Suiton: Hidden Mist Jutsu Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Suiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 30 meters high x 50 meters long Description: Allowing the water to be drawn out of the air by merging the hydrogen particals and the Oxygen particals the user creates a large mist around the area that is unseeable for up to five feet infront of you though the hearing is not disoriented the eyesight is. Requires one post to charge, lasts five posts, and then seven posts to cool down on. This jutsu can be used up to five times a topic. Code: Generic Sealing TechniqueRank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: - Type: Fuuinjutsu Distance: - Description: Requires handseals. This technique allows the user to seal an inanimate object away for later use within a summoning scroll. To seal an item away the user simply has to perform their handseals and then touch both the item to be sealed and a blank area on their scrolls surface and it will instantly be sucked into the page. The surface where the item is stored will have a kanji or symbol of some sort specific to that item (or item type in the case of things like kunai) which allows the owner of the scroll and anyone who read it to know what is stored within. To release an object from the scroll simply make a one-handed tiger hand sign and touch the symbol with your other hand and the object will appear laying on the page or close by (possibly in the user's hand[s]). Upon releasing the object the symbol marking its spot fades away. In the case of small items (equal to or smaller than a kunai/shuriken) up to 5 units can be sealed at one time. Both sealing and object and releasing it cost chakra separately. Name: Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique: Level 1 Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: - Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Clone Technique Description: Hand seals, the caster performs their hand seals and is then required to throw a shuriken. After the shuriken is thrown it splits apart into shadows clones so that there are now 50 of them that stay clustered within a 20 foot area of each other. These shuriken travel at 25 mph. After the shuriken either hit their target to cause damage or land the clones 'pop' and disappear. These clones are shadow clones and therefore any damage caused by a clone is equal to damage caused by a real shuriken. 4 round cool down.

| As a clanless Genin, you get to have 9 free jutsu (they have to be approved first). The Bushin jutsu is free and you don't need to put it in your tech reg | |

| Code: Wind Release: Vacuum Blade (Shuriken Extension) Rank of Jutsu: C-A Element Affinity: Fuuton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Refer to Description Description: Upon placing a shuriken on the finger(s) and blowing wind chakra around it for the requirement of handseals at the user's rank, the user can create an enhanced wind bladed shuriken that grows to five feet in diameter and spins violently like a windmill and throw it at the enemy. With additional chakra, the user can create a more devastating blade. C Rank - The user can throw this shuriken for up to 50 yards at 50 mph. The wind cutting shuriken can completely tear through anything made of concrete and keep on going. However it's cutting power isnt limited there. The cutting power can tear through steel of up to a single foot, but once this occurs, the wind dissipates and the rotation of the shuriken stops. The attack can tear up to halfway through a human body before dissipating, including limbs. The user can create up to their inventory of shuriken with this technique but only up to 4 at a time, 4 post cooldown. B Rank - The user can throw this shuriken for up to 75 yards at 70 mph. The wind cutting shuriken can completely tear through anything made of steel and keep on going. However it's cutting power isnt limited there. The cutting power can tear through reinforced steel of up to a single foot, but once this occurs, the wind dissipates and the rotation of the shuriken stops. This attack can tear through the body 3/4 of the way before dissipating, including completely severing limbs. The user can create up to three of these at a time, but has a cooldown of 7 posts. A Rank - The user can throw this shuriken for up to 100 yards at 90 mph. The wind cutting shuriken can completely tear through anything made of reinforced steel and keep on going. However it's cutting power isnt limited there. The cutting power can tear through titanium of up to a single foot, but once this occurs, the wind dissipates and the rotation of the shuriken stops. This attack can completely severe the human body. The user can create up to two of these at a time but only once per topic. If this stage is used, the user cannot do this jutsu at the lesser stages. Suiton: Starch Syrup Capture Field Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Suiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 35 Ft in Diameter Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from their mouth. This liquid can cover a 35 feet in diameter field . If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance, the amount of chakra needed would be equivalent to the amount of chakra used for the jutsu, 20 chakra. The user however does not have to focus chakra to their feet to hover. This jutsu lasts for 5 posts with a cooldown of 6. Name: Suiton: Drowning Orb Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Suiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Contact Description: Handseal. After the required handseals, the user forms a baseball sized orb of water in their palm. They can then slam this orb into they mouth of an opponent, simulating the sensation of drowning. The water stays in a concentrated orb for the entirety of the duration, but makes it so the target feels as if they are breathing in water, causing fatigue from any struggle with breathing. Due to the drowning effect, the targets stats are lowered 20% all around from this fatigue. Lasts 2 posts. Cool down of 5 posts.

| Code: Name Flying swallow Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: Wind Type: Supplementary, ninjutsu/Kenjutsu Distance: Short range Description: An addition-line ninjutsu that augments the killing power of a blade — like a kunai or sword — by flowing chakra into it. The materialised chakra is shaped like a blade, cutting up everything it touches. It is also possible to alter the attack range of the weapon by adjusting the amount of chakra put into the blade. Seeing through the movements is said to be very difficult. The density of the chakra is so high it becomes visible. It not only raises the power of the weapon, but simultaneously turns oneself into a blade as well. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to cut through solid rock and iron. The technique works best with elemental chakra, especially with wind-natured chakra which greatly increases the offensive cutting power. Code: Suiton: Water Encampment Wall Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: Suiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Short (Defensive) Description: This defensive technique creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skilful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source. The water cylinder is 8 metres high and 2 metres thick, S rank fire jutsu can break this wall, A rank fire type jutsu are weakened by 25 percent, B rank fire justu's are weaken by 50 percent and C or lower type fire justu's are completely repeled. C Rank jutsu and higher are capable of completely penetrating through unscaved. B or higher lightning justu are can also break the this justu completly. Weapons like swords and kunai are not very affected due to the volume of water that the user creates kunai and other throwing eapons would be completly stoped due to water density and swords that are reduced in swinging power by 40 percent due to thickness and density of the water. Code: Wind Release: Vacuum Blade (Kunai Extension) Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: Fuuton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: - Description: Upon blowing wind chakra onto a kunai for the requirements of handseals at the user's rank, the user can create a blade out of pure wind natured chakra. The blade is 3 and a half ft. in length and is shaped like a broad sword. This blade can cut through steel and take on those with the power of reinforced steel, and it takes titanium quality to break through this blade. It can tear through a human body and even through bones such as the ribs and skull. It will stop at any other set of bones due to the chakra nature within the body. Lasts for 5 posts before dissipating. 7 post cooldown. | |
