The users of this clan have been given the rare ability to stretch their bodies like rubber. Though there are restrictions with this, being the that the users cannot swim.
Each rank corresponds with how much the body can stretch at a time:
Genin: 10 ft Chuunin: 20 ft Sp Jounin: 30 ft Jounin: 40 ft S Rank/Kage: 50ft Legendary: 60ft
Note: This is the total stretch limit, meaning if a genin stretches their neck 5 feet, they can only stretch another 5 feet with any body part. The speed of stretching corresponds with the speed of punches at their rank. I.E// A genin can only stretch at 20% speed compared to an S Rank who can stretch at 100%.
Gia Sekando (Gear Second) - The second part of the Kekkai Genkai reached at Jounin. To be able to even use it a 1000 word training topic is required because of its effects. The heartbeat accelerates to a rapid pace, giving the blood stream more oxygen and other nutrients. This makes the clan members 40% faster. It can be used for however long the user feels, but the consequences grow the longer it is used. 5 posts can be done without major damage, just the loss of all energy which means something high in calories is needed to be eaten or the user will pass out. It can be used for a period of time after, but the damage to the body increases as they do so. 1 post can be done with minor damage, only minor muscle fatigue(800 word hospital topic) 2 posts after, the muscles start to tear apart(1200 word training topic) At 3 posts, the muscles rip to shreds and the only thing keeping the user from not moving is pure adrenaline(1600 words). 4 posts after the heart begins to gain heavy stress and is at risk of failing and all muscles are almost completely useless, slowing the user 80% (2000 word recovery). At the final stage, 10 posts after the start and 5 from the safe zone, the user's heart explodes from the stress, causing death. Many kekkai genkai jutsu can be varied using this, but those techniques will need to be registered and purchased separate.
Gia Sādo (Gear Third) - The final part of the Kekkai Genkai available to only true masters of the clan at S Rank. To use the skill, a 1500 word training topic must be done to master the full effects. When used, the user bites onto their thumb joint to make a small hole. This hole is used to inflate the bones of the arm to the size of 15 feet in diameter, which can be distributed throughout the body. It increased strength of the user by 60% but at the cost of mobility, dropping speed by 40%. Because of the massive defensive boost, D and C Rank taijutsu moves glance off and all other are dropped by 20%. This can only be used once every week because of the great strain it puts on the body along with a 1500 word hospital topic to recover from the strain. Lasts for 6 posts. Variations of kekkai genkai moves can be made, but are required to have them approved and purchased separate.
Jutsu: Genin (D Rank) Name: Gomu no Pisutoru (Rubber Pistol) Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: N/A Type: Taijutsu Distance: 10ft/Close Description: Instead of hand seals, the user must spend a one post time spinning his arm in circles at a rapid pace. After this charge, the users arm will fly back to 10ft and is then propelled forward with a great force (20mph). The force of this punch is enough to make the target lose their footing and potentially fall over, along with the added effects of bruising in the contacted area. Cool down of 3 posts. Name: Gomu no Fūsen (Rubber Balloon) Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: N/A Type: Taijutsu Distance: Self Description: Instead of hand seals, the user spends a one post time period of inhaling as much as air as possible. This allows the user to stretch their body into a balloon like shape (8ft is the stretch limit). By doing this, the user is able to become 20% more resistant to taijutsu moves and basic weapons, making them bounce off the skin. The air can also be exhaled at the ground to give the user a temporary state of flight. While in this state, the speed of the user is reduced 20%. Lasts 2 posts, cool down of 4. Name: Gomu no Muchi (Rubber Whip) Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: N/A Type: Taijutsu Distance: 10ft/Close Description: Passive. The user can perform a wide sweep kick by stretching their leg 10ft, allowing them to strike multiple enemies at once. The kick has the speed of 15mph and can knock back any people caught within the spin. Bruising of the skin and muscle is also common when hit by this technique. Cool down of 2 posts. Chuunin (C Rank) Name: Gomu no Kane (Rubber Bell) Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: N/A Type: Taijutsu Distance: 5ft/Close Description: One post charge. After the propper charge, the user will latch onto an enemy and wrap their arms and legs around the foe, preventing them from moving. This makes it so the user can stretch their neck back 5ft and then slam it into the victim's head. The force of the impact hits hard enough to leave a concussion and also dazes the target and the user for 3 posts. A side effect on the victim is the deafening sound of ringing bells in their ears for the period of the daze. Cool down of 5 posts. Name: Gomu no Ono (Rubber Battle Axe) Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: N/A Type: Taijutsu Distance: 12ft/Close Description: Charge required. After a charge, the user stretches their leg into the air 12ft and then slams it down with devastating force. The speed of the dropping leg is 35mph and has the capability to leave small craters on the ground and severely bruise skin, muscle, and bone. It is also not uncommon to