating the void of space behind them which creates the imagery effects described later. Chakra is balanced at a 30/70 raito between lightning and wind styles so it can only be performed by shinobi with higher than usual chakra control, thus this is limited to Chunnin and higher rank shinobi, anyone with a lower rank would be completely unable to achieve the effects of this jutsu.

The sonic rainboom is nothing more than a massive burst of speed in a beeline direction but if performed as a supplementary addition to another technique it can become fatal to those that encounter it. The level of speed achieved depends on how much chakra is pumped into the technique. Onlookers can tell how powerful the technique is by how many colors are released in the rainbow trail left by the user as they dash forward. For the first color the user must exert 20 chakra points, for every additional 3 colors (with a maximum of 7 colors all together including the first) the user pays an additional 10 chakra. so one color takes 20 chakra (C rank), 4 colors is 30 (B rank) and all 7 costs the user 40 chakra (A rank). The user charges the raiton/fuuton chakra through their body for the same length of time the normally would for the rank of the jutsu they are using.

After the user has charged the chakra into their body they take off with a massive burst of speed straight forward. At first no colors are seen as what is called a mach cone forms around them, normally the mach cone is unable to be seen by the human eye but since this is a chakra enhanced mach cone it is clearly visible in front of the user (refer to the included image for more details). As the user runs the mach cone gets tighter and tighter around them until they reach max velocity (running a distance of thirty feet) the light behind the user explodes in a massive eruption of chakra and depending on how many colors (the rank used) appear the user gain a burst of speed as well as a trail of the colors following them as they beeline for a maximum distance of one hundred feet straight forward. The user is unable to turn while using this technique.

While the jutsu itself only grants the user a burst of speed there is also the effect of what will happen if the user slams their body into an opponent. This is of course determined by the number of colors gained through use of the jutsu. The chart used to determine the damage is as follows;

This jutsu is only able to be used two times (safely) in any single topic with a cool down of six posts. The user can use it once more for a third attempt and do it successfully but they will feel completely exhausted and will be unable to move the round after, No one can use this jutsu more than three times in any topic.

Description: This technique causes the user’s body to serve as a wind conductor for one whole post. This causes everything in a 5 meter radius to be blown back, and when this move is complete, the immense winds begin to manifest itself around the user’s body in the form of a white chakra coat which will cover the user from head to toe. This coating gives the user a Ninjutsu and Taijutsu advantage by increasing the force of impact and speed of the user by 40% his/her normal capabilities. This gives the user a Ninjutsu advantage by absorbing 5% damage done by Ninjutsu and also allows the user to compress chakra from the coating into a palm sized ball that can be shot out up to 5 meters, to hit an opponent with great force,blowing them back and causing damage. This coating lasts 5 posts and requires one post charge up as well as the spehere, which requires a 1 post charge time to create. The sphere's max potential speed being 36 Mph. Upon contact the sphere explodes erupting wind chakra upon the contacted area, causing 3 wind slices to create 3 inch gashes wherever hit. After the sphere is used it takes a whole post for the wind to manifest itself again. This technique requires the wind affinty

Lets start this off with the Rainboom. Change the chakra costs to line up with the ranks like 20 as the base to 30 since its a B-S. Lets do this and then move on from there

Raiton: False Darkness Spear

Type: Ninjutsu

Distance: 60 feet

Description: The user emits lighting from there hand and forms it into a spear. The spear can then split apart to strike multiple enemies. The spear is 6 ft in length and when thrown can travel at a max speed of 48 mph. If the spear makes contact with its target the area hit will be electrified by the Raiton chakra causing the area hit to be stunned for one post and that area will begin to go numb and wont be usable for 1 post. Once thrown the spear can not be directed unless the user catches it and throws it into another direction. The spear can split into 3 different spears each time used via the users chakra has a cooldown of 6 posts.

Description: With a steady build up of chakra over a period of time, equivalent to that of handseals. The user shall then release said built up chakra with the added raiton elemental affinty within a pressurized state causing it to cling to the user. This pressurized chakra cloak once activated, shall increase the users speed and strength by 20% due to the raiton effecting the nerves and muscles. The chakra can also be launched at an target in the form of a beam about 7ft in diameter, the beams maximum distance is 30 ft and its top speed being 40 mph. If the beam connects it shall explode and the effect is the equivalent of getting hit by a moving car but there are no after effects after said explosion, the beam can only be fired once per usage of this jutsu. The jutsu lasts 5 posts and can only be used twice per topic with a cool down of 6.

Description: After multiple training and meditation sessions the user's mind has adapted to much more rigorous thought usage, enabling the user to increase any thought impulse controlled jutsu or technique at a greater level. Bumping any and all impulsed controlled jutsu/ technique strength and speed stats by 10%. This jutsu is passive but does require 10 chakra to active and requires no chakra unless the jutsu/technique being used does require chakra where in that case 10 more chakra will then need to be used prior to the justu being controlled is used, also the user shall need a 500 word training topic per each jutsu/technique it wishes to enhance. lasts 12 posts.
