 | This is the entrance to the fortress of Chikagakure. They are massive, 50 feet tall, 20 feet thick, stone double-doors disguised to look like the mountainside. Hidden on the eastern side of the Anghors, the Door has remained undetected by enemies for several generations. It is the only entrance into the underground civilization, and it is very heavily guarded by the Mountain's strongest warriors. The ANBU Barracks is placed directly on the inside of the doors to ensure maximum security. The gate-guards require a password in order for them to allow you inside. The password is known only to certain highly-trusted trade caravans and the Yamakage's friends and allies.

Hoshi Hikari  | | The Spire is the central chamber of Chikagakure. It is within the tallest mountain in the Anghor Mountain Range, being roughly 5,000 meters tall and 10 miles in diameter. The top opens up to the sky to provide the people of the Spire with sunlight and normal weather. It was hallowed out by fugitives and survivors from the First Great War so many hundreds of years ago. On the inside, along the edge of the mountain, is a huge winding staircase that reaches the top of the mountain eventually. Tunnels connect to this staircase and branch out into the many other chambers burrowed into the mountains surrounding. At the very top of the staircase, there is a heavily guarded room. The room is a ledge that resides on the top of the mountain, and overlooks the rest of the outside mountain range. This room, being a massive room with several levels carved intricately to act as a home with several rooms. This is where the Yamakage resides. Down on the ground of the Spire in the middle of the mountain is the residential areas. There are many houses lining stone streets. These homes provide shelter to the now hundreds of thousands of citizens and victims of the war. This is the most important piece of the rebellion, making sure its people are safe. Several paths branch out from this area through the village and into the ground below the mountain. They lead to the dwellings of the military, including the mining operations, arms forges, bars, barracks, and sentry outposts.

Masuyo Anzai | | These Tunnels are what make up the majority of Chikagakure. Where the citizens and refugees reside in the center of the humongous Spire, the military operations and mining are all done in the Tunnels. The tunnels form a labyrinth that leads to several places. These places include the Mining District, the bar, Thor's Forge, and the Barracks. The inside of the tunnels are carved very beautifully out of the stone they were carved into. The walls are massive with many designs of ancient lore of the people. Tales told of the many gods and the war heroes can entertain travelers for eternity, should they take the time to stop and watch. The floor is carved of granite, and a lantern can be found every few feet to provide light to the darkness of underground.

Saïx | | The Yamakage's Dwelling is the largest room in the entire village hidden under the mountains. It is a massive room lying on top of the Spire that juts out of hole in the side of the mountain, overlooking the rest of the mountain range so many thousand feet below. This massive room inside the wall of the top of the mountain is where the Kage lives. It has been carved into separate sections to serve as several rooms. It is about 50 feet tall and with the large amount of surface area, this area can serve as an excellent training area as well as living space.
