Description: Requires charge equal to handseals. After the charge, the user's dominant arm becomes enveloped in a shroud of Shakuton chakra in the shape of a falcon, the focal point being the dominant hand where the 'beak' is located. The user will then dash toward the target at a speed 15% faster than the norm for their rank and deliver a powerful punch at the target that can break the bones of anything of up to medium size, break through jutsu or armour of steel consistency and puncture anything of titanium consistency. The impact will be enough to overpower a C-rank jutsu, or a weaker B-rank. The Skakuton chakra will cause 2nd degree burns on anything human-sized or larger, as well as summons of any size. Plants, insects, and small NPC creatures will be mummified. The impact will knock the target back 10 feet is braced, and 15 feet if not prepared. If done from directly above, the target is slammed to the ground, leaving a crater. Lasts for one post with a cooldown of 6 posts.

This needs to have a stopping point, due to the fact that the possibility of a giant S ranked summon getting hit with this the probability that their bones getting broken is rather low.

Needs an effect rate against an opposing jutsu.

By effect rate I mean how how of an effect it would have on an opposing jutsu, such as a chakra shield or any other defensive or offensive attack going up against this technique. Would it push right through the jutsu or would it be over power, things like that keeping in mind this is a B rank of course.

Hmm... i'd say it'd break through a defensive jutsu as hard as steel, and puncture titanium. As for the offensive, I say it'd overpower anything of lower rank and some weaker B-ranks, while being overpowered by stronger attacks.

Description: A variation of the Orange Palms of the Fire God Jutsu. The user charges chakra into their feet for one post. On the second turn, their feet are enveloped in the Katon chakra. The user's speed is increased by 10% due to the concentration of chakra in the feet. This lasts for 4 posts. Physical contact with the feet will result in minor bruising and 1st-degree burns. Will ignite any flammable object if stood on. Cooldown of 3 posts.
