The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular. The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react. The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with. (Jutsu is only able to be copied by Ninja in the Copy Wheel Path, but basic fighting movements using fists, feet, swords, etc as well as behavioral movements can be copied by every Uchiha) The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summons or even Bijuu’s may be controlled. When this was used against summons and the Bijuu’s their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence. The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu. Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain. The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be prevented by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan 40 Posts or Life-Threatening Occurrence (Must be passed by Staff) to achieve Tomoe 1 ] 1 Tomoe allows the user to see chakra and copy movements such as : Stances, lip movements and even eye movement. Speed/reaction boosted by 10% (Half a rank). Chuunin to achieve Tomoe 2 [ 2 Tomoe allows the user to see chakra, copy movements, copy ninjutsu of the user's rank (once paid for and registered.) The reaction time and speed of the user is also raised by 20%. Special Jounin Rank to achieve Tomoe 3 3 Tomoe allows the user all of the previous abilities. Their reaction time and speed are increased by 30%. If the user makes eye contact with their opponent, they can activate a genjutsu technique with no charge that can be registered for free by the user. (The genjutsu must be of B-rank or lower; simply register it in Technique Registration). S Rank to achieve Mangekyou Sharingan Mangekyo allows for Abilities such as Tsukuyomi. Kamui, and Amaterasu to become usable, however if it used more than once a week (excluding the Kamui) the user becomes blind and loses their sharingan. The Mangekyou also gives the Uchiha a 30% speed/reaction boost as well as other abilities in the previous tomoe. Everyone's Mangekyou Sharingan is designed completely different and unique. To achieve Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, the Uchiha in question must transplant another pair of Mangekyou Sharingan to replace their own. User is still limited on uses of Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu per week, but they are now able to use it thrice without any consequences. Stat boosts do not stack. When the "slowing down time" illusion occurs, no matter who or what is being slowed down, movement appears to be moving at half-speed, like someone hit the Slow-mo button on your opponent (or in the Mangekyou's case, the slow-mo button was pushed on everything around them). Kamui Path: A balanced combination of both trickery and destruction. Name: Magen: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Genjutsu (E-S rank.) Element: N/A Distance: Any Description: The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique, which sends it right back to its caster, deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else. Does not require handseals, but does require third-tomoe Sharingan. The post length of the genjutsu and methods of escape for the genjutsu are the same. Name: Katon: Great Fireball Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Ninjutsu (C Rank) Element: Katon Distance: 50 Feet Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. At its largest, Goukyaku no Jutsu is 10 feet in diameter, and can travel at 40 mph. Requires hand seals. This technique can leave severe third degree burns at its center (a five foot radius from the exact center) while the rest of the fireball gives off second degree burns. 6 post cool down. Name: Manipulated Shuriken Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Ninjutsu (B Rank, 2 Post cool down.) Element: N/A Distance: Any where within reach of wire Description: With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a timelag of one post, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite. Can only be done to ten small shuriken at one time. Following the means of this states that the damage control is 2 inches maximum. Due to the speed and projectile itself it can penetrate up to two inches into the body of a target with the bruising of an area or other damages to muscle being a one inch radius if punctured or a half inch radius if only cut. (55 mph) Name: Copy Wheel Eye Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Skill (Passive) Element: N/A Distance: Within eyesight Description: The Copy Wheel Eye allows the Uchiha ninja to memorize and possibly learn any jutsu they see when the Sharingan is active. The jutsu, once seen, can be memorized for the course of the user's life. To be able to use any jutsu seen, it must either be non-elemental, or be one of the clansman's elemental affinities. The clan member may not learn any jutsu outside one of their specialties (if the clan member is Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Kenjutsu, they may not use fuuinjutsu or Ijutsu technqiues they've seen). If the Uchiha is D-rank, they may not use any S-rank jutsu they see. Also, any jutsu used must be paid for in the Technique Shop. If an Uchiha wishes to be able to use this skill, they will NOT be able to use either Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu. Special cases cannot be copied. Copied jutsu are free to be used in the battle that they are originally copied without