Magen: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change Rank of Jutsu: E-S Element Affinity: / Type: Genjutsu Distance: Any Description: The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique, which sends it right back to its caster, deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else. Does not require handseals, but does require third-tomoe Sharingan. The post length of the genjutsu and methods of escape for the genjutsu are the same. 6 post cooldown. Katon: Great Fireball Technique Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Katon Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 50 feet Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. At its largest, Goukyaku no Jutsu is 10 feet in diameter, and can travel at 40 mph. Requires hand seals. This technique can leave severe third degree burns at its center (a five foot radius from the exact center) while the rest of the fireball gives off second degree burns. 6 post cool down. Manipulated Shuriken Rank of Jutsu: B rank Element Affinity: / Type: / Distance: As long as the wire Description: With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a timelag of one post, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite. Can only be done to ten small shuriken at one time. Following the means of this states that the damage control is 2 inches maximum. Due to the speed and projectile itself it can penetrate up to two inches into the body of a target with the bruising of an area or other damages to muscle being a one inch radius if punctured or a half inch radius if only cut. (55 mph) 2 post cooldown Copy Wheel Eye Rank of Jutsu: Passive Element Affinity: / Type: Passive Skill Distance: Eyesight Description: The Copy Wheel Eye allows the Uchiha ninja to memorize and possibly learn any jutsu they see when the Sharingan is active. The jutsu, once seen, can be memorized for the course of the user's life. To be able to use any jutsu seen, it must either be non-elemental, or be one of the clansman's elemental affinities. The clan member may not learn any jutsu outside one of their specialties (if the clan member is Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Kenjutsu, they may not use fuuinjutsu or Ijutsu technqiues they've seen). If the Uchiha is D-rank, they may not use any S-rank jutsu they see. Also, any jutsu used must be paid for in the Technique Shop. If an Uchiha wishes to be able to use this skill, they will NOT be able to use either Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu. Special cases cannot be copied. Copied jutsu are free to be used in the battle that they are originally copied without charge, but if the user wishes to keep the jutsu permanently, they must pay after the battle for it. This skill does not cause blindness. This skill also negates all stat boosts regarding reaction timing in the user, because the user's reaction time is naturally completely flawless as long as the Sharingan is active. Kamui Rank of Jutsu: S Element Affinity: / Type: Space-Time Ninjutsu Distance: Within Eyesight Description: The Kamui allows the user to transport virtually anything to another dimension. When this is activated, it appears as though space itself begins twisting, and then eventually disappears. In this alternate dimension, time does not exist, meaning that if the Kamui is activated on oneself, the user can use it to virtually teleport to any none location. The Kamui's main function is intangibility. There are two options for the Kamui. The first, is only transporting certain parts of your body to make it appear that intruding weapons (like fists or weapons) slide right through the user, leaving them undamaged. The second is using the Kamui to transport oneself to the other dimension, traveling through that dimension, and coming out somewhere in the real dimension, appearing to teleport. In battle, travel through the other dimension doesn't need to be detailed, just state that you teleported using the Kamui and it will be understood. The user can also teleport anything or everything making physical contact with their own body (like other people or weapons). Both versions count as a use. Stipulations Using the Mangekyou Sharingan, the Kamui can be used thrice in one battle. After trying to use it a fourth time after having already used it thrice, the bad effects take place. Unlike the Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi, the Kamui does not cause blindness, but instead causes extreme wear and fatigue on the user for having to concentrate accurately trans-dimensionally. After trying to use it once past the limit, the user enters a comatose state for three days, and then for four days after that the user cannot exert any more energy than walking, or they risk slipping back into a coma and starting the process over. Using it a fourth time succeeds, but as soon as the user is finished casting it, they black out. It may be used to escape a battle topic once a week, and it can be used endlessly in casual topics. No cooldown or charge. Using the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, the user can use the Kamui 5 times, and then they simply cannot do it anymore. No bad effects.
- Academy Jutsu:
Bunshin no Jutsu Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: / Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Self Description: Requires handseals. This is the most basic of cloning techniques that is the pretense of all other elemental clones. These clones have no substance at all and only look like the user and can do no form of attacking or physical contact with the enemy. 2 post cooldown with the clones lasting 4. This Jutsu is where the clone rules will be implemented, you may only use up to your ranks limit with ANY clone, not just these ones. The cloning table goes as such: D-rank: 10 clones C-rank: 15 clones B-rank: 20 clones A-rank: 25 clones S-rank: 30 clones Henge no Jutsu Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: / Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Self Description: Requires Handseals. This is considered one of the most difficult of the E-rank techniques. It changes the users appearance of the user to anything they are capable of picturing in their minds clearly so it makes it quite hard to use mid-combat as the vision in their mind may be skewed because of the pressure. Also it doesn't give them the abilities of what they change it to, for example, if one were to turn into a hawk they would not be able to fly. Lasts for 4 posts, or until the user is struck with the force of anything that of a D-ranks punch or higher, and has a cooldown of 2 posts. Kawarimi no Jutsu Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: / Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 0-100 feet Description: Requires preparing an inanimate object with a seal BEFORE combat that you plan to use. This jutsu is simply the art of substitution. By planting a seal on an inanimate object that will react with the chakra of the one who uses it after charging and allows the user to switch places with the object that has the seal, thus making it take the hit for them. May only be used if the seal was placed before hand and only objects within a 100 foot radius is within range. Once per topic unless multiple are planted.

