I stood near a window in the great Parliamentary Building, gazing out onto the plains and parkways of the ancient and so peaceful village of Aerogakure. This village mounted on the clouds was on par with the heavens, knocking at its very gates. A sigh escaped me as I envisioned memories from my past when the rest of the world could be called peaceful, when it wasn't stricken by this plague known as war. I was a very young boy at the time, growing up in the harsh environment of the great mountains, but even then, it was a much better time to call a life worth living. I then focused my memories on the changes I had to undergo, when the war started as I joined the Shinobi Academy. That was when the focus on younglings was not on innovation anymore, but instead on training weapons for war. I was one of those weapons, and in fact, I am still one of those weapons. I called this Summit to end the great war, but what if after this war I would have no purpose? What if I returned home to peace, and the honour of my name would slowly begin to dwindle away? No, there is honour in finding peace. I decided that I would be ok with that. Certain people are only placed on this gruesome dirt for certain purposes, and perhaps this was mine. Perhaps the world would no longer need Bryn T. Stormblood, as it had already shown itself not needing the rest of my family. "You're too hard on yourself, friend. You have to be strong for this, one way or another, just as you always have been. I'll be damned if you make me look like a pansy," a voice echoed through my head. I cracked a small grin before responding in my thoughts, "You're right," and I turned from the window and sat at the head of the long table.

As I sat down, one of the servants of the Parliament, who had been ordered to report to me for my stay here, came rushing in. "Sir... sir.. the first one has arrived," he said under bated breath. "Very well, thank you," I said as I stood up and walked slowly towards the door. It was too late to turn back at this point, the Kage Summit was underway.

Well looks like it was time. I had no idea how this whole thing would play out, sure I wanted the empire to realize their mistakes and agree to peace but the odds of the whole thing happening were very unlikely, so I would have to stay on my guard in case things went south. I was fully clad in formal wear as I entered the room. I saw that Bryn was already here, but that was all. I approached the table and sat at the chair with 'Shinkage' on a in front of it and the kanji for the deep sea province in seafoam green hanging above it. After I sat down I looked at Bryn and said to him "Be ready for anything brother...we have no idea how they will handle this meeting." I was very nervous for this meeting, but calling it was the right move. If I were to ever be able to rebuild my village, rebuild my home, the constant fighting had to end so I could focus my efforts towards doing just that.

I made my way through the halls of the Parliament, after being approached by the council upon my return from the desert they had asked me to sit in on this meeting with them in order to keep things calm. I had laughingly accepted at the time and thrown it off as simple shinobi being the fools they were, it was later that I realized the weight of the meeting as it would involve the four remaining kage in the world. Standing in the hall just outside the door I took a moment and closed my eyes, within there were already two men but they seemed to be on friendly terms with each other so things wouldn't get out of hand this early. I pushed open the door and entered along with the rest of the council, they all took their seats along the length of the table and asked me to sit at the head to keep an eye on things. I nodded to them and the two men in the room silently (I would also do this to everyone else as they walked in the room) as I made my way to sit down and get myself in the mental state needed for this sort of thing.

After travelling to this marvelous flying city, I wasted no time in settling into a hotel. I sent my ANBU with my goods to where I was to stay while I made my way to the Parlimentary Building. I wore my Imperial uniform, buttoned and neatly pressed. My gold war badges shown neatly over the left pocket of the deep red coat. My black hair was neatly combed to the left. I wore Lionheart on the left side of my waist.

I slammed the doors open and made my way into the room, remaining silent as I made my way to my seat, directly opposite of Bryn. I sighed, then nodded to each of them. I thought of who else was needed. Neo... Of course, he was always the last to get everywhere. He was one of my most valued shinobi, but he was always behind. I folded my hands and placed them on the table before asking the room service for a glass of water.

The day had arrived, after finally arriving in the beautiful and war free city that was Aerogakura Neo went to check out the candidates whom were participating. Neo would nod his approval as nostalgia kicked in a bit as he remembered his days back in the chuunin exams. He had been reminded though that it was now time for the Kage Summit and it was best that he prepare himself. He would settle into a hotel which the people of Aerogakure gladly accepted him. He settled in rather nicely. He would wear not wear his Kage robes this day however instead he would put on a special kage outfit made by one of the Sakyugakure tailors but he would still carry his Kage hat on his back, he would leave his escorts in charge of his things while he was gone. After a few minutes of exploring he would finally arrive at the Parliamentary Building and go inside. He would arrive at his destination, the place where all this violence between nations would possibly be put to in end. He would enter the meeting chambers with a smile on his face, which was quite different sense everyone else wore a serious and menacing looking tone but naturally Neo would be the odd one. He would look around the room and took note that he was the last to arrive, he wasn't late but he was still the last to make it, {I suppose my sight seeing took up a lot more time then I had anticipated}. He would nod to his peers and claimed his respective seat next to the Imperial Commander and Chief and with him here it seemed that everyone was accounted for, the meeting would get under way shortly.