charge, but if the user wishes to keep the jutsu permanently, they must pay after the battle for it. This skill does not cause blindness. This skill also negates all stat boosts regarding reaction timing in the user, because the user's reaction time is naturally completely flawless as long as the Sharingan is active. Name: Kamui Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Space-Time Ninjutsu Element: N/A Distance: Within eyesight Description: The Kamui allows the user to transport virtually anything to another dimension. When this is activated, it appears as though space itself begins twisting, and then eventually disappears. In this alternate dimension, time does not exist, meaning that if the Kamui is activated on oneself, the user can use it to virtually teleport to any none location. The Kamui's main function is intangibility. There are two options for the Kamui. The first, is only transporting certain parts of your body to make it appear that intruding weapons (like fists or weapons) slide right through the user, leaving them undamaged. The second is using the Kamui to transport oneself to the other dimension, traveling through that dimension, and coming out somewhere in the real dimension, appearing to teleport. In battle, travel through the other dimension doesn't need to be detailed, just state that you teleported using the Kamui and it will be understood. The user can also teleport anything or everything making physical contact with their own body (like other people or weapons). Both versions count as a use. StipulationsUsing the Mangekyou Sharingan, the Kamui can be used thrice in one battle. After trying to use it a fourth time after having already used it thrice, the bad effects take place. Unlike the Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi, the Kamui does not cause blindness, but instead causes extreme wear and fatigue on the user for having to concentrate accurately trans-dimensionally. After trying to use it once past the limit, the user enters a comatose state for three days, and then for four days after that the user cannot exert any more energy than walking, or they risk slipping back into a coma and starting the process over. Using it a fourth time succeeds, but as soon as the user is finished casting it, they black out. It may be used to escape a battle topic once a week, and it can be used endlessly in casual topics. No cooldown or charge. Using the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, the user can use the Kamui 5 times, and then they simply cannot do it anymore. No bad effects. | |

| Name: Bushin no Jutsu Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Clone Description: Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down. Name: Henge No Jutsu Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Self Description: Hand Seals; Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, while transformed only the user's shape and appearance changes. Meaning that if say the host turns themselves into a sword they won't be able to cut anything unless their body could do so naturally or if they turn into a bird they arent able to fly. This technique lasts for 4 posts with a cooldown of 2. . Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: N/A Type: Supplementary Ninjutsu Distance: 50 feet Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic. Name: False Chakra Field Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: n/a Type: Genjutsu Distance: Self-targeted Description: Passive. The user is able to create an aura of chakra around them which has a chosen elemental "theme" which is decided upon the start of the use. This theme is simple enough, the fire theme is fire burning off the user's skin, water is a flowing splash around the user, earth has stones flying around them, wind picks up leaves or other things from the area and has it fly around the user and lightning is shown by sparks flying off of them in a large field. Though these auras seem real they are a simple illusion used for intimidation purposes as well as to fool someone into thinking that the user specializes in an elements they might not have. Name: Walking Dead Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: n/a Type: Genjutsu Distance: Self-targeted Description: Passive. The user's body takes on a very dead appearance with rotting skin and feverish wounds that are possibly still bleeding and/or spilling entrails. Exact descriptions are different from user to user but in the end they look like zombies. Name: False Weapon Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: n/a Type: Genjutsu Distance: Self-targeted Description: Passive. The user does a quick set of fake hand seals and draws blood so that they appear to summon a weapon from the normal summoning technique. However what actually happens is the formation of a weapon from an illusion. This weapon appears very real but has no substance and therefore is unable to cut anyone or anything. Name: Dutch Oven Technique Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: n/a Type: Genjutsu Distance: Refer to description Description: Passive. A playful trick used among friends, the dutch oven technique is an odd jutsu that has become rather infamous around the academy schoolyard. By focus chakra into the caster's intestinal track for just a moment they are able to release a chakra infused fart that makes all those who hear it believe that the smell is on par with being