see this technique break through iron with great ease. When used, the leg does not swing in an arc like Gomu no Muchi, but directly below, much like a stretched rubber band returning to its normal shape. Cool down of 6 posts. Special Jounin (B Rank) Name: Gomu no Bazuuka (Rubber Bazooka) Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: N/A Type: Taijutsu Distance: Refer to Kekkai Genkai Description: Charge equal to handseals. After the charge, the user sends chakra into the palms of their hands (hands must be together), giving them extreme hitting force. Once the user slams their palms into the target. Unlike standard B rank tajutsu, which usually bruise bone and severely bruise skin and muscle, this taijutsu can snap bones into multiple pieces. If the user slams both hands into a single target (Base of palms need to be touching for this effect to occur), organs up to six inches from the impacted area are ruptured and bones are broken. With the force, strikes can knock people back or even send them flying through the air. If a target is firmly planted, they are send back up to 10 feet, but if them are not or are in air, then they can be sent back up to 40 feet. 5 post cool down. Name: Gomu no Raifuru (Rubber Rifle) Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: N/A Type: Taijutsu Distance: 10ft/Close Description: Charge equal to hand seals. After the charge, the user stretches an arm back in a similar manner to Gomu no Pisutoru, but instead twists the arm. The arm goes back 10ft and once the punch is throws, the twist begins to unwind, making a motion similar to a drill. On contact this jutsu has the ability to severely bruise the skin, muscle, and even bone, but has the added effect of tearing the skin in the direct vicinity of the punch off to the muscle. The punch is thrown at 30mph, but the drilling motion is 45mph. Cool down of 7 posts Jounin (A Rank) Name: Gomu no Gaturingu Gan (Rubber Gatling Gun) Rank of Jutsu: A Element Affinity: N/A Type: Taijutsu Distance: Refer to Kekkai Genkai Description: Charge equal to hand seals. After a charge, the user sends chakra into their arms to increase punching speed, making them able to fire off over three punches in a second for ten seconds total. The force of the punches are light in comparison to other taijutsu techniques, having only the power to bruise skin, muscle, and bone but makes up for it in sheer amount of hits that can be laid. If hit multiple times in the same spots, bone can fracture or break. Internal organs can rupture. Disorientation is also common if a hit is laid to the head. The more hits laid, the further back the target is pushed to the maximum distance both arms can go (half of overall stretching distance). If a wall or other obstacle is in the way, a large dent, up to three feet deep can be formed from the slamming into it. Cool down of 6 posts. S Rank Name: Gomu no Sutōmu (Rubber Storm) Rank of Jutsu: S Element Affinity: N/A Type: Taijutsu Distance: Self/Close Description: Charge equal to hand seals. After the charge, the user inflates their body to 15ft in size like the Fuusen technique. After doing this, they twist their body into a tight coil. Using the air from the inflation, the user launches into the air at a speed of 50mph and begins to unwind and fire a salvo of punches at a rapid pace, similar to that of Gomu no Gaturingu Gan. The speed of the punches is so great, that six punches are fired per second for a period of fifteen seconds(90 punches total), each punch capable of fracturing bones and leaving severe bruising. When multiple punches hit the same area, bones will break, organs can rupture, and if pressed against an obstacle, then punches have the force to press them 10 feet into it. Because of the strenuous force of the technique though, severe fatigue hits the user after use, slowing all skill by 40% for 4 posts. Once per topic. | |

| Limit on Jutsu: 3D, 2C, 2B, 1A, 1S Genin (D Rank) Name: Bellow Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Fuuton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 0-15 feet Description: Passive. The user of this technique uses their Raba kekkai genkai to inhale as much air as possible, stretching their body to a ten foot diameter. After this, the user exhales all the air into a single torrent of air that travels at 20 MPH. This wind gust leaves minor lacerations and scratches as well as having the capability to knock the target off their feet. Cool down of 4 posts. Name: Raiton: Finger Bullets Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 0-50 yards Description: Continuous charge. Chakra is focused into the index finger tips on both hands. Golf ball sized balls of lightning can be shot from the finger tips at speeds of 30mph. Each shot can numb 3" when it contacts human skin. It also leaves first degree burns, scalding their skin and leaving small blisters. Each finger can shoot 3 shots. All the chakra can be focused into one index finger instead of both. This does not increase the damage done, but the size of the ball increases to baseball size and the finger can shoot 6 shots instead of 3. Each blast is about one inch in size, the large ball on the index finger decreasing each time a shot is fired. One shot per index finger, per post (2 shots per post total) and the user cannot be holding anything else while the technique is active. No cool down. Name: Could Style Front Beheading Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Fuuton Type: Kenjutsu Distance: 25ft Description: The user slashes forward sending a wave of fuuton chakra at an enemy each wave 9 feet in size. The strength of the slash is able to