Description: Handseals, after handseals the user will place a seal on either their left or right arm causing it to glow a feint red color. This seal allows the user to channel large amounts of chakra into wherever the seal was placed and allows the user to release it in sudden bursts through their pours, such as chakra bullets that are fired from the users hands. These bullets are the same size as Kunai and are often just as sharp (Bronze Durability). The second use is the user can channel the chakra to their fingernails that will create large and sharp finger nails capable of small cuts no deeper then an inch {Durability of Bronze). The jutsu will remain for three posts before it slowly fades.. The Seal will remain even after the jutsu has stopped but will fade once the Topic is over. 5 posts cooldown.

Due to the small amount of Chakra used the users arms will be fine and no damage will be caused.

Description: Charge, after Charge the user will place the second seal on the same arm the Level 1 seal was placed unto causing it to glow a feint red color, meaning the seals have stacked. This seal allows the user to channel large amounts of chakra into wherever the seal was placed and allows the user to release it in sudden bursts through their pours. During Level 2 the amount of chakra that leeks from the users pours increases. Now instead of just their Finger nails the chakra covers their fingers as well (Durability of Iron) and can now cause deeper cuts or wounds. The jutsu lasts a duration of four posts and by the second post small burning pains will start to be felt. 6 posts
Cooldown.

Due to the increased amount of Chakra used the users fingers will show signs of small burns that will cause small but frequent sharp pains.

Description: Charge, after Charge the user will place the second seal on the same arm the Level 1 and 2 seal was placed unto causing it to glow a feint red color. This seal allows the user to channel large amounts of chakra into wherever the seal was placed and allows the user to release it in sudden bursts through their pours. During Level 3 the amount of chakra that leeks from the users pours increases once again. Much like the Chakra Kunai blasts, the first ability allows the user to focus large bursts 5 ft in diameter that head toward its target at 40mph. Now instead of just their Finger nails and fingers the chakra now covers their entire fist (Durability of Steel) allowing the user a 20% increase in strength. Due to the pain caused their reaction time is decreased by 15%. The jutsu lasts a duration of five posts and by the second post the sharp burning pains will increase. 8 posts Cooldown. Due to the increased amount of Chakra used the users fist will now show signs of large burns marks, the pain created is much like 2nd degree burns and as such causes the user great discomfort.

During Level 4 the amount of chakra that leeks from the users pours increases once again. Well with the mass amount of chakra being channeled to one arm and then leaked out through the pours.. besides its a large amount of chakra outside the body that is around the arm.

That still doesn't explain how it burns. Neutral chakra cannot burn because there is no element attached to it.

Name: Chakra Chain Barrier

Description: The user must charge a large amount of Chakra to one palm for six posts, after their hand seals the caster places their palm to the ground. From their palm, seals sprout that cover a 50ft radius in all directions. The seal will sprout six different ways from where the user placed their palm. Once the seals have formed from each point a single chain will shoot out and travels in an upward at motion at 55mph to meet the center which will connect to the other chains. Once this is done the jutsu activates and a barrier is created, this barrier is strong enough to withstand two A-Rank Attacks but anything below will require a larger amount of attacks. While inside people are unable to leave the barrier until it breaks or the jutsu is released, the same aspect for those trying to enter inside. The jutsu lasts one posts but In order to sustain the barrier 20 chakra every round is required. After the barrier is destroyed or released the barrier and chains will shatter glass like then evaporate into nothing.
