Description: Born with this ability, certain shinobi attain the power to sense chakra without the use of Sage Mode. This is limitless but requires the use of 5 chakra per post to keep active. Unlike the Sharingan or Byakugan, those with Chakra Sensory cannot see chakra, but sense it's presence. It cannot be blocked by obstacles such as rocks or tree. As you grow in rank, you can open your range and number of people in which you can sense. At genin, it is within 40 meters. At chuunin, it is within 60 meters. At s. jounin, it is 80 meters. A jounin, is 100 meters. S Rank/ SS Rank is 120 meters. All are within a diameter distance.

Henge No Jutsu

Description: Requires Handseals. This is considered one of the most difficult of the E-rank techniques. It changes the users appearance of the user to anything they are capable of picturing in their minds clearly so it makes it quite hard to use mid-combat as the vision in their mind may be skewed because of the pressure. Also it doesn't give them the abilities of what they change it to, for example, if one were to turn into a hawk they would not be able to fly. Lasts for 4 posts, or until the user is struck with the force of anything that of a D-ranks punch or higher, and has a cooldown of 2 posts.

Bushin No Jutsu

Description: Requires handseals. This is the most basic of cloning techniques that is the pretense of all other elemental clones. These clones have no substance at all and only look like the user and can do no form of attacking or physical contact with the enemy. 2 post cooldown with the clones lasting 4.

This Jutsu is where the clone rules will be implemented, you may only use up to your ranks limit with ANY clone, not just these ones. The cloning table goes as such:

D-rank: 10 clones
C-rank: 15 clones
B-rank: 20 clones
A-rank: 25 clones
S-rank: 30 clones

Kwarmi No Jutsu

Description: Requires preparing an inanimate object with a seal BEFORE combat that you plan to use. This jutsu is simply the art of substitution. By planting a seal on an inanimate object that will react with the chakra of the one who uses it after charging and allows the user to switch places with the object that has the seal, thus making it take the hit for them. May only be used if the seal was placed before hand and only objects within a 100 foot radius is within range. Once per topic unless multiple are planted.

Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed waterball attack possesses enough power to considerably injure an opponent.. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It's also possible to increase the power of destruction of the balls themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. Each about the size of a softball, shooting at a speed of 65 mph. The effects change when how much chakra is put into it changes. As follows:
10 chakra: Softball sized waterballs, Contusions, 5 'bullets'
This jutsu has a 3 post cooldown.

Name: Blinding Flash

Description: Passive. The user unsheathes a blade that they have slightly. By doing this, they angle the blade just right so that the blade creates a blinding flash. This flash can be seen up to 25 meters from the user and lowers ocular power of those inflicted by 10% for 2 posts. Cool down of 5 posts.

Name: Fuuton: Silent Stepping

Description: Charge required. The user focuses fuuton chakra into their feet, forming a coat is wind around them. This lifts the user from the ground by an inch, silencing their steps by allowing them to never actually step foot on the ground. The air prevents the user from crunching leaves, breaking sticks, and anything else that they could step on and make noise is silenced. A small speed increase of 5% is granted as well. Lasts for 5 posts. Cool down of 4 posts.

Description: Charge required. After a charge, the user focuses chakra into their palm to form a seal. This seal is transferred to a target on contact. A seal forms over the targets mouth, resembling stitches making it appear as if their mouth has been sewn shut. This prevents them from opening their mouth or speaking. This seal can contact anywhere on the targets body for the effects to work. Lasts until the end of a topic. Cool down of 4 posts.

Chuunin (C Rank)

Description: Post charge equivalent to handseals at user's rank. The user envelopes their arms in wind chakra for the required time and then slashes their arm. From this, a compressed crescent of wind releases and heads straight for the enemy. Travelling at 40 mph, it can completely tear through anything less than steel and block anything that is equivalent to reinforced steel, including thrown projectiles and slashes from blades. The blast though, can only tear open an enemy up to an inch. The crescent shaped blast is 5 ft. in length but only 4 inches thick, but its damage is still substantial. 4 post cooldown.

Description: Charge required. After a charge, the user focuses chakra to the center of their chest, forming a seal of the kanji for "Shadow." This seal morphs the user, along with anything he is wearing, into the shadows, blending them with the environment. It makes it seem as if they'd disappeared from thin air. Shadows are required for the jutsu to work, though they can move short distances between shadows before they become visible. Lasts for 4 posts. Cool down of 5 posts.

Name: Suiton: Drowning Orb

Description: Handseal. After the required handseals, the user forms a baseball sized orb of water in their palm. They can then slam this orb into they mouth of an opponent, simulating the sensation of drowning. The water stays in a concentrated orb for the entirety of the duration, but makes it so the target feels as if they are breathing in water, causing fatigue from any struggle with breathing. Due to the drowning effect, the targets stats are lowered 20% all around from this fatigue. Lasts 2 posts. Cool down of 5 posts.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu

