Sorry if I'm being ignorant, but please elaborate on what you think "thought impulse" techniques are.

It's basically what it says thought controlled/propelled techniques, for example my clan dust sense that is the main purpose for this jutsu.

If that's the case, this is going to cost chakra to activate. My my reckoning, I think 10 to activate and then 10 on top of the jutsu your enhancing's chakra cost. And it will only be able to be used for a length of.. let's say.. either 12 posts or one topic per week until the end of that topic.