surrounded on all sides by rotten garbage. In turn, the user can also use this technique to make the fart smell sweet or pleasant, anything from roses to lavender can be chosen. The false smell lasts two posts against those who fall victim to it. Name: Prismatic Chaos Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: n/a Type: Genjutsu Distance: Refer to description Description: Passive. The people affected by this technique are those who look at the caster (even for just a moment) while the illusion is active. By snapping their fingers the technique is activated and from that point by snapping again or even just pointing at something the caster is able to make those who are under his illusion think that something is a different color, this change in color is able to occur more than once and when used for fun is often done quite quickly. 3 post duration. Name: Percussion Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: n/a Type: Genjutsu Distance: affects all in the area Description: Passive. To activate this technique the caster needs to do a count off like an orchestral conductor, after this has been done for the first measure or two of the technique the caster no longer needs to do this. This technique creates the illusion of music in the area, specifically that of pounding drums, crashing cymbals and ringing bells. The technique lasts for anywhere from 3 to 6 rounds depending on the song though other than adding to the atmosphere it has no effect on things like battle. Name: Easy Math Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: n/a Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Vision Description: Passive. By using the perceptive powers of the sharingan in a specific way the caster of this technique is able to quickly and accurately determine the amounts of things. This can be used in all sorts of ways such as looking at a pile of gold and being able to tell exactly how many coins make it up. Name: Eagle Vision Rank of Jutsu: E Element Affinity: n/a Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Vision Description: One round charge up. The caster of this technique is able to see things in a much different way than other people by taking full advantage of the Sharingan's ability to see chakra. When the technique is active the caster is able to make a permanent mark (a colored aura) on people that identify them as different things. Marking someone as red denotes them as an enemy, blue is an ally and white represents people that you are undecided about. Those that have never been marked with eagle vision appear to have a rather clear aura about them while the technique is active. Eagle Vision can last a maximum of 5 rounds with a cool down equal to how long you kept it active. | |

| Name: Fuuton: Suffocating Grasp Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Fuuton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Touch Description: Requires a one post charge. The user of this technique is able to knock out people more easily than normal, by using the power of wind chakra after grabbing their target's throat or mouth they are able to suck all of the oxygen out of their lungs which renders them unable to breathe or make vocal sounds. This effect causes the victim to pass out after one post. They will remain unconscious for 3 rounds but due to the stealthy nature of this technique it is not suited for combat use but rather capture missions and other situations that would require quick and silent work. 4 post cool down. Name: Fuuton: Slicing Sparrow Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Fuuton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: close to medium range Description: After hand seals have been completed the user places his palms together and slowly pulls them apart to condense raw wind chakra into the form of a sparrow, this bird is the size of an average sparrow bird. The bird moves between 30-40 mph. After it's creation the bird acts freely and can fly as a normal bird of this kind with only one addition. The bird, when it flies into something, can create a series of incisions that cut to a medium degree that cause a noticeable amount of blood loss that will stop after 3 rounds. To end the bleeding early the victim will require the use of a D rank Ijutsu. The bird lasts either 3 turns or until it rams into something. Name: Air Scooter Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: Fuuton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: self targeted Description: Charge time equal to hand seals; the user charges this technique like a rasengan, building up a sphere of (fuuton) chakra in their palm but rather than using this sphere for an offensive attack they release it beneath them to have it grow larger an allow them to sit cross-legged while hovering above the ground. In addition to separating the user from the ground this sphere allows for faster movement, increasing their base speed by 10 mph for the duration of its activation. The sphere is three feet across and thus puts the user three feet off the ground while active, this would allow them to ignore things that directly affect the ground like small tremors but as this allows them to hover and not fly the technique would be ended early should they come to a point where there was no surface directly beneath the sphere itself. If the sphere itself is hit by at least D rank katon jutsu it will dissipate and end the technique early. The