It was time. Time to finally make the presence of the newly powerful Uchiha known, and time to put an end to this war and bring back the peace that I know the world bathed in in the years before my birth. It was time to force the world to turn their stubborn eyes to the path of destruction that the Raksaka has left behind them at every move. It was time to begin a new era of peace, led by the humble Uchiha Clan. I used my Sharingan to look through the archway I was walking into, and discovered that all of the Kage were already sitting, no doubt about to begin. It was time to start this.

I walked through the doorway, clad in a long black robe and the mask of one of the founders of the Uchiha clan, with my friend Ventus following me. He would be accompanying me to have a say in this Summit just as much as I. I had also activated a jutsu that makes my voice sound frighteningly more deep and raspy than it already was, to give off the impression that I was a middle-aged man. No one would be allowed to know who I am, else they would also know that I was in the Chuunin Exams, and none of them would take me seriously. It would be difficult to manage the time between each session of the exams and each meeting of the Summit, but I think I had talked to the Pumpkin thing to know that I needed to be a part of this, and he had given me time to do both this and the Exams.

I stood at the door, and announced my arrival. "I am Uchiha, founder of the village of New Uchiha among the ashy ruins of Jokigakure. You need not know my first name, you need only to know what I represent. I represent peace. So long have the Uchiha clanmates been known as power-hungry deviants, driven only by the chains of war, but I seek to correct that. I seek to rebuild a village in the Uchiha name, and to establish a legacy of honor and peace. I want you all to know that we, as a clan, will be attending this Summit as representatives of peace, and we will do everything in our power to put an end to this war. That is where I stand, and I refuse to leave."

After saying this, I walked further into the room, and nodded to Shinobu, who already knew I would be here, I just had never told him exactly what fashion I would be arriving in. I knew that he knew enough to not say a word about who I was. I stood next to Shinobu, to represent a second neutral party, and I expected Ventus to stand on the opposite side of the samurai. We needed to end this war, and this is where it would start. We were Uchiha, and we were peace.

I would silently follow behind Aeran and listen as he introduced himself to these men, for a moment my mind drifted and my eyes caught those of Bryn. He couldn't see my fact but in that moment I felt he knew who I was so I gave him a slight nod. After that I would follow and stand to the side of the great samurai at the head of the table opposite that of my fellow clansman. Silent apart from my heavy breathing due to the shape of the mask on my face I stood there looking at the opposite wall without moving a muscle.

PostSubject: Re: I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage!   I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage! Icon_minitimeWed Apr 17, 2013 8:47 pm

I raised my eyebrow as I watched the two Uchiha men walk in after the rest of us had already taken our seats. I could tell the one in the back was Ventus from the way he walked, as well as the Duster that hung from his belt. I decided I wanted to conceal that I knew him, so I subtly hid mine in my jacket. They were either very serious about their cause, or they're stupid, but either way, I know that aren't spies. Ventus is better than that. I decided I would make the first case. I stood up in my seat, and placed my hands on the table. I took a deep breath before looking around the room at all of the attendees. The ANBU guards, the samurai, and the kage were looked into the eyes by me as I weighed my speech options for what my next move would be. Then, I began to talk.

"We know why we're here. We're here for peace, and that cause has been so sought-out that even the newly forming Uchiha have decided to make their presence. So important that us four, sworn enemies, at the same table. So important that the samurai, who have had no dealings with the shinobi of our world for generations, have agreed, and have even been grateful, to host this meeting. We call for peace," I said this as I raised my hands in a gesture that meant I was talking about everyone in the room, "They call for peace." I said that as I pointed out the window, as if the entire world were watching us through the pane of glass. "Do you want to know why they call for peace? They do not call for peace because they are suffering because of war, they do not call for peace because they do not love their causes just as much as their foes. No, they call for peace for a different reason entirely. Have we not been so blinded," I said as I pounded my fist into the table, "by hatred that we have failed to protect our own people from not one another but by a different threat entirely? Have we not? How can we call ourselves men when we didn't even notice the zealous cult that was brewing in the background until it was too late? We did not notice when they massacred the people in the Square of Sakyugakure. We did not blink when they freed the man we know as Takeshi Kinzoku? We did not even blink until it was far, far too late. We are pathetic." I began to walk around the room, pointing at each of the kage as I mentioned them. "You are pathetic. You are pathetic. You are pathetic. I am pathetic."