Description: Hand seals and blood sacrifice (amount minimal) required to be performed. This techniques is used when a shinobi is attempting to determine what sort of summoning family they are best suited for, based on what animal appears in its most basic form (after birth/hatching) such as a tadpole. The process of fully realizing what family the shinobi is able to summon requires this jutsu to be used times, each time it is used there is a requirement of 200 words of description of the process which can include anything from the summoning to the animal itself to the summoner's reaction so long as it is well written. (for genin that have no sort of boost to the chakra pool this would mean that they would need to take a break at some point since 5 uses of a C rank jutsu would drain their chakra pools, this can be done by simply adding an additional 200 words of you resting and regaining your strength for an additional forty chakra (note that this is the only case where you can do this to replenish your chakra stores and can only be done once). Each use of the summoning technique will result in the animal growing a bit, using the previous example of a tadpole it would go through the different stages of life before becoming a frog, in cases where the animal does not have such extreme stages as a frog/toad the animal would be becoming more mature starting from a baby and growing into things such as a toddler and so on until it reaches 'adulthood' at stage 5. After the five stages have been performed the new summoner performs the technique one last time to summon their first personal summon of the family, this summon creature is registered as a D rank jutsu and is free due to this technique becoming useless after this process is completed. Keep in mind though that this new summon is the equivalent of a D rank summon and thus is not extremely powerful, something like gamakichi who was able to do some things such as a handful of D rank jutsu would be acceptable. This D rank will provide the summoner with a contract scroll which they then sign with their blood, after signing the contract disappears and a summoning tattoo appears on their lower arm/wrist, the design of the tattoo is up to the summon completely but all must include a single circle which acts as the focus point for chakra when performing a summoning from that point on.


Special Jounin (B Rank)

Name: Yama Seal: Release (Curse Mark: Stage 1)

Description: By succumbing to the power of the Curse mark (One post charge), the user can release an evil energy that takes physical form on their body in the form of an intricate pattern, in the case of the Yama Seal this pattern is a pattern of brush stroke arrows in a black ink that glows red when chakra is being used. Usage of this evil mark's power grants them a 50% increase in speed, strength, agility, reflexes, defense. While in this cursed form the user is granted a one rank increase in power of one jutsu of your choosing, (similar to how when cursed Sasuke's chidori turned black and was much more powerful, this increased version of the jutsu needs to be approved and posted in a spoiler after the original in your jutsu list). This jutsu has its downside, leaving the user practically exhausted after use, leaving them with a decrease equal to the increases they had while in cursed mode for 4 posts. Lasts for 4 posts if untrained or 8 after a 1500 word training topic. Once per topic use.

Yama Seal:

Name: Limb Disabling Seal

Type: Fuuinjutsu
Distance: Touch
Description: Charge equal to hand seals. After charge, chakra is sent through the users hands, giving him the ability to plant a seal on a single target. The seal is planted on contact and disables the limb closest to it (Planted on shoulder disables that arm) but it can only disable limbs, not any other part of the body such as an organ. If placed in the middle of the chest, speed in both arms is cut by 20%, if in the middle of the abdominal region, same thing goes for the legs. The placement does not matter for the whole limb to go numb, as long as the seal is near or on the limb. The limb is disabled for 4 posts but can be broken with a surge of 30 chakra. After use there is a cool down of 7 posts.

Name: Magnetic Reattachment

Description: Charge required. After the required charge, the user focuses neutral chakra into their hands and places them onto a separated limb or other body parts. The chakra attracts the two limbs together, holding them in place for a long enough time to have the limb permanently reattached (6 posts). The technique itself, does not permanently bond a wound and requires the use of other medical work, such as mystic palm or stitches. The parts being joined have to be fresh meaning a part from a corpse cannot be exhumed and re-attached as an arm. Cooldown of 7 posts.

Name: Raiton: Minor Nervous System Shock

Distance: Contact
Description: Charge required. After the required charge, the user focuses raiton chakra into their hands. If contact is made with an opponent, the raiton on the users hands courses through the opponents nervous system, shocking it on a minor scale, doing enough nerve damage to stun the target for 1 post. After the initial stun, the targets speed and reaction time are decreased by 30% because of the damaged nerves and the strain placed on the body because of it. Cool down of 7 posts.

Name: Flash Slash

Distance: 0-50 feet
Description: Charge required. After a charge, the user grabs onto the handle of a blade and begins drawing the weapon, then charges at the opponent at a high rate of speed. This high rate of speed is so fast it appears as if they are teleporting, much like the body flicker. They then re-appear within 2 feet of the opponent. By the time they re-appear, they will be at the beginning of a slash. Cool down of 4 posts.

Personality: Pik is a loyal, yet playful salamander. Since he was trained my Yuurei, he remains loyal and is with him almost all of the time. He doesn't take most things seriously. The only times he will become serious is when Yuurei says there's a serious matter at hand.
Size: 2'3" (Height; Pik only walks on all fours) 3' (Length with tail)
Description: Pik can talk like a normal human and has the base speed of a genin

Abilities/Techniques:

Mud Shot: One post charge. After the charge, Pik forms a small ball of mud in his mouth and then spits it at an opponent. This mud ball travels at 25 MPH and leaves minor bruising to the skin and muscle if contract is made. 3 post cool down.

Mud Slap: One post charge. After the charge, Pik coats his tail in mud to increase the strength of a tail slam at the cost of speed. It increases strength 10% and decreases speed by 10%. If Pik hits a target is leaves average bruising to the skin muscle and bone. 4 post cool down.

Mud Stream: One post charge. After the charge, Pik launches a stream of mud
from his mouth. The stream is 2 feet in diameter and travels at 35 MPH. The stream does not physical damage other than minor bruising of the skin and muscle, but hardens within one post and slows the movement of the person affected by 15%. 5 post cool down.
