Power Sleeve

Type of Equipment: Sleeve -> Artificial Skin
Description: The power sleeve is essentially a layer of artificial skin for Renga for his right arm. It is made of a lightweight breathable material with the same strength and mobility as his normal skin. The sleeve is all back with a several red stripes that run along it. On the upper bicep, there is a fuuinjutsu seal that Renga placed on there as a child in training.
Ability (or Abilities): The sleeve itself has no actual abilities, but the fuuinjutsu seal on the upper bicep allows for Renga to release stored power from within the seal to manipulate the sleeve.

Note: These are to be done with individual jutsu that are registered separate.
Durability: Same strength as human skin.
History of Item: As a child, Renga was fascinated with fire, practicing his unique Shukaton abilities often, though this came with a price. He was greatly upset after his brother, Shizen, left the homestead. In a fit of rage, Renga failed a technique he was practicing and scorched his arm to the point of almost no good. His parents spared no expense and hired the best medical ninja that money could buy to help Renga gain his arm back. The outcome was the sleeve that remains on his arm today.