You, kage of the volcano, you are so blinded by power that even after your people were buried in flames and ash, your focus was not on me to take out your anger, nor was it even on the ones actually at fault for the death of the Sun Flare. You know what you did? You immediately began trying to take complete control of Morigakure. You saw an opening for more selfish power and pride that you suckled it down while your people clamored on their way to their new home, and while the people of Elkwood were captured at my hands, while their homes were burnt down as well."

You, kage of the Ocean, the one blinded by vengeance. You claim to love your people, to love your home, but it lies crumbling at the bottom of the great blue while you sit in your office in the mountains and bitch about what you want to do to the Demon that did it. The Demon that was stirred at the hands of the Raksaka. Have you done anything about it? Have you helped your people that you claim to love? Or have you wallowed in self-pity and need for revenge? You have left your people to my hands, a right that I did not have the resources to handle, but that I gratefully did anyway. The Raksaka are at large causing more suffering, and yet you focus on your own desires as much as the good general over there."

And you, kage of the Sands. You're just as guilty as the Raba, haggling for what little power you can scrap up in the village of the forest while your people suffer. Your people were torn apart at the flesh by the sandstorms that invaded your walls. No amount of brick can defend against nature, my friend. And you claim to be a part of your mighty Empire, but what do you do? Even to this meeting you were late, a reflection of your actions as a kage. A kage that has not aided in any battles, and did not protect your people or even attempt to. You can manipulate the sands, yet you couldn't even save a few?"

And me. The ruler of the Mountains and the commander-in-chief of the Rebellion, the Confederation of Shinobi. I have housed the people of two other torn apart villages, and I have done my best to spread the rations, as thin as they are, to the people that I now call my neighbours. My people are famished and diseased, and they all plead with me for peace, and what have I done? I have continued to call for war, to call for the liberation of the world through fighting. But no more. I am tired. I will continue to fight you if you press it against me, but I want more than anything for the fighting to stop."

As I finished my long monologue, I sat back down in my spot at the end of the half-circular table. I couldn't stay quiet for long, for after the scolding, I had to make my proposition.

"I say we stop the fighting. No more fighting whatsoever. We have greater enemies than a rebellion or an emperor, we have enemies that push to end the entire world as we know it or as we dream it. We need to go back to our villages and rebuild. And for those of us that don't have a home to go back to, go back with one of your allies and make a new home. While you help to rebuild their village, you can build expansions for your people. And when all is said and done, we focus on the menace known as the Raksaka, and we defeat them and their precious Nine-Tails once and for all, as one force of shinobi. As one cause, not a cause for order, and not a cause for freedom, but a cause... for peace."

This time, I would be silent. My heart was beating faster than usual, most likely spiked up a bit from the passionate talk I had just given to the ears that were present. I had only hoped they would share with me my dream.

PostSubject: Re: I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage!   I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage! Icon_minitimeWed Apr 17, 2013 9:55 pm

I sighed and leaned forward closing my eyes and putting my hands up to my mouth. I never in my life expected Bryn to talk to me in a manner such as this, but I was able to keep my composure. I stood up and said in a short stern burst "I will give my answer first." I put my arms in front of me on the table and leaned forward before beginning to speak, looking at Bryn first. "First I would like to clear things up Yamakage sir, it is true that I have been focusing my time trying to rid the world of the beast, but I have done so completely for the purpose of protecting my people. In the history of my village the Sanbi has attacked FOUR times, I would've been a complete idiot to just rebuild again and pray it doesn't come back because all it would do is cause the death of many more of my citizens in the long run, I was only doing what the Shinkage before me did not, take initiative." I would then pause for a few seconds before standing straight up and nodding at Bryn before continuing

"That was the plan anyway, but you were correct in a sense. The Sanbi had to be dealt with at one point or another before the villages complete reconstruction, but I chose to put it first and foremost on the list because I felt like it had attacked me personally and I allowed that to blind me into completely blowing off my villagers and focusing all of my efforts to putting it out of commission. In doing so I not only failed you as an ally, but I failed you as a friend. I'm sorry for putting the stress of taking care of my villagers on you, I should've at least repaired Fukamigakure on the surface and set up temporary lodgings until the Sanbi was dealt with. So from the bottom of my heart I apologize Bryn."