cut through rocks and anything equivalent or lower, but can only slash 1 inch into humans and iron. 1 post cooldown. Chuunin (C Rank) Name:Katon: Mist Blaze Dance Jutsu Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Katon Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 50ft x 50ft x 30ft Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. This gas is completely harmless, other than causing anyone in the affected area to become light headed. Once it comes in contact with fire or spark, the gas ignites into a large fireball. This fire ball is more of an explosion, expanding out ten feet past the gas in every direction. If someone is near the center of the cloud this has the potential to be lethal (more from the force than the heat) but more often than not the effects are full body second degree burns. The user is not affected by the gas cloud in any way except that their vision is impaired like everyone else and if it is set off they are affected like normal. 4 round cool down. Name:Raikyū (Lightning Ball) Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 120 feet Description: Hand Seals; After the user has performed the needed hand seals they will bring their hands together to form an 'O' shape, inside of which electricity will spark and then form into a sphere of pure lightning. As the ball grows (this takes about a full second) the user pulls their hands apart until it reaches full size (3 feet in diameter) at which point the ball is stable enough to be held in one hand. Afte the ball has completely formed the user is able to launch it at a top speed of 5 mph in a straight line, should the ball not run into anything it will continue on for the full 120 feet then in the next post boomerang back towards the user until it hits them. The user takes no damage if the technique veers back and hit them, rather the ball is just returning to it's creator and dissolving back into unfocused chakra (this does NOT return chakra to the user). If the sphere does hit something though the damage is equivalent to being hit by a sphere of steel going the same speed along with second degree electrical burns on the contacted areas. There is a numbness in the area hit which causes pain in that spot to not be felt for one round but the round after complete feeling returns. 5 post cool down. Special Jounin (B Rank) Name: One Million Volt Punch Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Nintaijutsu Distance: Contact Description: Charge equal to handseals (into one arm only). After the charge, a surge of raiton chakra rushes into the fist of the user. Before the punch, a body flicker-like movement occurs (this can only travel 75 feet), placing the user at only 4 feet from the opponent, leaving little room to move. The raiton charka boosts the speed of the initial punch of the attack 40%. Once contact is made, the lightning is released, creating a deafening sonic boom. Not only does the punch have enough force to shatter bone and rupture organs, but the lightning will give third degree burns and complete paralysis in the limb contacted for 2 posts. 6 post cool down. Name: Gomu no Purekkusu (Rubber Supplex) Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: - Type: Taijutsu Distance: 10ft/Close Description: Passive. This technique is primarily an offensive attack, but typically only used on the fly as a counter. When an enemy attacks with a close range taijutsu attack, the user of this attack will grab onto them and stretch their arms around the victims arms to get a solid grip on them. Then the user bends backwards and uses the inertia to bring the victim over top of the user and slam head first into the ground. Though this technique is potential deadly in collaboration with already severe damage, the worst damage it can do on it's own is fracture the neck and sprain the spine along with leaving the victim extremely disoriented (20% drop in speed and reaction time) for 2 posts. Cool down of 6 posts. Jounin (A Rank) Name: Gomu no Jettogatoringu (Rubber Jet Gatling) Rank of Jutsu: A Element Affinity: - Type: Taijutsu Distance: Contact/Refer to Clan Description: Requires Gear Second to be activate. The difference in this jutsu is the increase in speed. The speed increases the amount of punches from 3 per second to 5 per second, also giving them a 20% increase in power. Cool down of 8 posts. Twice per topic. S Rank Name: Imperial Rage: Blazing Thunder Clap Rank of Jutsu: S Element Affinity: Katon/Raiton Type: Nintaijutsu Distance: 0-50 feet/Contact Description: Charge equal to handseals. After a charge, the user sends raiton chakra to one arm and katon to the other, coating them with the chakra. The user blends the chakras (it does not mix to create blaze) to form an orb about the size of a basketball between their hands. Some elemental chakra remains on the arms. They then slam their hands onto the orb, causing a massive shockwave of katon and raiton that expands at 50 mph for 50 feet, creating the sound of a thunder clap. The shockwave causes third degree burns and can stun anybody caught within the blast for two posts (except the user). After the initial attack, the user rushes at the target, forming another baseball sized orb with the rest of the chakra. This ball is slammed into the target with enough to fracture bones and bruise muscle from the physical contact, but the ball bursts causing an explosion of raiton and katon, burning away the skin of the target in a 1.5 foot diameter and leaving the bone exposed. As a downside, the caster of the jutsu gets second and third degree burns from the close range attack unless properly protected. Once per topic. | |