Hydra Clone Rank of Jutsu: Hydra Element Affinity: / Type: Genjutsu Distance: Short Description: Does not require handseals, but one post charge up. The genjutsu is created by looking in the victim's eyes. This genjutsu is extremely similar to Shadow Clones, but at the beginning only creates two other ones. When a Hydra clone is "destroyed" two more pop up in it's place, up to a grand total of 10. This is only usable as a distraction or to wear the enemy out as it is only a mental trick, and in reality there's only one physical one that can cause damage(The real person). The sight, smell, touch and hearing is altered in this. However, the taste isn't so if the victim bites a clone, they taste nought but air. Damages caused by these clones will not have any marks, although the victim will still feel the pain. 5 post cool down. Last for 4 post. Kai or Pain can remove the Genjutsu. Kenkakku 1st style : Counter Stance Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: / Type: Kenjutsu Distance: Self Description: Requires charging chakra on the tip of the blade for one post. The user first lifts his blade over his head, and spins it around in circles, with the tip of the blade imbued with chakra. The user stands on the balls of their feet and moves gracefully, following the point of the blade and using its weight and momentum to increase their evasion speed. Grants an increase in speed of 20%, though only while evading attacks. After evading the attack, the user can end the jutsu by attacking the target, just a normal attack. Last 3 post, 6 post cooldown Kenkakku Style 2nd Form: Everything is not what it seems Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: / Type: Genjutsu Distance: Mid Description: Requires charging chakra at the eye. After gaining eye contact, the target is under the genjutsu. The user would then leave an illusionary clone, at where he was standing, while he would be invisible from the target's view. The user can control the "illusion clone", while he can stealthily move. Destroying the clone would end the genjutsu immediately. If the user moves away from the target, the clone would last for 3 post, while the user is stealthed. If the user moves towards the target, and enters a radius 20 feet from the target, the genjutsu last only 1 second. Cooldown of 5 post. Can be broken with kai or pain.

Lightning Beast Running Technique (Raijū Hashiri no Jutsu) Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Lightning Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 50 ft Description: Hand Seals; the user creates a hound composed of lightning chakra standing four feet tall at the shoulder. This beast is connected to a leash also made of lightning chakra held in the user's hand that allows them to control it but prevents the user from doing hand seals for the duration of the technique. The hound is able to run around at the user's command for the length of it's leash (50 feet) at a max speed of 30 mph, when it hits something it can either explode and cause second degree electrical burns to everything within five feet of it, or try to maul them with it's claws and fangs which paralyze for a round on contact and can cut through iron. The maximum number of rounds this hound can remain is three, after that it automatically explodes and then dissipates. 5 round cool down.

Kenkakku Style 3rd form:Lag Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: / Type: Genjutsu Distance: Eyesight Description: Description: Requires charging chakra at the eye. After gaining eye contact, the target is under the user's genjutsu. This Genjutsu causes the opponent's senses to "lag" by 3 seconds. The opponent's sight, hearing, sense of feeling, and etc are all affected. This last for 2 post, with a cooldown of 9 post. Can be broken with kai or pain. Name: Zeus' Lightning Bolt Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: Lightning Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Long Description: After the necessary handseals, the user generates lightning in his hands, and molds it into a shape of a lightning bolt 3 inches diameter. After locking on to his target, he throws the lightning. It travels at the speed of 50 mph. At impact, it would cause a bit of knockback, cause numbness for 3 post and 2nd degree burn. It would also pierce 1 cm into the skin, burning the wound at contact. Knockback can throw a person one meter back