I then turned to the other two kage in attendance and began to address them.

"Now, to begin what I have to say to you two. First and foremost if you plan on an all out flaming of the Yamakage calling this entire war his fault, please skip it. I am equally as guilty. Ever since my early twenties I was behind him in the fight against the two of you and at any point I could've told him to make peace, but I kept silent out of my own desire to harm the both of you.

I then looked to the creepily masked men and then said to the group as a whole.

"Through the words of the Yamakage and of these two young Uchiha my decision has been set in stone, the fighting should stop! We must focus on the more pressing matters at hand like they were mentioned. The Bijuu have caused so much suffering and strife in the world, and the damage they have caused is immeasurable, the only way we will be able to truly restore the world to the way it was would be to work together in doing so, just as what little is left of the Uchiha clan did."

I then returned to my seat and looked out to them all to give my closing statement before sitting.

"The floor now belongs to you two, if none of this gets to you and you wish to continue the fighting I will not object, but I will say this. If you try to kill me now, you'll have to kill an unarmed man, I won't fight back and you will probably succeed. Just know this, if the people of the world hear that you killed someone who was asking for peace and didn't even bother to fight back when assaulted your empire will eventually fall. The people will realize the true evil in your hearts and the rebellion will gain many soldiers wishing to dethrone you and in time, your troops would be dropped to mere hundreds instead of thousands. So if you wish to kill me here and now go ahead, but all you will be doing is signing your death certificate." I would then sit down and wait for someone else to begin speaking.

PostSubject: Re: I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage!   I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage! Icon_minitimeThu Apr 18, 2013 11:32 pm

I'd been listening intently on what the two rebel leaders had to say, taking note of their propositions, or at least Bryn's proposition. Shizen seemed to be ranting about how he'd let me kill him if I attacked. I would be lying if I said I wasn't tempted. As soon as he sat down, I slowly pried myself from the chair, then quickly drew Lionheart and aimed it at Shizen, then Bryn, then removed the clip and dropped it and the blade on the table. I was dying of laughter on the inside, hoping that this scared the kage a bit, but on the outside I kept a solid poker face. I then began to address the group.

"In my defense for fighting over control, I'm rightfully heir to the throne of Morigakure as the Imperial General. If it weren't for Neo and the god-damned elders of that village, I would've taken control and focused on building defenses and mounting an assault.

"I will agree that this was needs to end. I love having power, but with this war comes the threat of me losing my power, and nobody wants to see a megalomaniac stripped of their power. I'm also quite tired of kissing ass to keep the funding to my war effort. I fucking hate those rich bastards. All of us should instead return home to our rightful villages and rebuild. I can live with the power I have if it means I won't lose it.

"Oh, wait, I can't go home. My home has been stripped from me by these Uchiha. They are nothing more than scavengers and squatters who took what isn't theirs. I demand that my village is returned to me or there will be no deal from me. Unless, that is, I become the Tsurikage. I would be fine with them keeping my village if I was allowed to be the constant thorn in the sides of the elders of that village.

"So, now that I've made my statements, what'll it be?"

I sat down and crossed my arms. I'd placed my chips on the table, now it was a matter of choice. Let the Uchiha keep my village and stay at war, or let the Uchiha keep my village and give me Morigakure. Or they could just give me back Joki. I really didn't know which idea was my favorite.

PostSubject: Re: I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage!   I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage! Icon_minitimeFri Apr 19, 2013 6:06 pm

Neo's smile would not falter all throughout the time of him having to hear what the other kage's had to say. He would listen intently and think on multiple things they had all said but in the end all the things that came out of their mouths was pointless nonsense. Neo would fold his arms and close his eyes as he allowed the other kage to have their way with words, and weather or not the comments were directed at him or not Neo could care less. After Haru, the big bad imperial leader had finally finished about how he should receive more power for doing nothing in his entire stay in Morigakure it seemed it was now Neo's turn to speak. He would open his eyes and look around the table as the people present remained quiet. He would sigh as he prepared to speak, he would remain seated though however as there was no point in getting up just to point fingers.