sphere is able to go in the vertical direction up a wall. 3 post duration, 5 post cool down. Name: Sugar Coated Demise Rank of Jutsu: D Element Affinity: - Type: Genjutsu Distance: One selected target within 50 feet of the caster Description: The user must charge chakra for a round before using this technique, in addition the user must be eating a pocky and then snap it either by hand or with their mouth which when combined with the chakra charged creates a crunching sound and activates the technique. The technique causes the victim to start seeing changes made to themselves, at first their skin changes to the color of a biscuit stick in addition to their arms and legs being locked together at their sides. After that their body is covered in chocolate from their head to their knees and everything starts getting stiff as they seem to shrink. They then shrink down as a demonic version of the caster picks them up and takes a bite out of them which is the end of the technique. These mental visions last one round, during which time the victim loses all of their senses in the real world and instead feel the things happening in the vision but are still able to move around. 3 post cool down. | |

| Name: Fuuton: Great Breakthrough Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Fuuton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: 60 feet out, 15 feet across Description: Hand seals; the user builds up a large amount of powerful wind chakra in their mouth and then releases it as a powerful tornado level wind blast (90 mph winds). This blast is capable of bending average adult trees enough so that half their roots are exposed in addition to flinging all things not bolted down (up to 500 pounds) backwards with enough force to break human bones. 6 round cool down. Name: Fuuton: Deadly Needles Rank of Jutsu: C Element Affinity: Fuuton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Refer to description Description: Requires charging to build up chakra, the user of this technique is a master at using senbon and has taken his or her use of them to the next level by combing them with their elemental chakra. When this technique is use up to ten senbon on the user's person are coated in wind chakra which allows them to be throw at the normal speed of a senbon but the chakra allows it to have it's range extended up to a total of 100 feet. In addition this coating allows the senbon to easily puncture up to two inches of steel or their entire length through an iron surface. The coating lasts until the weapon is thrown or the topic ends. 5 round cool down after activation. | |

| Name: Tornado Fist Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: Fuuton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Refer to description Description: Rather than hand seals the user charges chakra into their arms by rotating them in a circle for as long as they would normally charge a B rank jutsu. After charging the user's fist has a rapidly spinning funnel of wind that extends from down near the user's elbow to right around their knuckles are. This mini tornado is the offensive part of the technique, if it comes into contact with someone's exposed skin it has the level of power to cause lacerations one to two inches deep depending on how close the target gets. The main ability of this technique is pushing the opponent back from you, this is accomplished by doing a normal punch or just almost landing a strike. When the user desires they can choose to release the tornado, the effect being that whatever was in front of that tornado in a 100 degree angle (within 50 feet) is blown backwards fifty feet along with receiving one and a half inch deep cuts all over their body. Things bolted to the ground or that have deep roots (like trees and bushes) are not moved and things over 300 pounds are unaffected by the push back but still receive the lacerations unless they are tougher than iron. This technique has a variation called the double tornado fist, as the name suggests it creates two cyclones (one on each wrist), this can only be done if both arms are charged up at the start, doing this costs and additional 20 chakra. Name: Tenjin (Heaven Blade) Rank of Jutsu: B Element Affinity: Raiton Type: Ninjutsu Distance: Touch Description: Charge equal to hand seals. To charge this technique the user grabs their wrist and thrusts large amount of chakra into the palm and fingers, effectively coating them in the raiton element that sometimes creates small sparks by the time it is complete. In addition to the thin coating of raiton chakra this technique produces a 'blade' of chakra from the inner wrist that extends out six inches further than the user's fully extended middle finger in length. When the charging phase is complete the user is free to use this 'blade' of chakra on their hand like a weapon of varying sharpness levels. The technique lasts for three posts total, starting with the ability to cut through titanium cleanly and then losing bits of this power as time goes on. Only being able to cut steel by the second post and iron by the third before it fades away. The jutsu, however, is unable to kill a person after the first round it is active and even then they would have to stab into a heavily vital area like the heart or brain otherwise it only causes injury. In addition to this all cuts made by the technique are instantly cauterized on flesh. 8 round cool down, twice per topic - Side View:
