Type of Equipment: Knee Pad
Description: A standard knee pad for normal types of organized fighting that fits around the wearer's leg at the knee to protect that area. This knee pad has been modified with steel plates being inserted into it to both reinforce it's strength for protection as well as giving it potential to be used as a blunt weapon when slammed into something. This knee pad is designed to hug the wearer's knee and twist and bend to not impair movement at all.

Durability: As durable as steel, able to withstand blows from things of that durability and below with ease while being able to be broken by things above it on the hardness scale.
History of Item: In the development of his fighting style involving mostly Taijutsu, Takoda found that by adding a few minor items to his natural body the effects they would produce would have a great effect. One of these items was the 'Turtle Back' a knee pad he acquired while living in Elkwood from the village's blacksmith after earning enough credit with him by running errands around town and even all the way back in Moigakure. He has since then worn it everywhere with few exceptions as he feels the support it gives his right leg to be productive even outside combat.