"So far all I've heard is a load of bull shit to be honest" I would look to Bryn first "firstly don't assume anything, I do not desperately seek out power as my friend here does, second you no nothing about me, you can state all you want about how I don't defend or care about my people but then again all because you say doesn't make it true, I stand for my people through and through I've done my best to do what I can for them but however it turns out my best is not enough. Also all because I was the last to arrive does not make me late so please try to refrain from making false accusations in the future, lest this peace treaty may not work out so well." I would release a audible sigh before moving on and turning my head to look at Haru "In your defense? there is no defense my friend you want power that doesn't belong to you Imperial general or not Morigakure is it's own land and follows it's own laws therefore you have no claim to any throne in that area, so yeah go ahead and blame me and the elders just means we did the right thing instead of kissing up to you and letting you take control over Mori. It also saddens me to see you bitching and whining over your village which was taken over by a few ninja, maybe if you spoke with their leader to come to some type of arrangement instead of risking this entire treaty and continue a war all because you want more power tis ridiculous".

Neo would look around once more at all of the uninterested looks that were being given to him (ha yeah guess my speech wasn't as long as everyone elses or that interesting for that matter). He would not speak against the Shinkage as he has stated nothing that Neo himself had an issue with "I am for the peace treaty! I believe this war that has ravaged our lands needs to end no matter what and we have the potential to do just that right now we need to join forces, with all the rumors that have been spreading around about all these mystical creatures havoc and secret cults raising hell it's only a matter of time before it all comes to a head, I am ready for the war to end and for the new found potential that all of us are capable of if we join forces".

I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage! Empty
PostSubject: Re: I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage!   I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage! Icon_minitimeSat Apr 20, 2013 4:29 pm

I silently sat there at the head of the table, looking at each man as he spoke. So far the Uchiha to each side of me had remained silent so I decided now would be when I should respond to keep things cooled down. My arm relaxed for the first time since the Imperial General drew his odd weapon, I had almost used my skills to lob his head from his shoulders before he decided to disarm himself before giving his speech. With a heavy sigh I placed both hands on the table and started looking to the men as I spoke. "It seems to me we all have the same goal though we have different means of going about it. Yamakage, you seem to have your heart in the right place but you attempt to use the power of guilt to force the hands of everyone here including yourself. A method shown effective over time though also shown to have no effect on the opinions of the generations to follow who would go right back into conflict when you pass."

I then turned to face Shizen, a man I had not met until today though the stories of his friendship and loyalty to Bryn seemed to ring true. "You, Shinkage, seem to have faults similar to your ally. Though your head is level enough you simply agree with the points given rather than strengthening them with your own opinions. And offering yourself as a sacrifice is never a good means of going about things. Because, while it is true the good general would pay the price by having the war rage under a new flame it would also result in many more deaths from both sides."

Moving my attention to the other side of the table I first responded to the short tempered general of the imperial army. I first eyed his weapon and seemed to challenge him to test my patience by touching it again before he left. "Vile, corrupt and thirsting for power. In my homeland they call me a demon but your title would be lord of merchants with the way your mind works. In a time of peace making you come here speaking of self advancement. Well know this shinobi, I have never enjoyed the company of your kind and speaking this way makes me want to have you removed from the room." As I said this two members of the council grabbed their swords without drawing them and started to rise from their seats until I held out my hand to make them sit again, the entire time never moving my glare from the volcanic shadow. "However even you seem to realize the mortality of power and the price it comes at. But all of you are young, perhaps I am simply overestimating what you can comprehend but I would think that if someone were to put you in your place like I shall if you make such demands again you may gain some maturity. Yes, your home was stolen after you were forced to flee but the men you would need to have words with on that matter stand here at my hands, so focus your anger at them and your rational mind of growing peace on the matter we are speaking of at present."

At last I would turn to the shadow of the desert, of them all he seemed to be my favorite for now. My notes had told me that he was the one who had set in motion the correct path for overturning the Dovahkiin monarchy to the people once again, a noble notion for sure though even he had his faults at this table. "You speak with wisdom beyond your years Sabakukage, though you were the last to arrive you seem to be the first to speak without echos. Though you have no home to return to outside of the forest you wish to bring everyone together and on top of that don't ask for anything in return, if I didn't know any better I would call you a samurai. But I agree with you and everyone else here, this war needs to end and the only way to do so is to pacify everyone until they see just how true that need is."

I turned to each side and looked at the Uchiha, one of them a former student while the other reminded me of the wind itself with the way he carried his form. "Now then, if either of you have something to say this is the time. It appears the capital of the empire is valuable land that needs to be spoken of so let's open that topic now." I sat back and looked everyone over once more, even those I called friend knew that another outburst would result in me making peace in a new fashion.

I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage! Empty
PostSubject: Re: I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage!   I call forth, The Summit of the 4 Kage! Icon_minitimeSun Apr 21, 2013 2:26 pm

I stood patiently and quietly as I waited for the Kage to finish talking. As one of the third parties, I owed it to them to listen to their arguments, but something happened that I hadn't anticipated happening until later on in the Summit. I was addressed about New Uchiha. I listened to Shinobu's request. He truly pulled off the roll of being unbiased well, for after being by his side for over a year, I wouldn't have been able to just act like he was a total stranger no matter how displaced I made my emotions.

"Well," I began with my thundering voice, "I knew this would come up, as eventually I figured the former Taiyoukage would want to return home to rebuild. As you know, and I'm sure you'll want to correct your statement to me about 'stripping your land' from you, the Uchiha have been present in Jokigakure for centuries. Since the First Era in fact, and that village was just as much mine as it was yours. You wish to return merely to regain a position of power, but that is not a justifiable standpoint at all. You could have returned at any point to begin the rebuilding, but instead you stayed in the forests to quarrel over a throne that is not yours and should not be yours. We returned, some of us weren't even citizens of Jokigakure, and we all still returned to rebuild the homeland of the Uchiha Clan. We showed that we cared, not for power, but for our people, and we will not leave to sacrifice the work that we have put into it already. If you want to start a war with a clan because you missed your chance, then so be it, but then you would be more of a part of the problem than you would be a solution to peace everyone here wants to work so hard for. We will not leave. Jokigakure is Jokigakure no longer, now it is New Uchiha, and you would do best to remember that, former Taiyoukage. But alas, the dispute over our homeland is less an issue as much as the true villain here is."

After saying this, I walked around the room, addressing each of the Kage, holding my head high behind the cursed mask, masking my voice, creating an aura of power that I needed to maintain in order to stay respected amongst these large men.

"You all continue to pointlessly bicker at each other, pointing fingers at all, including yourselves, but that is pointless. We all already know why we're here, as the Yamakage has pointed out, and we simply [i]need[i] peace. What drove each of you to come here may be different from the reasons the man had next to you for coming, but that is completely and utterly irrelevant. We need peace, and that's all there is to it, so we need to start drawing up a compromise, a peace treaty so we can focus on what truly matters in this world. I know first hand that having your home back is one of the best feelings you can achieve, much better than having the constant threat of war looming over your neck. Even without that home being finished, just knowing that you're back and that you are in the position to begin rebuilding is better than war. It is so much better than war, so now the real question comes into play:

What are you men willing to sacrifice for the peace of your people? Your Empire? Your Rebellion? All ties to belligerence that you call yours? Because only when you're willing to give it all up, everything that you've worked for in this war, can your people truly not suffer, and only then will we stand a chance against the fearsome Raksaka, especially with their leader freed from prison. Here's what I suggest as a mediator and as an unbiased party. We all become a separate village. No rebellions and no empires, just the Sea, the Mountain, the Desert, and the Forest. The Taiyoukage holds no right to rule, and he has proven that with his words and admittance with obsession of power, but perhaps that is not a loss for him or for his people. His people can move into Morigakure, a place that he should not rule under any circumstance, and he becomes something of greater use for this world"

We combine our soldiers into one great army to combat the rising menace. Each of the Kage devise strategies, primarily the Stormblood, who was raised, no doubt, specifically for the purpose of being a general, as your father would have wanted. I knew him, by the way. Good man. And then we have the Taiyoukage on the battlefield, as the Brigadier General of the United Army, where he can put his talents of strategics to good use. And if you really, really want peace, I think he needs to live closest to the one whom he'll be working the most with. I think the Taiyoukage needs to live in the mountains under the Stormblood to maximize his effectiveness as the military planner. And after this war is over, after we've finally reached peace, you can take your people and create a new home, a new village that I'm sure this council would have no problem recognizing. As for your Emperor, well he is nothing without subjects, so if you put this plan into effect, he simply cannot do anything about it since you control his people and his armies as well.

After you begin this plan, we will need one year. We will spend one whole year rebuilding the crumbled villages that can still be salvaged, and one year putting down the small zealous forces that I'm sure will go rogue to follow the emperor. After that year, we will have our foundations back, and we can focus on hunting the Raksaka. Also, through that year, you need not worry about the Raksaka attacking your lands. I am a powerful man with powerful friends, and one friend of mine recently formed an organization dedicated to hunting the Raksaka. So while you all work to rebuild, I will make sure that the Raksaka are distracted while we search for more information about them. I don't expect you to trust me on that one because you're all paranoid men, with every right to be, but it's the truth. You all need to focus on your people instead of on fear for once."

By the time I had finished speaking, I was standing next to Shinobu yet again, waiting for the response of the council and proud of myself for my response to them.

I stood there listening to everyone, deciding not to speak myself as honestly I had nothing much to say. Aeran spoke on behalf of our organization as I stared at the leader of the imperial army from behind my mask, as a ninja of the rebellion I had been on countless missions to rescue people nearly killed by his tyranny and it made me a bit sick to stand so close to him.

I sat quietly as I listened to the arguments of the 4 kage, and it turns out that I got exactly what I wanted. I attempted to anger them all, and in return none of them reacted violently. This was a huge step that meant they were all ready to move forward for peace, even the Raba warmonger. A huge smile crossed my face around the cigar that hung in the center of it, and I stood up once more.

"I'm glad you all want peace as badly as I do, for even when I taunted you, none of you bit the bait. You all want peace, we all want peace, and I can assure the Uchiha man that I will personally do anything for my people to attain it, including house the general of the Imperial Army in my midst as a new friend to administer the armies of this newly formed alliance. There is nothing I can disagree with about what the Uchiha man has stated, and I could not have said it better if I tried. We need to take a short period of time to rebuild, in which time I will gladly help all of you rebuild where I can seeing as how my village is free of destruction. As we rebuild, however, we must place our thoughts in the foremost of our minds to remember two important issues. One, is the crowning of a new kage in Morigakure, and the other is how to handle the Raksaka. As for you," I said this as I looked at the masked Uchiha man, "You speak with a wisdom that I haven't seen in men far past my age, but I still have two questions for you that I expect answers to after this year has been dealt with. How will you govern your new village? And will you keep me, as well as the rest of the council here today, updated as the year moves on about where we stand on the Raksaka?"

I smiled as the summit actually began to look up, it was hard to believe. After all the speeches I stood up and yelled to them all "Well it seems we have a general consensus now, the fighting must be stopped and the Raksaka must be dealt with, a new era of prosperity and collaboration between villages has begun!." That was all that I could really think to say at the moment, hopefully the others would have something more worthwhile to add.

I laughed as I listened to the speeches of the mystery Uchiha who ganked my village and Byrn. It was clear that they didn't like my power lust. One thing did spark my interest though. Brigadier General. I stood and said,

"This mystery Uchiha has a point. Now, I don't really give a fuck and a half about Morigakure or that you people don't like my power obsession. The fact of the matter is, I'm good at what I do. So I'll agree with Village-Thief-Uchiha in saying that I need to move to the Mountain Province to assume control of the Brigadier General position. It puts the two strongest leaders in the same location, giving a one up on the Raksaka, who don't have any established base that we know of.

"Also, you can keep Jokigakure. That place was a shit hole anyway, but I still get the keys to my prison. I worked hard on that thing."

With that, I ended my statement and took my seat once again.

Neo sat there and listened as group continued on with their conversation, he heard Haru tell everyone that he was good at what he did which made Neo laugh to himself (yeah your good at causing scenes alright) it seemed that everyone finally came to an agreement that seemed to suit the situation however Neo was a little hesitant with allowing his power obsessed friend within yet another village in which his lust might reach out to him and coerce him into trying something really drastic but he trusted Haru to keep it under control. Neo remained quiet with his arms folded and his eyes shut, it would appear that he was asleep but he wasn't in fact he was just thinking to himself for the moment. There were multiple situations that would have to be dealt with sense this alliance was being formed and if they weren't the villages wouldn't know true peace, Neo remained quiet for the time being as he had already voiced his opinion on the matter and didn't really see a need to repeat himself again. He would open his eyes and look at the group before him, what a sight it was (if I am able to live my life with both of these guys in charge it'll be a miracle no doubt) a smile would secure a spot on Neo's face as he juggled the thoughts within his head. He would then proceed to say a few words just to move the conversation along "we are all in agreement then?"
